Great staff great facility. Amanda the manager was always helpful, informative and smiling .The climate controlled units are the best for inside storage. The grounds are always clean.I highly recommend Extra Storage Space on Allisonville Office Drive.

The staff and facility at Fisher's has been outstanding during our rental period. After a very trying experience at another competitor (Prime) we felt like valued customers. Not too mention that the facility was well kept, well lit, and easily accessible. Highly recommend

Emy Gelbaugh was amazing. She even stayed over a little bit so we wouldn t have to make an hour drive back to get our deposit back. This is truly a very valuable employee and a true asset to your company.

Emmy deserves 5 stars all around. She made special accommodations for me regarding my unit, which I highly appreciate. She was always friendly & helpful when I needed it. She made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands at this particular location in Fishers, Indiana. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage at this location particularly due to the stellar customer service.

I started renting using my rental back of June 2023 and it's now march and in the stand of 9 months my rent has gone up 3 times and this is the worst experience ever. When I started I was paying 150 now they are Charging me $300. I will be removing my stuff as there are other places that have the same luxury for half the price and won't raise it. They say it's due to what is being charged and the need for them. I looked alone the same unit I have is going for $156. So they constantly lie and will always uncharge you multiple times through out and Im sick of it. Extra space do better and don't try to run your loyal customers dry.

Extra Space Storage is awesome! When the rates changed, they were completely transparent about it. Even better, they were creative and flexible when it came to a payment arrangement that allowed us to continue using their incredibly clean "extra space"!

Easily accessible for any questions I had, she not only proved knowledgeable but also brought a friendly disposition that cemented this as a positive experience. Emy and Amanda were great! This is our first time renting a storage unit and they made the process so seamless! She was honest and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I highly suggest using Extra Space Storage and checking them out - you ll be happy you did!

Super easy place that served as a great temporary storage location for my family as we moved across the country. Simple to set up and close my account. Had a lock ready for me when I arrived and always was secure and no issues with the gate. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage.
