I had a great interaction here today. Gavin mostly took care of me as well as Doug. Gavin especially was thorough with me on the phone before I went to their store. He confirmed that they had the left-side tire I wanted in-stock and would be able to check the tire and wheel if I got up soon.I was home within 90 minutes of leaving my house. They checked it out and determined that the wheel was bent but the tire was fine. They mounted and balanced the tire on my spare wheel. They had the bent wheel repaired by an outside person and only charged me for the wheel repair.I am so pleased with the service I received here. Gavin especially was helpful and professional. I recommend them and will go here for my future tire needs. Thumbs up!

I have visited here twice now. Had a set of tires put on, then the first rotate/balance. Super nice service writers. All interactions were professional and nice. Work done quickly.

Belle Tire made a quick reservation to examine my tire blowout. They recommended 3 options for replacements. That night, I searched on-line and found a 4th option. Next day, they gave me pros and cons for 3rd and 4th options. They price matched the 4th option. Tires were ordered and delivered same day. Damaged tire had also damaged the wheel. Belle Tire worked with contractor who repairs wheels. Wheel fixed next day and Belle Tire installed all 4 tires.Satisfied customer.

The service and staff at this Belle Tire location (Britton Park Road) is amazing!! I love that they always give my car a complimentary inspection and tell me what is needed and how soon it is needed. The staff is very friendly and professional. My whole family only goes here for all our tire needs.

I ve had my vehicle worked on at Belle Tire several times for tire upgrades, wheel upgrades, and TPMS sensors, each time they have been easy to work with and accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve minor issues. I typically coordinate service with Josh, but have worked with Doug too. Everyone there has been professional and helpful which is why I continue to use Belle Tire.

It was my first time getting a flat tire and this was the closest location (thankfully). Gavin Hargrave helped me and it went so smoothly and efficiently. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

I drive past a closer Belle Tire location and several of their competitors to come here. Today, I came back with a slight issue from a recent service they performed. With no hassle, they got my car right in, addressed my concern, and had me on my way in no time ... all within an hour of closing time on a Saturday. Validation of why I drive past so many other options to get here!

The Belle Tire in Fishers off of Britton Park Rd is the best! Their store manager, Joshua Ottinger, has unmatched customer service that you don t see most places these day. He always does his best to fit us into their busy work schedule when he can. He always seems to treat people super well and is also very kind on the phone- even when you can tell they re really busy and probably overwhelemed. This guy is the main reason we keep coming back to this location! Hire more like him! Thanks for helping us trust a shop Joshua!! For a lot of us- it s not easy trusting car repair shops. But I feel like I can here. Will always recommend this location.

I went in to Belle Tire in Fishers to get a front end alignment and found out both upper ball joints were bad. I returned a couple of weeks later to have the new ball joints, upper control arms and front brakes installed, along with the alignment and couldn't be happier with the results. My Envoy drives better than it has in a long time. A big thanks to Josh, Doug, Jared and Jacob for taking care of everything along the way. I will definitely be back for future service and tires at the Fishers location.

Highly recommend coming here. This was the best service I ve had anywhere. They squeezed me right in and really helped me out when I was in a pinch with my tires. Josh & Doug gave exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back!

If you need quality tires or services, you owe it to yourself to check out Belle Tire in Fishers, Indiana! Joshua, Doug and Jerod, are customer service All Stars! The service techs not only are top notch, but they will even smile at you! Great leadership, Joshua! Great job guys!

The staff are friendly and the service is good (although I waited half an hour longer than I was told). However, when my vehicle was returned to me, a water bottle with tobacco spit was left in the cup holder. It s bad enough that someone was using tobacco in my car, but worse that they didn t pick up after themselves. I ll be going somewhere else for auto repairs in the future.

