I had a fantastic experience with Dylan Kelley! I had bought a car a while back that I never fell in love with and had the opposite experience here. We worked together over the phone for a couple days and agreed on numbers, etc. The only thing I had to do was test drive the car and go through finance with Brandon (who was fantastic). The car is surpassing every checkbox and expectation I have for it. :) I would highly recommend Dylan and his group!

I usually don t write reviews. But I feel when I get exceptional customer service it warrants me taking the time to acknowledge it. My wife and I went looking for a new vehicle for her due to her current lease with Chrysler Capital ending. We wanted to purchase a reliable used car that we could pay off, possible give to our son one day. Admittedly, for various reasons, we were somewhat skeptical about going to an independent dealership.First, we were pleasantly surprised by the reception we received by our sales associate, Dylan. He was patient and addressed my wife s concerns and helped answer all of our question. We test drove 2 different cars and decided to purchase a Mercedes GLB 250.We had some difficulty ending our lease with Chrysler Capital. Even though we made our final payment, they refused to allow Fishers Imports to purchase the vehicle directly for a trade in. The GM Adam, was very helpful and suggested we ask for a payoff amount and Fishers Imports would then cut a check for her old vehicle on our behalf. This was a HUGE exception they were willing to make to earn our business. So needless to say, it was a done deal for us.We then worked with the financial manager, Brandon, who was also great. Given what rates are right now, he helped get us a great rate on the loan. We were able to then use those savings and purchase and extended warranty we might not have. The financing went great and everything we agreed was in clear black and white. NO bait and switch, NO extra fees at the end.So my wife and I would like to say thank you to Dylan, Adam, Brandon and the entire Fishers Imports team for making our experience unforgettable. WE WILL BE BACK!

I m very impressed with Fishers Imports. Their Sales staff, particularly Nick, was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. As an out of state buyer, I asked for detailed video, photos, service records etc and he provided them in a timely manner. Nick went above & beyond! Thank you Fishers Imports! I love this car!

I feel bad leaving a negative review for them because at the time of purchase, they were all pretty nice guys. but after leaving, it has been nothing short of disappointing. I have been in the car business for 12 years and accept responsibility for a few things that went wrong. The vehicle I purchased was a low mileage Mercedes E Class. I did not test drive the vehicle and I take responsibility for that. When I arrived, they told me the vehicle had a brake light on the dash, they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes, it was just a sensor and I could bring it back to have it fixed for free. As I drove away, I noticed that the car shook really bad when I push the brakes. Not a big deal, needs pads and Rotors. The vehicle also makes creaking sounds in the suspension and has a pretty good vibration when driving on the highway. The passenger door also makes a popping sound when it opens. Someone from Fishers Imports called me and told me that they were calling to schedule an appointment for the brake light. I told them about the other brake issues and they said they could fix it for a charge. I am fully aware I bought an AS IS vehicle and am not asking them to pay for all of the repairs, but I do not think they did a very thorough mechanical inspection on this vehicle before placing it for sale. the mechanic shop I took it to says it has been in a major accident before.. They recommended over $6k of replacement parts to make the vehicle drive smooth. It is evident upon closer inspection that the vehicle has had significant paint work because there is overspray on several pieces. Today is 04/11/24 and my trade in vehicle has not been paid off. The dealer said they pay off trades in 10-15 days, we are on day 22 now. The lender on my new vehicle has called me several times asking me to call the dealer regarding my loan. I have called the dealer 3 times now. They take a message and tell me they will call back. No one ever calls back. Just an all around disappointing experience. I do believe the guy doing the financing is very busy and is doing the best he can, so I give them grace for that.Update. Now we are on day 28. My trade isn't paid off. They just sent me a request for $231 additional for interest that has accrued since they are taking their time paying off my trade in..

