Went in yesterday looking for a battery for my fab for my kia. The gentleman was very helpful. Didn't have one took my fab apart to make sure he was looking for the right battery. But he told me which AutoZone had one. Appreciate the customer service

They are super helpful. They will test your battery or check for any error codes for free. I feel like they are helping me get just what I need to keep my cars running. Plus their warranties are great and stored in the system if you get an account here.

I want to thank Zane for taking the extra time helping me with my car. I m new to Fishers/Indianapolis, so I don t have an auto shop that I can go to here just yet. Anyhow, my husband replaced the battery but didn t have the time to clean the connectors. Well the low battery sensor wouldn t go off after the change. He scheduled an appointment with the local Chevy dealership for diagnosis. I said we ll go to Autozone and they will do a little test to confirm. I think it might be the little corrosion he mentioned was there. I figured Just need cleaned however my foot is in a boot and hubby away in business. Anyhow, I was driving Saturday and decided to Google Auto zone myself before anything else. The first young lady, Liz was kind and helpful at register. Said I would go to the parts counter. Zane was finishing up with someone but as soon as I started to ask about testing the alternator, Zane explained he would look at battery since it was just changed and test it. He grabbed the meter and walked out with me. Zane didn t hesitate or seem like I was bothering him. He went out tested the battery, noticed the corrosion and cleaned the corrosion off. Asked me to cut the car on and waited to be sure the light didn t come back on. He was quick and made sure he didn t tarry because there were other customers however he helped me and actually saved me lots of money I m sure. Thank you to the AutoZone, Zane and Liz are awesome!

I went in with a dead battery problem. The associate tested my battery, found it was faulty, determined my warranty was in place since I bought the battery there less than 2 yrs ago then gave me my new battery free of charge, all within 5 minutes of my arrival.The associate that installed my battery had a bad attitude, no big deal just someone who apparently hates his job, but that's why no 5 stars.

On Monday I went to store #3188 to get the battery in my wife's car tested as I believed it was going bad. I waited in line to be waited on by the manager on duty, I asked to get my battery tested and that I wanted to purchase a new battery if it tested bad. He told me I would have to wait while he waited on other customers who had entered the store after me. He then instructed another employee who was still helping another customer to test my battery when he was done. At that point I just walked out and went down the street to O'reilly's who promptly tested and sold me a new $235 battery. I have had bad service from this store in the past and I see nothing has changed!

I needed a couple of things for my car and stopped in here (fishers location). I was greeted and assisted by a very helpful and friendly employee (wish I had gotten his name). I also asked if I could get my battery checked. He was happy to assist with that as well! My battery was good to go. Thank you so much for such a wonderful shopping experience.

I am giving this location 5 stars! Dakota has great customer service skills and his staff are amazing individuals.But I want to give his DM (District Manager) a 1 star or a F- rating. I was sold 2 defective alternators (refurbished) and have had to pay over 1000$ just for labor to change them both out. I tried to explain this to the DM of this location, only to be over talked and constantly interrupted with rude remarks. To have someone say Even though you have 2 other Auto locations informing you the alternators are bad, that I find it hard to believe that 2 of our alternators are bad, they come fully tested and some must be wrong with your car. I have had the battery replaced, PCM checked, starter replaced even though not needed and wiring tested Smh! I have taken this SUV to 2 specialist and both are telling me that this one part is defective then guess what it s defective. I will definitely say I will never buy another big parts from Autozone ever again! To have something like this happen and then to be treated this way is truly unacceptable. Stay clear of this stores DM people.

12/31/21 visit: On road trip home from Christmas my wiper started to fall apart. I m not a car person, but I though you might be able to replace just the plastic squeegee part. (They come with assembly) I thought I might just grab at target or lowes. This place was on my way home so I was like, easy stop. When I walked in I was greeted and the guy at register asked what I was looking for and I said wiper blades. He asked what I drive and he had me matched up and grabbed the blades. He asked if I wanted them installed. I was like, no I ve gotta get going. And he s like at least let me show you how these mount . In like 15 seconds he snapped adapter parts into the wiper. I said, wow you did that fast and he said he s done it all the time. He was like are you sure you don t want me to install them? And I was like, you re gonna be faster than me, so sure! . He had me on the road again in 4 minutes. This was great and it saved me at least 30 minutes of surely fidgeting with all of the adapter parts. Thanks!

