I have been here more than a half dozen times. Not a single positive experience. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but will never be going back.Summary of experiences:1. A repair that s estimated time to complete started at several hours, and ended up taking several days, all the while being given grossly inaccurate estimates the entire time between.2. A scheduled oil change that took over 2 hours (they had seemingly forgot about it until I asked about it after over an hour of waiting).3. An appointment to have headlight bulbs replaced was told would take about an hour but was told, after 45 minutes of waiting that they wouldn t even be able to get to the vehicle in the next 30 minutes, so I had to leave with no service being performed.

I recommend reading the reviews before having your vehicle serviced here. The service was poor and my vehicle is still not fixed. I feel like I was scammed by taking my car here to be serviced.My GMC Terrain had a check engine light to "service brake assist". I felt confident that a GMC dealership would be able to easily fix since this seems to be a common issue on the Terrains.I dropped by car off on a Saturday and they notified me what needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and they would have it fixed by Tuesday. On Tuesday, I pick my vehicle up in the evening.The following morning on Wednesday, I was still getting this same check engine light. I called them and they told me to drop it off again so they could look into it further. On Thursday, they called me to let me know my part arrived. At this point, I'm very confused since I was told the part was already replaced. They said their team called on accident and I'm not sure what to believe at this point. Later in the day, I receive a text from them stating that GMC sent out a memo stating that this problem may be due to the battery and that they can replace my battery for $370. However, my battery charge is fine.Luckily, my vehicle is still under warranty. However, this was $650 repair that they performed and it's still not fixed. I will not be taking any of my vehicles to be service here again. It's very clear that Andy Mohr GMC service cannot fix their own vehicles.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

We had a coolant fan go bad after having the car 9 days. Service team response was great and they got the car fixed in no time. Due to Covid it s hard to get parts still but they were able to get everything in and done within a couple days. It was a very good experience, Jorge my sales guy did a great job. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars I looked at. I went in for a certain vehicle, he actually sold me a different one and I couldn't be happier with it. The whole staff was friendly , they made it a pleasurable car buying experience, I'll definitely return.

I went to get my wheels aligned and they claimed they did a 4 point inspection. Just to find out a few hours later that the brakes on my car were constantly braking my tire. There s no way they would miss that if they actually did a 4 point inspection. The car starts wobbling once you go 40. Which tells me they never drove it. Furthermore, I had a katana in the car (long story) before I went it was in perfect condition except for some chipping, when I got my car back and got home I saw that my katana (which was sheathed) had orange paint all over it. I used boiling water and the paint still didn t come off. I m never going here again go to Lockhart CadillacService: Wheel alignment

Took my 2015 Toyota Sienna L I just bought 2 weeks prior to see about trading up to a 2015 Toyota Sienna LE to see what the trade in value would be after I would get the title and make a deal on theirs. They have a middle man do the talking in between instead of the actual person coming out to talk to me, then offer $500!! for my van!! I just copied their guarantee trade in value from the website:: (Mohr's Trade Guarantee:$2000 - for a limited time Andy Mohr Buick GMC is awarding customers a minimum up to $2000 or more for any trade-in toward the purchase of any Used Vehicle priced over $8000. Trade must be driven to the dealership. No Tows. See dealer for details.) That was a total insult! They thought I was totally stupid!

Girlfriend came here to get her oil changed and waited for over 2 hours. Not sure how that is acceptable when you can get it done in 15 minutes literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

Collision center: Good work and friendly people, just need to communicate more.I was told 4-7 days, it took 12, and I had to call to hear updates.

Andy Mohr Buick GMC charged me for services that were not performed - these services are a safety risk to the occupants of the vehicle. I will never bring another vehicle here to be serviced and you shouldn't either!

I had to have my air conditioning fixed and turbo replaced on my Encore and had a awesome experience with getting the car.

Typical dealer service shop , OVERPRICED and the mechanics CANT FIX IT , if they cant hook a computer to it .......find somewhere else