Car buying is rarely an enjoyable process but this was truly quick and easy. We arrived around 5:30 and left with our new car by 8:30. I was able to test drive several vehicles and there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy. Dylan in sales and Brandon in finance were both super helpful. We will definitely come back. I love my new Audi Q5! I also forgot some prescription sunglasses in my trade-in and they emailed me back quickly that they grabbed them out of the vehicle for me. Thanks guys!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and especially out of state. Nick and Brandon were super awesome, very attentive and was able to make a miracle happen. Although I am in Vegas, I was looking for an X7 with the trim and options we wanted. Found a very close match at Fishers Imports so I reached out and was in touch with Owen Clements. He was very polite, not pushy, and gave me all the info I needed about purchasing a car 2,000 miles away. After some tough thought and almost buying a plane ticket to Indiana, we decided we have time and wanted a few options this one didn't have, so we are going to build. Owen was again very polite and not pushy but asked if there was anything they could do to earn my business. I politely declined and informed him I am going to build instead. I know your purchase at Fishers will be a good experience if you get Owen as your salesperson. I wish you all luck

Had a fantastic experience working with Owen & Brandon at Fishers Imports - Northeast. I found the car online, it was priced fairly and had many great photos. Immediately reached out via email and was met with quick responses. I was with family for the holidays, and Fishers Imports was able to work with me on the deal via text. By the time I arrived at the dealer, I test drove the car, and was out the door driving home in less than an hour.Great selection, great prices, better service. Already have recommended to my family, but would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car.

Bought a truck from them. The initial sales experience was better than I anticipated. The truck had an issue with the ABS system. They explained that they would get that fixed. What they thought was the issue did not clear the lights. They worked on it til it was made right. They supplied a loaner car during this time as well, which was appreciated. They followed through like they said they would and that speaks volumes with a car dealership. Thanks. Matt

Out of state, on-line purchase and I couldn t be happier! I found the make, model and color that I had been searching for at Fishers Imports, and at a reasonable price. Working with Mj online and over the phone was friendly, comfortable and easy to work with. Couldn t get them down much on price but that s okay. After the purchase was completed, Mj scheduled the company to transport my vehicle to me in Wisconsin. He even sent a video of it being loaded onto the car carrier! Trying to simplify my life and this car buying experience was better than expected. Good communication throughout the process and everything on their end was efficient and legit.

Great business! Talked with them on the phone and email for a few days about my car very knowledgeable and fair guys to do business with, treated us like old friends, and price on car was below value! I had a great experience at Fishers Imports, bought a Merecedes C 43 AMG convertible. Dylan was great, did everything he promised, had the car ready at delivery and even had it buffed. I would buy from them again as they are professional and easy to work with.

This dealership offered a coupon for an extra $500 for a trade in good until expired 4/17/2024. When I received their appraisal/trade-in value for the vehicle I was trading in, it was only THEN that I asked for their website coupon to be honored. They conveniently made up a story about how they gave me too much for a trade in value by they sent me, so they couldn't honor it but will honor the appraisal given. I drove 5 hours to this dealership! Sounded fishy, but okay, I went with it. I then continued and we spent 3.5 hours making the deal- ya know, test driving and signing all the paperwork and paying for a 2yr extended Mercedes warranty they were selling . Got all finished, everything was signed with the finance mgr, temp tag was being printed and I had my two children loaded into the new vehicle, cleaned out my trade in, bluetooth connected and we were READY to make our 5 hour trip back home when the mgr came running out of the building holding my vehicles title yelling "ma'am, we can't take this title, and you cannot take our car."Mind you, I called them before I made the 5hr trip there to ensure my title was able to be transferred, even gave them a POA to do what they needed and the title had open dealership entries to utilize. I was assured before I drove there that my title was fine to transfer and that they do this everyday, we are familiar, come on and see us" I provided the title as soon as we arrived at 2:30pm and sat down. They had my title for 3.5 hours and they did a in person inspection. I also have to ensure I state that the car I wanted they said would be cleaned and ready wasn t cleaned or washed. They used it that morning to go get all the employees lunch and it smelled like French fries! I was appalled so the requested it get washed, etc.Long story short, they didn't want to refund my money, and said I'll have to drive back after I get my title switched over to my state. I said what about delivery if I got to a local DMV and mail it to you? They said well, we could work something out to get it shipped to you but you would have to pay to get us your trade in shipped back to us! smhThat very next day, my trade in (vehicle we drove there) was listed for sale and made a Carfax entry by this dealership! They didn't even have the car or ownership!They told me they had no one on site to refund me (this was a Saturday) but they sure did have someone there to run my payment! It's been almost 10days and I still have not gotten refunded. This is why they get this review HERE!I rescinded my contract with them and attached it back to them letting them know there was NO deal and to correct my vehicles Carfax! They keep telling me it can take up to a week to get my money back. it's been 9 days with no refund YET.Luckily I found the same car one year newer in my home state a day later and for the same price and a little less miles WITH a manufacturers warranty still left!I do not recommend this dealership, at least I do NOT recommend the mgr. Mike that we ended up having to deal with. He was so rude, fake and arrogant. He was rude to his own salesman in front of us.... the customer! My kids were a little scared of that guy! We all read right through him the minute we stepped into that place but luckily didn't deal with him the entire time (only watching him stare out of his glass office window) at us until the very end. I feel bad for my salesman - he treated horribly in front of us. It was SO uncalled for and unprofessional. THIS IS A WARNING to ANY potential customers.

