Bought Big O legacy seasonal tires in October they have very good traction on wet snowy and icy roads, and on roundabouts. There is minimal road noise. So far 6 months out no problems and just had the first rotation. Definitely good tires for the money.Staff is always willing to help at Allisonville Rd in Fishers IN.

They gave an estimate of time when I went recently without prior appointment and attended to my car, right within the time they indicated. And, they did not even charge for that particular service, to my great surprise. It was my first visit after I moved from Carmel, to this area where they are located. So satisfied with their service, I am likely to stick to them hereafter, for every service they can provide - not just because they are close to my new living place.

Overall great experience. Champ accepted my walk-in brake inspection/service. Despite being obviously busy answering phones, helping other customers, and assisting in the garage himself, he was very positive and respectful with everyone he came into contact with.Would recommend this location and working with Champ to anyone.

Your staff did an awsome job, fixing my jeep. I couldn't be more pleased. Your master mechanic was very thorough an informative threw the process of diagnosis. Since I did the work at Big O Tires the diagnosis charge was waved, witch is how I believe all shops should operate. Everyone was polite and Curtious and made sure I was satisfied. I will be having all my services work done here from now on. A big thanks to all the staff at Big O Tires!

Tire emergency. Went to Big O Tires in Fishers, IN and had a great customer experience. Tire issue fixed in under 45 minutes. Great customer service! Thank you.Went in again today to replace 3 more tires and once again received great service at a fair price. The employees at the Fishers, IN location are client focused. Thank you. Keep up the great work!

Avoid this place at all costs if you value your vehicle. Came here to get my brakes fixed recently. After getting new brakes I literally wasn t a mile down the road when the car started making a clunking sound like the tire was going to come off. Came back and had them look at it again. Now they re telling me the struts need to be replaced and they give me an astronomical assessment. Not believing it, I take it to another place. Turns out these morons didn t finish putting the brakes on my car as it was missing a couple of bolts. Thankfully someone was able to fix it at minimum cost.

The manager Evan and his employee Chris were absolutely awesome. They provided excellent service and I was in and out in less than an hour getting my four tires installed for a good price

Buyer beware!! I had all four tires replaced at this shop during the Black Friday special. All went well dropping off the car, but when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the engine sounded very loud when starting up. I drove it around the block to get home and noticed the engine had a growling/revving sound when accelerating and changing gears, so I went back to the shop for help. The Big'O'Tires rep put my car on the lift to review but then stated they couldn't see anything wrong but admitted it did sound louder, so with the lack of resolution I went home to set up a service appointment elsewhere to get my car looked at. The service appointment revealed that my exhaust system had extensive damage and required replacement to make the car drivable. I then made multiple requests to Big'O'Tires through both their customer service center and the store manager for weeks to reimburse the cost of this repair due to damage caused during the tire change. Today, I called to check the status of my request and got the final response that "their hands are tied" and there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation. If you value your hard-earned money, time, and car, please go to another shop for tires.

I took a company car to have a tire checked out due to a slow leak. They removed the screw and repaired the leak at no charge. Big O manager, Champ was an outstanding. I would strongly recommend this repair shop everyone.

Had a wonderful experience at Big O Tires. I went first thing in the morning and they had my tire fixed within 20 minutes. Everyone was very honest and super friendly! I would highly recommend.

Had stopped at another tired shop prior and where appointment only so I drove around the corner to Big O Tire for a flat tire on my wife s Bronco. And they took my right in. Champ had exceptional customer service. They fixed the tired in a timely manner and actually covered the cost. Wasn t expecting not to pay as was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend

WHEN I MOVED HERE 9 MONTHS AGO AMANDA AND DUSTIN BECAME MY GO TO SHOP DUE TO THE GREAT SERVICE. WENT IN TODAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE $99 DIAGNOSTIC FEE WHICH WAS NEVER CHARGED BEFORE. I WENT OVER TO CARX WHICH WAS GIVEN A DIAGNOSTIC AND A PRICE . NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE A APPOINTMENT FRIDAY TO HAVE MY TRUCK REPAIRED. THANKS BIG O FOR SENDING ME TO CARX.

I had a really good experience with this location. The GM, Amanda (I'm 90% sure thats her name) is really friendly and will work with you on pricing and explaining what is going on if you're not a "car person" like myself. They also gave me a ride to my place when it was raining and I had to leave my car there. 100% recommend.

Big O on Allisonville is the place to go if you need anything done to your car. Everybody there was friendly and professional and the work was excellent! I ll be back for sure, and I ll recommend to friends as well!

My husband spent over $2k having his breaks and tires replaced here after getting a flat. They damaged his TPMS sensor during the replacement and charged him to replace it even though it was fine prior to maintenance.Do not recommend. They also charge you an additional fee if you can t pick your car up the same day they finish it.

I was out of town and my brakes started making an ungodly sound. I scheduled an appointment from my phone for the very next morning at this Big O location. From the minute I got there Amanda made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She walked me through the issues they found with my vehicle and let me know my options. The technicians and Amanda were all professional and kind and helped me get back on the road in a quick amount of time. They were even able to save me money and save my calipers from me wearing down my brakes and rotors. No one made me feel bad for how I had let them get, either, which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend this location, Amanda, and her staff.

Made an online appointment for 5/13/23 to have tires replaced, brakes inspected/replaced, and an oil change about a week in advance. Arrive to be told the tires I selected weren't in stock. Fine, I've done this enough times to expect that. Was at first suggested a tire that was twice as expensive as the one I had chosen. After finally finding a tire that fit my car and budget that was in stock, I return to pickup my car only to find that they replaced the tires but didn't do the brakes or oil change. No explanation was offered other than "I thought you came in for tires." We tried it once and that will be enough for us.

I made an appointment about 3 days in advance only to receive a call 30 minutes before the scheduled time notifying me the tires I had chosen were not in stock. Then I was offered two alternatives that were $200-300 more than the tires I originally chose despite the fact that I told the employee I was trying to stay within a certain budget. No worries, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
