During my search for a new car, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Helms, the salesperson who assisted me. Michael was extremely helpful and patient, answering all my questions and providing detailed explanations. His extensive knowledge of electric vehicles was especially impressive. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Don Hinds and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an stress-free car buying experience.

My wife and I were in a car accident downtown a couple weeks ago. When we started to look for a new vehicle, we wanted to go with an IIHS-Top Pick+ vehicle because we wanted to get the most protection possible for our kids. We found a perfect fit that happened to be on the complete opposite side of Indianapolis from us. We got there close to closing time and our salesman Kerry and document guy Randy stayed an hour after closing so we could drive off the lot. That s A++ service in my book. I know I will buy from them again and you should too. Ask for Kerry and he will treat you right. They also sell Roush modified F-150 s that look clean and pristine!!!

I'm writing this review to share my terrible experience with Don Hines Ford. The main problem? A guy named Josh in the service department.I took my 2022 Mustang Mach E GT for a check-up because of a recurring issue. My self driving completely shuts down during driving, even when turning, and says it s because my front camera is bad. Instead of helping, Josh just made excuses and blamed it on a sound system I had installed. He was so sure about it, even though the sound system was professionally put in by Audio Electronics - a well-known company in Indy that's been around for over 50 years.I listened to Josh, but the issue with my car didn't go away. In fact, it came back in less than a day and still hasn't been fixed. Now, I also get a warning about a door fault every time I start my car.The worst part is how Josh treated me. He didn't seem to want to fix my car or help me as a customer. He even told me he didn't want to "argue" with me about getting a loaner car. I don't know about you, but that's not the kind of service I expect when I've just paid $72,000 for a vehicle. Honestly, the more I think about it, this whole experience was flat out deplorable.Josh is the reason why I will never go back to Don Hines Ford, or suggest them to anyone else. His attitude was just unacceptable. I'm really angry and disappointed, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Think twice before you trust your car with Don Hines Ford.***update***never got that response to my email, but that s ok. Appreciate the effort Tom Wood fixed my issue and the techs determined it was 100% not the fault of a sound system. Ironically enough, it was exactly what I kept asking to be replaced, the camera wiring. There was also a recall for it that has been out since before I brought my car in the first time for the issue

I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 around a week ago and I dealt with Michael Nelms during this process. Being that it was difficult for me to do business in the dealership, most of the hard stuff was done almost completely over text messages with Michael. The purchase of this vehicle was the most easiest/streamlined process I ve ever experienced with a dealership. There was also a part that was identified by a service technician that needed to be replaced and Michael made the call to have this done. Overall, I throughly enjoyed the buying experience with Don Hinds, specifically with Michael.

I ve taken two cars to the Don Hinds service department. Both cars were serviced by Steve Harrison. Steve is very friendly and super helpful. He fixed both cars and I haven t had any problems since. He would call to let me know when my vehicles would be ready, what was wrong with them, and the progress that had been made. Overall, a really good experience.

We were in search of a new car and, after using the website chat service, I was contacted very quickly by Maverick. He was great to work with and got us the info we needed and assured us he would help when we came to Fishers. He was friendly, full of knowledge, and made sure we were happy with the vehicle choice. We then worked with Shawn in finance who was also extremely helpful and polite. We left in the vehicle we wanted and feeling good about the whole experience with Don Hinds Ford.

Bought a vehicle from them in 2019 and always get it serviced here. Sadly now I have experience with their bodyshop too. I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about the dealership. Always nice, upbeat, and never feel ripped off.

