Jorge was great and exactly what we look for in a salesman. Very courteous and attentive. We were able to test drive the vehicle we were interested in the day of my initial inquiry, get financing, and drive off the lot all within a couple hours. The experience was completely hassle free. We love our new suv and will recommend Jorge from Andy Mohr to family and friends in the future.

Randy helped me find the perfect car. He was not only professional, but listened and went above and beyond. He is the epitome of what a car salesman should be.If you are looking for a car, DEFINITELY go to Andy Mohr and specifically ask for Randy Ackerman!***I only gave four stars because I don't believe in perfection, as there is always room for improvement.

We love working with Andy Queisser and his team at Andy Mohr Buick GMC. We are able to call him, tell him exactly what we are looking for and he makes it work. As busy people he is able to drastically reduce the amount of time we need to spend at the dealership while still getting excellent customer service.I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to go and see Andy and his team.

Luigi was great. Friendly, Knowledgeable about product. And most important, did not push for sale or do that we will offer you this deal if you buy today thing! The whole sales and financial situation was very relaxed and both sides were pleased. Would recommend.

We stopped by Andy Mohr GMC last Saturday with the intention of just looking around. My husband had been looking at trucks online and just needed to find someone knowledgeable to answer questions about different models/features.We met Matt Carver from Andy Mohr and our life changed!We saw a new truck on the lot that seemed to check off all our boxes (plus a whole lot more) and Matt told us to take the truck for a long drive and just let him know what we thought. No pressure. Needless to say we couldn t leave the dealership without that truck! Matt took his time to talk to us and answer our questions thoroughly. He is a very knowledgeable, charismatic and professional expert. He exceeded all our expectations and his customer service is superior. From our sales professional, Matt . to our Finance professional, Leroy and everyone in between, we were treated like VIPs. The entire process from the test drive to driving off with our new vehicle took less than 2 hours (most of which was us learning the features of our new truck.) We would recommend Andy Mohr Buick GMC to all of my friends and family, without hesitation.Thanks again, Matt. You absolutely Rock!

My first time buying a car and this place was super laid back and easy going. Brian was very informative and went and found answers to any of my questions. This was the second vehicle we purchased this week. Both of the from Matt. I told him the items that I wanted on my truck and he went to work finding the items I requested. He did an excellent job of representing Andy Mohr as the place I want to buy cars and trucks from with the way he was keeping us informed and very satisfied as a consumers. We both love our new vehicles and could not be happier with the level of service we received from Matt.

I had been searching around for a while looking for a specific vehicle. Luckily, I called and spoke with Darryl, who confirm they had just gotten one in the night before and he was able to get it ready in time for me to come see it later that day. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that evening, and Darryl was great to work with the entire time. He stayed late making sure I was able to check out everything I need with the car and get all the paperwork in order. He also came in early on his day off, so I could bring in a couple items I was missing, and finish everything up. He made the whole experience easy, painless, and quick - I greatly appreciated it!

When I pulled up I was asked if I was here to see someone, I said no one specifically so I talked to Ahmed and I m glad I did. He was a no pressure salesman and all around good guy to work with. He was informative and engaging, easy to talk to and took very good care of us, we test drove 3 or 4 vehicles until we found the right combination of quality and value. I have a new car salesman if I ever need a car again and will deal with him FIRST! Thank you for having him on your payroll.

Austin was awesome from the second we walked through the door!We found a car online we thought would be perfect for our teenager who just got her license. We drove 2 hours to see it and test drive it. When we arrived we found out someone had just left in it for a test drive. While waiting for them to return Austin started showing us other vehicles in case that car sold. While waiting we learned there were others waiting to see the car as well. Thankfully when the customer came back they decided that wasn t the car for them. We were able to test drive it, and exactly what we were looking for.Austin and the finance team was able to keep the payment where we wanted it and made the whole process easy! I highly recommend buying from Andy Mohr and using Austin for your sales guy! We now have an extremely happy teenager!

