Was recommended to this facility because I had a broken stud on my vehicle. Was told it could take two hours and could take all day. They were laughing about it. No price was given to me upfront. I was there under two hours. It took the gentleman in the shop that was working on my truck that was cussing and throwing everything about 40 minutes to complete the job. The gentleman that helped me and his friend were laughing. I asked the gentleman that worked on my truck How many bits he had to go through he told me three. When I go to check out, they lied to me again at the front desk telling me they use 12 and I was charged $300 to get a broke off Lugnut. And I was told even if it s under two hours I m still getting charge for two hours of work, which makes no sense to me. I reached out multiple times to pass this on to the owner and apparently they don t care and I ve been told sorry about it there s nothing they can do. It takes two hours and that s the price. I also was told by these people that I had broken motor mounts. They tried to get me to buy those that same day for $1000. I went to two other businesses and I was told my motor mounts were not broken once again they lied and tried to get more money out of me. beware do not do business with the Crownpoint MTI. I would be cautious to do business with this company at all.

My daughter took her car to be fixed engine light kept coming on after them having it for two weeks. They came back with all these issues that needed to be fixed. They submitted to the warranty company after they said they fixed it. They sent Bill to the warranty department got paid then turned around gave us a bill double charging what they charge the warranty department Took the car home. The next day light came back on took it back kept it another week said OK it s fixed charged another four or $500. Next day light came back on. He said drive it for a couple To see if it ll work itself out of course the light did not work itself out Car started shaking smoking again real bad took it back yet again this time they sent it to the main location. They said it was a coil paid another couple hundred dollars next day guess what light came back on They still have not fixed it nor have they made any attempt to fix it. My daughter called and complained to the warranty company. They are investigating From there I guess we ll get a lawyer. Don t ever take your car to them

The estimate they gave, was much more then the price of two of the local places that provided quotes. They did an estimate for services and didn t let me know about the $89 diagnostic fee. I wouldn t have a problem paying just thought they should ve said it beforehand. Super nice personalities but overpriced.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Doug and his crew were awesome! Not only did they fix 2 vehicle issues in less than 24 hours, they also communicated very well and saved me money!! This is my second experience with them and I will definitely be back with any future car issues that arise! Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. Doug updated me regularly with what was going on and even helped with some warranty issues. After a few updates, lots of light hearted conversations, and a new water pump, and I was a very happy customer. Will definitely be going back when I need a repair.

Today I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for a cooling issue as well as an oil change. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a very reasonable amount of time. Doug and his crew were excellent. I will definitely be backService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overall experience was good. They said it wd take an hour(had an appointment) it took 2.5hrs. Afterwards I notice my cross bar was slightly off. The car drives MUCH better tho.

Went here early in the morning for a check engine light. The mechanic was personable and knowledgeable. I even had an additional service done. The prices are reasonable and he communicated every step of the way about pricing and the service that was done. I m bringing another car in for service now!

Great service with a smile. So hard to find these days, but MTI was just that. Picked up a nail in tire and needed it plugged as I was only in town for a few days. They got me in on a Monday during lunch hour with no wait and I was a walk-in. Friendly staff and thoughtful. They noticed the out-of-state plates and test drove my vehicle to be absolute certain that the pressure was holding. To me, that is going above and beyond. Additionally, they were priced much lower than the guys across the street whom I called before seeing MTI on my way. So glad I stopped in. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I'll never take my car anywhere else. I'm always thinking that a mechanic is going to overcharge or tell you something is wrong that isn't. Not with these guys. I've never trusted a mechanic more. Honest, fair, friendly and fast. This place is the absolute best shop I've ever taken my car to.

All I needed was a flat tire repaired. This became a huge production. Rim needed sanding etc., I said ok do it. $46 later, the guy comes back stating my tire came in low on air. I said NO, the other tire shop had just put air in it. He said it came in like that... I'm like no it didn't.. if it did you would said something. So I get OVERCHARGED plus a damaged tire...GREAT! 3 hours later... it still doesn't hold air!!! What a ripoff!

Had fuel lines replaced about a year ago(work was ok) went back to get muffler replaced and he wouldn't give me a price up front. Was still gonna have them do it but haven't had time. I do my own brakes, had a jammed lug nut and stopped by to asked if they could break it loose for me. Said I would pay for it. He asked why I needed it off, told him cause I was doing my brakes. Told me he wouldn't do it. So because I'm not giving you the brake job you can't break a lug loose for me!? Wow well he just lost my muffler job and the oil changes for mine and my wife's cars that I ALWAYS bring there. Obviously doesn't care about the buisness you bring him consistently so I'll bring it elsewhere. I recommend you do the same

Did not order parts for a service I scheduled a week in advance. Wasted four hours and told me they would call me... They are nice, though.

Employee didn't have any book price for my job so wouldn't give me a price. They said about $75 if they didn't find anything else. I Decided to do it myself. $4 for a 27mm socket and 15 minutes to do the job.

Make sure you ask what the price will be before you let them work on your vehicle. They charge $130 an hour which is quite ridiculous and something that was not mentioned in advance which is what every shop needs to do before working on a vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They only have one tech working 90% of the time repairs take hours and hours appointment days in advance. Clerk is extremely rude and unfriendly.

Took my truck in for an oil change and they had me in and out in 20 minutes .Very friendly ,very professional , as well as being 30% cheaper than everybody else for an oil change.