I am from Florida and purchased my vehicle in 15 minutes right before they closed the showroom. I would highly recommend Fishers Import to any and all buyers, in fact, I intend to purchase all future vehicles from there. After checking out Carmax, that feels like the Walmart of vehicles, I feel that Fishers Imports cherry picks the top and best vehicles making the process for the purchaser a lot easier. The vehicles they offer are top of the crop, making the filtering process a lot easier for the buyer. Fair pricing and concierge service. Very impressed with the quality of inventory, service provided, and professionalism of all staff.

Owen was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, and made the whole car buying experience fun, easy, and painless. We picked out a few cars that we wanted to test drive, and by the time we got back with each car, he already had the next car ready for us to test drive. After my experience in this round of car shopping had me ready to call it quits, I was put in contact with Owen in regards to a Mercedes I found at Fishers Imports. Let me just say, WOW. Transparent, honest, thorough and no BS. I was a buyer from out of state and the process couldn t have been more smooth. I was provided with everything I requested and he worked with me to make sure I was happy, and getting the car I wanted in my budget. I made the 5 hour drive down, signed some papers, and drove the car home without a blip. I will be buying my next car from these guys as well as they have a plethora of future cars on my radar in inventory. Thanks for making the experience what I was expecting and hoping to find in a dealer. 10/10.

I bought an 2018 Audi Q7 with the warranty from Fischer Imports. I highly encourage people to avoid this dealership. I paid for the extended warranty thinking I just want to make sure. What was not told to me is that the extended warrantee was only good for $9500. The car was going through 1 liter of oil a month. WHEN WE CALLED... I was told that it normal that Audi go through oil.Purchased Oct 2020Reported issue Dec2020Took to Audi dealer August 2021.Dealership said that they pretty much sold me a car with burnt piston rings. Pretty sure they knew there was an issue.Repairs now at 15,000... Warranty company gave me hassle wanting me to prove I took care of vehicle.. Right now I am bleeding money..$41,000: Car$1600: Bent rims$15,000 engine rebuild- $9,500 that after two months warranty company agreed to payUPDATE: I PAID FOR THE WARRANTY. IT WAS NOT COMPLIMENTARY.I TOOK IT TO THE AUDI DEALERSHIP. NOT SOME BACK ALLEY GARAGE.

What a great buying experience!!!! Mike Love, Sales Manager at Fishers Imports knows how to treat a prospect and turned us into happy customers. From the moment we stepped foot in the front door with a list of 4-5 vehicles we wanted to test drive Mike was on it. He asked for the list, had car after car lined up so we could test drive them, each one ready and cooling down as we got back to the lot. No heavy sales pitch, answers to every question, documentation galore and every step was all about us as the buyers. After we verbally agreed to purchase the 2018 Audi SQ5, it was whisked away, given a Bentley level detail and ready almost right after our paperwork was complete. As they pulled it around front both my wife and I looked at each other and just started laughing like a couple of school kids, it was so clean and mirror finished that we were in beside ourselves. It was even better than what we just thought we purchased!!! Do yourself a favor, stop in or call and talk to Mike and the team to experience it for yourself.
