Very satisfied with the experiences overall.I came to Ed Martin Nissan while searching online for a used vehicle and found a car that I wanted at a fair price. I had financing already through my bank but their agent was able to get me a better rate with a local credit union than I was offered from my own bank.After a few months of ownership, when the car was due for an oil change and tire rotation, the appointment was easy to schedule and upon arrival, the services were performed promptly while the staff was respectful and friendly.10 out 10 would drink a beer with the team.

I don't understand why employees not doing their job. I just heard back from the GM, and I was informed that he would be looking into this matter. I was really impressed with his quick response. I will be looking forward to going back for a follow up visit when I need more car service.

My Husband & I drove an hour to Ed Martin Nissan in Fishers..We saw the vehicle we wanted on-line .Our Salesman Stephano Leon was Absolutely Wonderful! He was extremely friendly, Personable,Professional, talked with us like we've known each other for years! Just So Very nice!!!We actually stayed longer to just talk.The Sales Manager was very Professional as well.we felt that it was a FairDeal!We would highly recommend this dealership.

We had a wonderful experience from my first call. Angela was so friendly and helpful in getting us paired with Evan. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was very welcoming and everything went smoothly. We received the car same-day and Evan was very thorough in explaining everything. Will use Evan and Ed Martin Nissan again and recommend him to friends and family. Overall the perfect experience and very very happy with the vehicle!

The guys in the Ed Martin sales department were great! However, I was unable to register the vehicle and the ladies in the title department were rude and uncaring. I was trying to reach Tammy but she was not available, so I was connected to Bridget and she rudely shut me down and refused to offer help even though I was in the BMV in front of a representative after waiting an hour for assistance trying to troubleshoot the problem. I am very angry.

Claimed my cabin filter was dirty even though I had personally changed it the week prior. Also claimed I had a light out in the back (not specified which light) which I later checked and had no bulb out.Biggest issue was customer service. Seems that the people working in the service department rely just on texting people waiting in the lobby. Would have saved me a lot of time if they had literally walked around the corner to talk to me. Made excuses when I confronted them about it instead of just apologizing too. Very poor service department as a whole.Edit:Here s the exact wording given on the written report about the cabin filter.Also when asked which bulb the desk person couldn t tell me nor does the report specify which bulb.

The start-to-finish process was by far the best vehicle purchase I have completed in my life ... and I've been driving for 40 years now! I could not believe how easy (and transparent) the process was. My favorite part, the finance team did not try to sell me on things I did not need (like gap insurance).I will always return to Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers when I am ready to buy another vehicle. No question.

Had one of the best car buying experiences with a wonderful man named Logan who was very kind and knowledgeable about my Nissan Rogue that I am now a proud new owner of. Logan was very patient and communicated greatly. Logan was referred to by a family member of mine who has also had the pleasure of purchasing a Nissan truck with this gentleman. I highly reccomend going and meeting with Logan for a vehicle as he will make it as easy for you as possible. Not to mention, everyone else at Nissan of Fishers were extremely nice.

Everyone was friendly and professional. We were quickly greeted and paired with a salesperson. He asked a few questions, showed us what we were looking for and we did a test drive. Appraisal of our trade and negotiations were brief and fair. The finance process was the most efficient we have ever experienced. No one was pushy. The entire process was pleasant and efficient.

Hi there to all of you.I'm writing this review since I had the worst possible experience here. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima in March of 2023. My automobile was 158,000 miles when I brought it. For $7200, they sold this to me. It costs a lot of money because it has already traveled 158,000 miles. I was charged an additional $400 for paperwork. A month later, the transmission failed, and I had to replace it with a $4000 replacement. I've paid $11,600 for this automobile thus far. And now, in November, the motor/engine has died. My local repair facility has now given me a price, and the cost to replace the motor is $5,000. I'm in this predicament at the moment. So i have decided to sell this car again to this dealer. They are telling i will get just 100$. If i tow the car from my home to the store it costs me more than 200$. I spent 11000$ but they will give me just 100$. This car didn t run even 6 months properly. Such worst worst worst experience i have it here. Don t dont don t dont buy anything here. No one should get a problem like me. I know they will delete this review. They are fixing something temporarily for a car and selling. They are making business and playing with customers. Im giving only one start because i could not post this if I didn t gave any stars.

A very pleasant experience. The service people were friendly and knowledgeable, the work was completed on a timely basis, the lounge was comfortable and the snacks were good too. My only negatives were that the recall issue did not get resolved and the post service car wash has been eliminated.

We went into the dealership yesterday with no expectations, maybe to make a purchase maybe not. Evan was great, he wasn t pushy, and let us guide the process for the most part and he was patient. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it happen, We ended up purchasing 2 cars!

I would give it a zero if I could. I go to the dealership at 4:00 and the salesman tells me to come back Monday because the paperwork would take to long and theres only 2 hours to close. Seriously? I've never had a salesman tell me to leave!

Dropped my car off a day before my 7am appointment which was the next day. They never looked at it. I called and they said they had not gotten to it yet. I had an appointment. Had to get it the next day which really was inconvenient. Then I was told that nothing was wrong and offered no solution to what i experienced or my concerns. Really turned me off.

The one thing that continually amazes me is that their scheduling is spot on. You make an appointment and that appointment is met and on time! Fast and thorough service. This team is awesome.

It was my worst experience getting vehicle from this store.I bought nissan altima 2013vehicle for 7500 in march in April my transmission was broken and I got my transmission fixed for 3000 then after that in November my engine died. More 4000 to be invested on it to get my engine fixed but I was fedup investing on it.I thought of selling my vehicle but it was just priced for 700 even I didn t drive it atleast for 1 year.such a worst experience with ed martin. I wouldn t have gave atleast 1 star but I couldn t post it with 0 star.

Emily was very quick to help me while I was browsing on the lot, and was ready at a moment s notice to start the buying process. She was very friendly and kind, and made sure to let me know what was happening each step of the way. In the end I walked away the happy owner of a new car!

I came in for an oil change not knowing that my tires were in need of help along with other work. I feel so much better knowing that I can trust this dealership.
