Kris was wonderful. One of the best call center representatives I've ever spoken to! She was amazing. She helped me so much and made sure I was taken care of before we got off the phone.

My price increased 100% due to "business expenses and upkeep" which came in a tiny presorted post card and no email. It's fine I let it go I believed in the post COVID inflation world as norm, but they then send the same small post card notifying me of another 20% increase for the same reason. I called and complained and was offered a 20$ credit. Should have had my stuff out sooner. Don't deal with these thieves.

I am very disappointed with the way that Extra Space Storage continues to do business. I have been a loyal customer, payment auto withdrawn every month for 5 years. I started out at $92/mo. They just sent me a new rate increase taking me from $296 up to $343! This is OUTRAGEOUS! $296 was already outrageous, to be honest! Marvin, the Assistant Manager, was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the capability at the facility level to offer me any type of discount to continue doing business here. This is also ridiculous and corporate needs to be less in control! A new customer can come in for around $100 or less for this same exact space but a loyal customer of 5 years with no late payment issues, never asks them for anything, is being charged over triple the amount?! As a result, I am moving all of my items out asap! Extra Space needs to re-evaluate the way they do business and consider the consumer that is in need. Be loyal to your customers and maybe you will keep more!

The office manager was so kind and helpful in helping me sign the leasing paperwork after i had technology problems, he explained everything in detail and made the experience so wonderful. The facility is clean, organized, and secure. Couldn t ask for a better experience.

Long time renter at this facility. Very safe and access is great. Staff is always very accommodating. They do tend to raise prices arbitrarily by sign isn t amounts.

I love this place! Mrs. Shirley gave exceptional service! Please, come out and get all your storage needs provided! Any questions you may, Shirley is the one to answer them, she is very knowledgeable! Very clean place as well!

Marvin was very attentive in making sure everything was correct with the change of my auto deduct date that I requested! He even called me back to verify prior to processing my request because there was an extra small draw that was needed. His attention to making sure it was correct was greatly appreciated! Thank you! Wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage! Payments were easy, units were clean, and when I swung by to set up my move-out Marvin was extremely kind and helpful in getting everything figured out! I would definitely recommend, and I ll use Extra Space again if I need a storage unit in the future.

I have been in my unit for three years, and I have been very happy. Courtney in the office is wonderful, and the storage areas are always clean and I feel safe. The property is easy to access, and they have helped me keep my rate lower over the years. Thank you!

Marvin was absolutely fantastic. Even though my payment was late and I couldn't pay it, he didn't make me feel bad. Even made me laugh. I needed that!! They are great and very helpful
