Another great experience getting oil changed on my truck. Was a busy day so was told it would be an hour and it turned out to be just under an hour. I was checked on and updated by a service tech which is appreciated. Also was provided a veterans/military discount so that was appreciated as well. Would recommend

This was my second time taking my car in to get service. They do a wonderful job. They are very good and will let you know what your car needs before they work on it. Everyone is very friendly and professional and the wait is not very long.,I highly recommend

The service was great , except when I caught the cashier cutting her eyes at my son whom is is (6 yrs) old only and was only looking a different trinkets, she kept cutting her eyes at him while helping another customer. So, I gingerly turned on the couch and started staring at her! He's a kid, yes he's melonated, but doesn't steal!

My car got stuck in the car wash and wouldn t shift into gears to get out. There was a gentleman with a beard and a woman with long brown hair, who worked there, who were so beyond kind and helpful to not only get my car out of the way, but to calm me down and run a diagnostic on my car. I had my dog with me and the lady brought water and a treat for my dog while I waited for a tow truck. The couple kept reassuring me that everything was okay. I cannot express how thankful I am for their help and generosity.

Did a wonderful job. I got there at 2 minutes before closing I didn't know it. The service personnel was courteous and friendly immediately took my vehicle in to service before starting and me finding out they were closing I offered to come back the next day and they insisted on going ahead and changing oil and full service. It's been some time since I've been treated as well as they did. I would like to thank all the staff members for treating me as well as they did. I came in for an oil change. I was told by the mechanic that was doing my oil change that I needed $140 transmission flush and there was a leak around my engine that would be $500-$2500 he gave me the location to get that work done as soon as possible.I took my car to Reiss Tire when they looked at it. They found that the transmission did not need a flush and there was no leak around my engine. There was a seal by transmission that needed to be replaced for $300.I will not be returning. You have lost a customer.

The individual customer service was so professional! Explained details about different prices for windshield wipers, the premium oil change I received before (I couldn t remember),and why prices have increased. Very rewarding and pleasant visit.

It was my first time and I must say first impressions are everything. The staff are friendly, welcoming, very helpful and no wonder they stay busy because they do an excellent job. The techs come out to you and talk to you personally about your vehicle that is definitely the best attention grabber. I drove 45 miles and will continue to do so to get the right work done for my vehicle. The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle so they definitely earned my continuous service!

Very deceptive practices. You pull in and it appears you re next in line, they then play a game of musical cars! Two and a half hours later finally leaving. They erased all of my settings in my car trying to clear the oil change needed message. Couldn t figure out why they kept going back and forth from inside my car to the computer in the bay, now I know! $148 later got my oil changed and tires rotated along with me having to reset my systems. Do better!!

Excellent service with a professional attitude.They are fully equipped to handle my Volvo. I ve been turned away from other places because they either didn t have correct oil, filter, or just didn t want to. I won t waste my time going anywhere other that Lucas Oil.

The wait wasn t long at all considering it was a Friday and there were several people in front of me. I don t really understand what the issues were with my van but not their fault at all. I understand out of gas or the battery is dead. But i believe they put these things on the receipt for me to take to someone that does understand. From the first person I encountered to the mechanic and checking out everyone was very nice and didn t treat me like I was an inconvenience! Will recommend!!

Staff at this location were all helpful and friendly. I came in for an oil change and they performed all of their checks and balances and then explained everything thoroughly. They made recommendations with timelines regarding what would be needed in the near future. I did not feel like they were trying to hard sell me things that weren t needed, but provided me with helpful information. I will use this location for my next oil change.

Never have I had a more streaky and foggy windshield than after I got my car washed here. Now every morning I m met with a fog that can t be wiped off with the wipers, and is not on the inside of the glass. This is making night time driving quite difficult when met with oncoming traffic. The glare is horrible, especially when it s raining.The car wash also missed significant sections of my exterior leading to a very splotchy look.I worked at a similar car wash while in college out of state and not only did it do a better job, it was also much cheaper. I don t think I ll be returning to this one.

Oil change went fine. Wanted my tires rotated and was told that they could not do it because the tires were under 35 psi. Came home and went out to check to see if they topped the tires off. Found three of the tires at 38 psi and one at 36. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the tire gauge so I checked them with two others. Got the same result. I do believe you need to check and calibrate your air supply. It also shows that they topped off the windshield washer fluid and it was not. Sounds to me that you need to be training your people a little better s.

Was my first time in this place. It was a little confusing when you arrive in the lot. I wasn t sure where to park but the gentleman inside was very nice and said that they would take care of it. Everyone that I spoke to here was very friendly and helpful. They were quite busy but very efficient! Definitely recommend!

Very professional courteous staff and no attempts to upsale. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. They also have a nice refreshment area where you can get about anything you need. They will get you through here quickly and conveniently. The place is easy to find using Google Maps as it is right off of a major thoroughfare North Green River Road.

Even though i wasnt able to get my oil changed, the guys at Lucas Oil on Green River Rd. went above and beyond for me. The latch between the pull and hood is somehow disconnected. These sweet guys spent so much time trying to find and fix the issue. Unfortunately they couldnt get to the piece that connects it, but they called a body shop for me to see if they could fit me in. I felt horrible they worked so hard. Once i get that piece fixed, i will definitely be back to get my oil change!

Excellent Indiana business. Staff is friendly and take pride in their work. Facility is clean with a few luxuries you won t find at valvoline or similar. Additionally, more services offered at a fair value. I bring 3 out my 4 cars here which are out of warranty for regular maintenance.

Overall, the experience is always very good. But, on Saturday 11/25, I was the first for service including a tire rotation. I was told my tires were rotated and PSIs were 35. I checked on my way home only to see the left side tires were at 27 and my right were at 40. I m questioning now if the tires were even rotated.

Our Explorer was having a shutter in the lower gears of our transmission.Evan recommended a transmission flush.Very happy with the results with the shutter completely gone.Excellent results.

I got an oil change there and noticed white smoke coming out of the back of my truck really bad. I was fogging intersections. Went back and asked them to check. They told me it was cold outside and nothing was wrong with my truck. Took it to the dealer and my truck had 16 quarts of oil in it instead of 8. Needless to say I won t be back.

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes watching 3 employees behind the counter trying to figure out a computer problem. Neither of 3 ever acknowledged my presence until I said something. First impressions are critical for businesses if they want repeat business. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed and I was never told I needed a different type of oil for my vehicle until I checked out and the bill was double of what I was expecting. I doubt I will return, just an overall bad experience.Service: Oil change

I have always enjoyed oil changes and tire rotations at Lucas Oil, but yesterday was a Black Friday disaster. The oil change was spiffy as always but then the tech approaches me to say he can't legally rotate my tires. He said the rear tires were so worn, they basically weren't street legal. They are two year old tires. I went to Raben, who installed the tires, for a second opinion. They said not only are my rear tires fine, but my front ones acctually have more wear than the back (makes sense, it's a front wheel drive car)! My guess: it was 4:30 on Black Friday and the technician just didn't feel like rotating tires. However, to scare your customer like that and cause undo worry and stress is not acceptable. I will not be giving them my business anymore. I'll stick with Raben for rotations and oil changes.