Rob was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was shopping for a vehicle with/for my daughter and he included her input and opinion in everything. He was sweet and patient with us from the moment we walked in. He made the entire experience awesome. We will definitely come back to Andy Mohr and Rob when we need another vehicle.

David Graves is the MVP. I came up several times and looked at the cars in the car lot to decide what kind of cars I was interested in and then I m in an appointment to talk to him specifically. My daughter had purchased a car from this lot in from David recently And I was there for the experience. It was great! We weren t talked down to and he understood my situation and hers at the time and helped us get into a car each. I don t think that I would work with anyone else. Leroy in Finance also made this a good experience and trying to explain everything out that I had questions about. I am so far extremely happy with my experience, and thank God that the dealership was there to treat me with respect and kindness, and not just trying to get my business.

I could not have asked for a better experience when buying a new car. Austin immediately understood my needs and helped me every step of the way to find a perfect car. He answered every question I had along the way. Once I had decided which car to purchase, he kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as needed. I will continue to use Andy Mohr Buick GMC in the future and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Worked with a great salesmen, Austin (he gets 6/5 stars) , who understood what I was interested in and knew I had already done my research. Very friendly and the whole time it felt like a pleasant conversation rather than a sales pitch. Appreciated the staff for working with us around our schedule. Will come back for our next car. As an FYI to future customers they can get very busy there so if someone doesn t come up to you, go to the front desk and you ll be helped.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. We were looking at new vehicles and wanted to do test drives. We liked that they didn t try to pressure us into buying from them. We ultimately decided to purchase our new car at this dealership.

I purchased a Truck from here the sales department was very helpful and friendly. After my purchase I found a issue and contacted the dealership about my issue and was asked to bring it in for repair, the sales manager and service team were very helpful and friendly and were kind enough to give me a loner vehicle. I truly believe Andy Mohr hires a great team of employees.

John Chalfin was a wonderful salesperson to work with! He is very friendly, patient, honest and funny. My daughter and I both bought cars today and were there for several hours, but John made it as easy as he could and gave detailed explanations of different procedures and scenarios. Everyone there was friendly and helpful - service, finance, sales, etc. They are a great group of people and I would be happy to return the next time I need a new car!

All of the Andy Mohr dealerships are awesome. They are totally focused on the customer. Eric was responsive and did a great job. Yogi has phenomenal knowledge about the products and is extremely helpful and customer focused. And the business manager (I forget his name) also was great. I am always so impressed every time I buy a car from Andy Mohr. The mindset within the dealerships is simply different and an entirely different level than I ever experience with other dealers.

Andy Mohr gave me a wonderful car buying experience. I stumbled upon their dealership while searching online for a Mercedes- Benz around the year 2019-2021. I walked in and the salesman, Austin, greeted me and allowed me to test drive the 2020 Mercedes they had on the lot in minutes. After our test drive Austin made our car buying experience simple and easy especially for a rookie buyer like myself. He even was able to get me more than I thought I would for my Trade-In! After everything was said and done I got to drive home with the car I ve been searching everywhere for! Thank you Austin and the team at Andy Mohr!

Had an awesome experience. It s been about twenty years since I last bought a car off the lot. I came in looking for one thing but after a few missteps found something even better. Not only that but Randy, that guy is so nice and patient. Real gem. Never got upset and took all my wants into consideration. Really worked with me and as someone who has worked in sales and customer service; that s major for me. I left with a good feeling they inspite of the lengthy trip ; my time had not been wasted. Kudos!

Our salesman rob, and finance helper, Leroy went above AND beyond to help me get the perfect car. Hard work was definitely involved but by the end of it, there were plenty tears of joy from me. They both had the best hearts during my visit there, and they both worked so hard to get me in to my dream car. I can not thank them enough!

Loved working with Ahmet to pick out a car. He was very supportive and accommodating for all the vehicles we wanted to test drive. I am confident that in 12 years from now my 4 year old will really appreciate his first car, and I ll be purchasing my next car from Andy Mohr.