Worked with Kerry Little and Randy Walker during the entire process and it was nothing short of seamless and amazing. I have had a few other experiences buying a vehicle, and never left feeling like I was treated well or that I actually got a great deal on the vehicle. That was different about Don Hinds, I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and like they actually cared about us, something you don t see in this industry very often. We live about 4 hours away from the dealership as well, and when we got there, everything was laid out how we had talked about over the phone the week prior, no hidden costs, fees, no up charging. Prior to us arriving as well, communication in the weeks before was great as well, we always felt like a priority to them. The car was prepared beautifully with a fresh wash and full tank of gas. Kerry and Randy themselves were extremely kind and made us feel welcome, and explained everything so thoroughly we did not even need to ask questions. They also did not make us feel rushed whatsoever during any of the process. I also was working on finishing a buyback with my home dealership to which Kerry and Randy were extremely patient and kept their promise of holding the vehicle I wanted to purchase from them. I would recommended Don Hinds Ford to anybody looking to purchase who actually wants to have a good experience doing it. If I am in the market for a car again at any point, I will again be making the 4 hour trip to work with them, rather than any local dealerships near me, they made it that easy. My only regret is that I don t live closer to their dealership so I can t use them for service as I'm sure it s just as seamless of an experience!

I had a wonderful sales person, Michael Nelms. He took his time to make sure I got what I wanted and answered all my questions. I knew it wouldn't be easy for me to buy a new car but he certainly made it easy and enjoyable. I would suggest to anyone that is looking for a car to go to Don Hinds Ford. Not just the sales person but everyone was so nice.

We had not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in a long time. So it was with some trepidation that I began my search for a Ford F 150. But guess what? My first experience with Don Hinds Ford has been a pleasure. Michael Nelms helped put me in the perfect truck! He has been helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. I had went in to buy a truck and I had Maverick as my salesman he was so helpful! I was able to get my monthly note down to what I wanted! I had to bring the truck in at some point to get serviced and they took care of it so fast I was impressed! I will definitely be telling my friends and family to go to Don Hinds and ask for Maverick! We had a very unfortunate and unsettling experience at Don Hinds Ford this evening.My husband was emailing back and forth with someone from the dealership to discuss selling our vehicle. After providing all the details on the car, we went ahead and set up an appointment to have them take a look at the car.We got to the dealership to have the employees look at the car and we were introduced to Gary (I believe that was his name). He came outside to look at the car and was very unprofessional. He asked to look at how many miles were on the car and it was a very awkward interaction. Once he got the number, he immediately got out of the car, didn t turn it off and just walked away.My husband and I finally went inside and after waiting about 10 minutes, we were told that the check engine light is on and the car is a manual, so we re not interested. 1. The check engine light was not on while we drove to the dealership. (Also, who brings a car to a dealership to sell with the check engine light on??)2. Secondly, if we provide you all the information on the car via email, why would you set up an appointment just to tell us that you aren t interested in manual cars?3. I can t speak for my husband on this, but I felt extremely discriminated against. We are a younger couple (both in our mid-twenties), who walked in wearing casual clothing. We were not taken very seriously and it s just unfortunate.With that being said, we won t be selling, let alone purchasing a car from any Don Hinds dealerships if this is how they allow their staff to act towards customers.

Recently purchased a new Ford Maverick from Don Hinds. The whole process was smooth. Scott Burton was my salesman and was great to work with. During the wait for the build he was always prompt in answering any questions I had. I definitely recommend Don Hinds and Scott Burton.

My salesman was great but at the end of the day I m not happy. A tech left the oil cap off. When the salesman showed me all the features, we noticed the smell, but I figured it was because we had the windows down and were parked or something just fumes or w/e. Once I realized it I capped it up and checked the oil. However, I ve been driving the thing like crazy, and it still reeks of oil. The smell won t go away. It s making the garage smell too. It shot oil up into the hood so I have to clean up oil every time I pop the hood since it leaks out slowly. Even though the finance guy and my salesman were awesome I would probably not buy a car from here again... Or have it serviced here. If they leave the oil cap off what else do they forget? To their credit they did try to clean the engine.UPDATE:I took the car in for warranty work (Window Rattle). The service advisor confirmed he saw what I was talking about. Later he told me everything in the door is "tight". However, on my paperwork it says "could not duplicate concern at this time". Why lie? The rattle is there every time the door is shut. You can look on the forums and see its not uncommon. Even the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration even has an SSM (SSM 50711) about Bronco window rattle. At this point I see no reason to continue using this dealership other than the fact that it is the closest to me.

The entire staff was super friendly. Scott was very attentive and helpful. He did what he could to get me the best price possible and even though it was a bit busy he got me out fairly quickly. He was also knowledgeable on the car I was interested in which was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make a decision.