I m not sure what most people expect from an auto store, but this place worked well for me. I came in to get help with making sure some LED headlights I wanted to buy would be compatible for my car and Chris did a great job answering my questions and helping compare the product I was interested in to the old bulbs I would be taking out from my car.

My car battery died from having been shipped from overseas on a ship for a couple of months two years ago. I was desperate to find a good place for a new battery so I stopped by to explain my situation to the manager who helped me. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the 10% military/veteran discount for batteries, other auto parts, etc., at the time. However, despite mentioning that I was a military veteran, he never once offered me the 10% discount for the battery. So I paid the full price on it. I didn't find out about the discount until a month later because of Veterans Day. I was very upset to find out about it. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

The guys are the best!! I had, what should have been, a simple DIY project. It quickly turned into a 3 person, AW-COME-ON!!!! nightmare.They were very patience with my vehicle. Truly grateful. . .

Went in with a battery issue. The battery in question was 14 months old. Was exchanged with a new one within 10 minutes with no issues. They made it easy on a cold winder day (10 degree day) Thanks for your great customer service!

PLEASE BEWARE of deceptive pricing at this location. I went to purchase working gloves on Friday, August 6 at 3:30 pm. The price on the rack said $14.99. When they were rung up, the price was $22. I pointed it out to the employee and he said there must be a change in the system and would not honor the price that was listed on the rack. The worst part is I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. I believe his name was Sy or something similar. He guaranteed that I will never shop at this store again. I went to another Auto Zone location and bought the same gloves for $14.99. This was a disappointing experience because this is my neighborhood store but I can't support them any longer. Make sure you compare the price that's listed compared to what is rung up at the register.

Bought a new battery and had old battery tested. Old battery tested 100% charged so I wanted to return the new battery because it obviously wasn't the problem. I had a store associate help me remove the old battery originally and he did a fantastic job. When the manager found out I wanted to return the new battery since it wasn't the issue he became upset and told the associate to get all the tools and not to help me put my old battery back in. I stated that I needed help or I would be stranded and he said "Do I look like AAA?". He also began cussing at me when I told him he wasn't giving very good customer service. I will no longer use this location as long as Jim M works there. The worst experience I've ever had at any business.

SO helpful. Needed my oil changed ASAP. My car is old and Valvoline always over charges me. Worker was nice enough to help me pick the best stuff for my car as well letting me know how often to update my car s oils n stuff.

I went to get antifreeze for my 2014 Ford fusion at the Auto Zone on Allisonville Road in fishers because it was low on antifreeze. My dad tried to get the cap off of the antifreeze reservoir in my car but he was afraid of breaking it off, so I had one of the employees help me put antifreeze in the reservoir so I had heat in my car and so my windows in my car would defrost. I would definitely come back to the Auto Zone on Allisonville road because they are always helpful.

This location had a nice parking lot and clean property inside and out so we were able to do what was needed and get going. Though my visit was a quick one they were able to run a test for my check engine light and give me the details on what I'll need to fix the issue causing my light to stay on. Currently they're having their sales for oil change products which is great because we already planned to pick up oil. The employees were very quick and polite in helping get what we needed.

I stopped in today because I had difficulties finding a place that sells windshield wipers that fit my car (2018 Subaru Crosstrek). They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. They found a set that had the right adapter and replaced the old ones for me. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

Had to stop by here for a new battery and overall I was very impressed. There are so many auto places to choose from but this one stands out for the customer service. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable about cars and provided excellent customer service. He got my old battery taken out and replaced with a new one very quickly. I highly recommend this location!!

Hello,I work for an adult sports league organization (CCA) and a couple weeks ago on Thursday the 17th I was driving to my Indoor Volleyball League at Rev Academy. I was driving down N 700 W road about a mile before the facility when I hit some standing water and lost control of my car. I ended up in the field next to the road and the water was approximately 2 feet deep. The weather was very bad that night so there were no Triple A roadside assistance agents available to help me. One of your employees, Kevin Bates, stopped where he was heading and helped me out of the mess I was in. I was able to still get to my league and set up in time to get it running which was awesome. I have never been to this Autozone store but if the other employees are anything like Kevin I would recommend taking your vehicles here! Thanks!!