If you have a high performance car or are a female, RUN. Josh, the manager is arrogant, condescending and flat out rude. He didn t want to address the issue his team caused with my exotic car. The issue was not fixed and now I m left with a car that was not returned to me in the condition it was brought in. He insulted me in multiple ways and different points throughout my interaction. Jacob in the bay was amazing but dealing with shortcomings only produced the worst in what is supposed to be a professional manager. I see there s another review from a lady who had a very similar experience with Josh I now have to take my car to a performance shop to fix what his crew messed up. They also felt it ok to leave my keys sitting in my unlocked car outside so anyone could have jumped in a drove off in a very sought after vehicle. Absolute clown show for management. NEVER take a luxury or modified car to this location! If you re a lady and end up here, as sad as it sounds either record your interactions as I did, or take a man with you because they will tell you anything to keep from being held accountable and I m sure Josh would behave differently to a man s face.

Best Tire Place EVERRR!!! Not only do I use these guys for my personal vehicles, but I also send my work trucks here too! Josh, Jared, and Doug are awesome. They always get me in on schedule and out fast! Customer service and safety of your vehicle is their priority!!! Do not sleep on this location!!! IT IS THE BEST BELLE AROUND!!!

This is by far the best tire store ever!! Doug is my go to tire guy for life!! . He is an amazing person. I had a tire bust on our 2020 Aviator and the car would not drive at all with the spare on due to it being small. Doug came to my home to pick up the busted tire and took it back to the store to put the rim on a new one. A friend was able to pick up the new one and put it on for me all while I was working!! I will never go with another company!!

Fast, free, and friendly!! It's hard to find any those these days, but they delivered. I had a nail in my tire, and I was in and out in less than an hr. Plus, they fixed it for free!! While I was there, I checked in to getting tires too, looks like they have a great warranty.. most definitely will be coming back!

I so appreciate the whole experience I just had. I found a screw in my tire when I got home from work today. I called to see if they could fit me in tonight and they could! Josh was incredibly helpful. It was more than just a fix. The tire needed to be replaced. Josh explained everything thoroughly and gave me every option. I drove away with a new set of tires and huge peace of mind in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!

I've had 2 different cars into Belle Tire for various things- tires, brakes, odd sounds and they have always been a pleasure. Josh in particular is amazing. He's always been quick to offer multiple options, never remotely annoyed with me asking questions, quick to give prices (and never any surprise charges/fees), and never any pressure whatsoever. I will keep going back because they are great people and do great work.

Caught a small chunk of metal in my treads and saw at 7pm. Called Belle, Josh and the gang took care of me at 715pm same day and I was out before closing. I purchased my tires from Belle so they covered the labor and materials. Great service and great company. Thanks so much.

Jared Lewis knows his way around my truck better than anyone. He also has Impeccable Customer Service Skills. I wish I had men like him working for me. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Jared Lewis is a very Lucky Man.

Day of appointment they never ordered the parts had to reschedule. Asked about a cost for an oil change. His answered around 100. I Wanted a quote.He dosen't want my business. Mechanic indicated my power steering line is leaking and asked if was still under warranty. Said no . And then he walked away. Wow...

Stopped by an Indianapolis Belle Tire to get a screw out of my tire and it repaired, but the tread was WAY too low to make it worth while (I kind of assumed this was coming btw, so it's not an "up sell" thing).I called Josh the next morning telling him the tires I wanted for the rebates and all the things.... he mentioned he could get a better tire, right now, for the same price. I can't say no. Not only that, I had some sway bar links I needed to replace. I had the parts, Josh had the manpower, and got them replaced for less than I would've paid my friend!Josh and Belle Tire literally MADE MY DAY because life is on the more difficult side right now and this brought some light to the end of the tunnel for me!Thank you Josh!

Great Experience working with Sandy at Belle Tire Fishers. Purchased a sets of tires for a Honda CR-V and a Honda Fit. Considering other sets for my Odysseys in the near future. She was patient with understanding what I was looking for and providing quotes and a great price with multi car discount. My only complaint is not with the service but with Belle tires sexist slogan of "I'm your guy" in the tire business... almost enough for me to go somewhere else. I have women friends who are aircraft mechanics and engineers at Boeing as well as top auto mechanics and they tell me that patriarchy lives to well in this industry. As a woman, I prefer working with women to make my purchases in this industry as they don't mansplain everything when I'm often more knowledgeable than most customers. Sandy was wonderful to work with and she did a great job.