I just had to express my extreme disappointment with the Don Hind Ford service department. I find it very hard to believe that I was charged 25.00 after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to have my tire checked for a slow leak. I could have very easily gone to Firestone and had this service done for free, but instead I chose Don Hind Ford thinking that they would also provide this service for no charge. Especially since my last two vehicle purchases were from you. I gotta tell you that my next automobile purchase will not be from you guys.You lost a loyal customer over 25.00. Worth it?

Decent car dealership- got in and out in decent timing. I got a 2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks ( Yuh! ) and working with Duane Adams as our salesman was cool. He s chill- no frills kinda guy and very knowledgeable about the Bronco line of vehicles. Randy Walker the finance manager was also chill to work with. This was the first positive car buying experience I ve ever had with a dealership. They gave common courtesy , and again just a decent time buying a vehicle. Also didn t get charged a penny over MSRP - and I got bumped to a 2023 Bronco from a 2022 when I ordered at the tail end of the reservation period and got my Bronco in beginning Dec 2022!!! Overall my Bronco is LIT! It is a head turner , speed bump demolisher (call me a mall crawler if you want , Bronco too pretty to be tearin up) and it giddy up ! (2.7 L engine helps ! ) I don t have any experience with the service department but I can assume they are just as chill and knowledgeable!

Bought a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali from these guys and within the first few months it had issues. After barely having it for 3 years, it's completely undrivable with engine issues and leaks. These people will sell you a straight up lemon and you'll be left holding the bag on whatever garbage they're willing to peddle to you for a profit. These people will not have your interest in mind and will offer zero in way of assistance. I highly recommend you stay as far away from shopping here as possible. They do not sell quality vehicles and you will wind up wasting all of your time and money.

I am pleased with my purchase at Don Hinds Ford, Fishers. Garry Hanna did a great job of guiding me through the paperwork, introducing me to the features of my vehicle, and even filled up my tank. I had the Zeibart treatment done on my car. I was given a loaner car to use while the process was completed.

Somehow they decided to sing my truck up for a SiriusXM radio.I received a bill that was automatically taken from my account.I had to call the bank stop payment on the bill had to get a replacement card. BIG HASSLE,Not a person from their shop mentioned it!After all this I received the so called Free Trial this was after I was debited from my bank account.I m Pissed to say the least.They deserve Zero stars. I bit shady ..

Hold on tight. This is a long and detailed review.1. First and foremost; for as long as I can remember my family has always owned Ford vehicles. We take pride in owning and operating Ford Vehicles. We personally own them, we use them for work and our businesses use them as well.2. Secondly, the reason for 1 star for this particular dealership is 3 fold). First and foremost, we have tried taking our personal ford edge and f150 to this place because it is the closest ford dealer to us. The last 3 times visiting this dealer with our Edge has been nothing but unhelpful, uninformative and unsatisfactory. Each time we went in, we would explain the service needed or things that were wrong. We would follow up hours later to ask for an update on the car or when an approximate time of finish would be. We were responded with, we don t know because we are unsure of its status. We asked if they could find out for us and they said, we aren t able to do that right now. Of course this set the tone for the rest of our experience. One of the times we were in, the car was getting a few other things done on top of the oil/filter change like rotors and brakes. I sat there for 5 hours with no updates. I sat there through lunch, watched all of the ford employees walk out to go to lunch, then come back with not update. After it was all said and done, we did not receive an I m sorry or even an explanation why the service took so long. Another time when I brought the edge in for simple tire rotation and oil change. We came back to pick up the car at the end of the day and the tires were not rotated. I knew this because not only did I mark the tires but you could see that the front tires that had all the brake dust on them, were still in place. I then confronted the man at the service desk and he called the mechanic and asked if he rotated the tires and he said yes. (Obviously a lie) you could then guess how that made us feel. No apology was followed only a (those guys in the back aren t doing their job). Now, I m thinking to myself, what else did they not do and how can I ever trust this dealer again?3. My wife manages a few Ford transit connects for her work and was hoping to use Don Hinds as their go-to for services. My wife calls and asks when she can bring them in for service and the response was, oh we are slammed, probably not for a few days or so. My wife then said, ok, well I ll take them somewhere else. Anyone who understands how to become a successful business knows that customer satisfaction is number one. A proper response would have been, please feel free to bring the vans in at your convenience and we will get to them as soon as possible.4. Lastly, my wife and I have recently been looking for upgrade our Edge to a newer Edge titanium. Naturally we call the used car area of Don hinds to inquire about a specific edge titanium and he was completely oblivious to what he had or his knowledge on ford vehicles. At one point he called it an Edge Platinum we even said ok we are ONLY looking for edge titanium s years 21-22. I said this probably 3 times and he kept telling me yeah we have a blue one and I asked what year it was and he said I d have to go look.. 15 minutes later calls me back and said it s a 15. I said, ok well we are not interested in that, goodbye. In summary, we have been very hopeful that just once we were going to have a good experience with such a popular large dealer. We ve come to the conclusion that they are only popular because they are the only ford dealer in the entire noblesville and fishers area. From here on out, we will not be taking any of our Ford Vehicles to anyone named Don Hinds. And the honest truth is that we ve received much more honest, friendly, affordable, and quality service at the local Belle Tire. I hope this has helped those who are considering this dealership.

Avoid this location at all costs.First- my husband spoke with Josh weeks about the recall on his truck. He told him he would make an appointment online for it to be done, since it takes 5-6 hours.Josh said ok. So my husband did exactly that. We showed up to drop his truck off, they don t have the part! That is super annoying but okay, things happen, I get it. What really makes me mad, NOBODY called to let him know they wouldn t be able to do it! He left work early, I left work early to meet him etc. (lots of moving parts). All somebody had to do was call.And why are you able to make appointments online, if you aren t guaranteed the service you re scheduling? (We did make the appointment a week ahead of time). He told me you can make an online appointment for anything, doesn t mean you ll actually be able to get that service done . Excuse me, but what??? What is the point then? Why have that option?! He couldn t answer me when I asked, instead he decided to intimidate.So when I asked why nobody called, Josh blamed me and my husband for making the appointment online. And when I continued to be very upset about the issue with nobody calling, he got in my face and continued to tell me that it was our fault, and we could just leave and go somewhere else. I won t even mentioned the other issues with this man, especially following me and getting in my face- all while my daughter was with us. Unacceptable behavior on his part. I can t even believe this guy has a job! This guy has definitely thrown around a few girls in his time. Never acceptable to treat a customer the way he did. Especially to the point where my daughter was scared of him. Let s hope this doesn t happen to anyone else.

I cannot say it enough just how amazing my experience with Don Hinds Ford and more specifically my salesman, Michael "Mike" Nelms, has been. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire buying process. Everything was quick, easy, fair, and I was basically treated like a VIP. I would gladly refer anyone to Mike and would know they are in very good hands.

A real service department with knowledgeable technicians and service advisors. We just had the torque converter replaced in our 2019 Ford Fusion here at Don Hinds after another Ford dealership told us there was nothing wrong with our car. Scott the service advisor knows what he s talking about and makes his rounds through the lobby frequently to update customers on the status of their vehicles. We couldn t have asked for a better hassle free experience from this dealership. I just wish it was closer to home!

Mike Nelms is your guy if you are looking to buy a vehicle! I have always dreaded working with car salesmen in the past but Mike changed my whole experience. I was very nervous switching to an electric vehicle and he showed me what I needed to convert my garage, the adapter I could use to go from a Ford charger to a Tesla charger. Mike showed me how to find all the possible charging stations. I added on some extras to my new truck. He recommended what his co-workers have used for a cover and got their keys to show me how it works. Mike made sure my truck got to Ziebart and got me into a loaner quickly so I can continue on with my day. I forgot my ID badge for work and he responded quickly when I said I needed it before it went to Ziebart and grabbed it out of the truck for me so I can pick it up. This day and age, great customer service is hard to find but Mike knocked it out of the park!!! I also appreciated how down to earth he is and not being another pushy salesman! You rock Mike Nelms!
