I looked around and they had the best price on the car battery I needed, and it was a name brand at that. They installed it for me in the parking lot in about 10 minutes flat. I get a two-year warranty with it. Couldn't be happier.

I was there for phone repair. The representative (national road, columbus) was given the coupon code and he said that the final receipt will take care of the discount coupon. To my surprise, the final bill receipt does not include the discount and he said nothing can be done now and started giving all the excuses (I do not have authority to change the receipt, my manager will do and he is not here today and blah blah).I look at this as very unethical and cant expect courtesy from these shops and timid work business tricks.why they are running discounts when they are not supposed to oblige it. Ever never go there again or recommend it to anyone.I DO NOT FEEL LIKE GIVING EVEN 1 STAR BUT HAD TO GIVE IN ORDER TO POST...LOL

Had my iPhone 7plus screen replaced, they didn't get the proximity, microphone or surround sound speaker working. Had to bring back to the store to be told over and over the guy who fixed it will be at this time or that time.The screen replaced does work but has cause the phone to be slower when accessing apps.The sensitivity is lagging. The sales rep Evan claims he would have to disassemble and if he ran into other issues he let us know. I asked what other issues, he said with the phone. I said we didn't have issues until you touched it.It was a brand new phone dropped one time. These people think we're stupid! Nope it's them who talks down to ppl. Guess we're out $140. (Apple charged $149.00)Finally! Come to find out the digitizer was Bad, so they replaced the screen a second time. They did destroy the ribbon cable to the sound bar and proximity sensor. They have to order parts. It's concerning that they didn't take the care needed when replacing such delicate components.Don't allow 3rd party screens to be used on your apple device you will run into issues. Even said they may have damaged the ribbon cable to the soundbar/proximity sensor since it needs to be removed.Had to take phone to apple and have another "official" screen. It's flawless. I wouldn't recommend having anything down at batteries plus.Outside of having your phone screens replaced they have a great selection of batteries for all items.

I bought a bulb from batteries plus and accidentally broke it. I went back and bought two more and he gave me credit for the one that I brought. Excellent customer service.

went in to get my iPhone 6s+ screen fixed because it was shattered. looked up the prices from this place and seemed reasonable. set up an appointment online and then went in and when I told them I had an appointment they proceeded to tell me they don t go off the website nor keep up with appointments booked online. so after they got my phone they told me they would call me when it was ready for pickup, they didn t. I had to call them after two n a half hours of waiting. after I got it, looked good and looked as if everything was functional . after a minute of having it, the screen touch randomly skips over; when I touch the screen it will jump all the way down like the screen may be pressed down more in some spots than others. and when I turn off the phone and turn it back on, there s one single dark mark like I pressed the screen and let off of it and maybe that could be the problem. the color is also off w the pigmentation. like discoloration, some pinks with look red and tans will look orangeUPDATE : so I took my phone back in, and assuming the screen was the issue, they first tried to replace the screen but could not get the left side to seal all the way, I waited a few days for them to overnight a new screen for my phone and took it back in. come to find out the screen was not the spark of concern; but instead my battery was swollen and was pushing my screen out. they replaced my battery and put my screen back on, with no charge . I couldn t of gotten better customer service anywhere else and I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic, prompt and accurate service! The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable! He got straight to work on my iPhone and was very meticulous about his work. He began my battery replacement before my actual appointment time and was finished quickly! Fair price - Great work - Happy customer! I will shop there again!

I ordered the battery online and used the 10% off coupon and everything went smooth and easy. The email informing me the battery was ready to pick up came within an hour. They had the battery ready for me when I arrived. The person working the counter was friendly and the transaction was quick. I installed the battery in my car and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs

Unmatched service, ordered a battery online on a Sunday morning and received a call within minutes letting me know that order was received and when to expect battery to be delivered to store. When I arrived to pick the battery up it was ready along with all paperwork and very friendly service. The store was remarkably clean and well stocked with batteries, lamps and lights - very impressed!

Extremely pleasant young man assisted me with replacing key fob battery this evening. The most pleasant and attentive retail experience I have had in years. I own a business and I am always interested to find good service.One reason I went to Batteries Plus was their hours. I was there at nearly closing 7:45.Convenient hours. Better pricing than the dealership.More knowledgeable about the product than the dealership. He took the time to make sure the new battery worked right and switched it out when the first one didn't.Offered me a coupon on top of all that.Definitely a 5 star experience!

We stopped by half an hour before close just to get a price on a replacement screen and ended up having the screen replaced and a battery replaced on a different phone because they were so willing to help us out and ensure we were taken care of. She had both of the phones up and running in 45 minutes, willingly staying over for us, and we re absolutely taking all of our business to them!

Went in to purchase a battery, for a motorcycle several months ago. I do not remember who helped me, but service was excellent! And returned about 2 months ago looking for a charger for my phone. Which is by far the best I've used! Ended up purchasing batteries as well. Sarah was the one who helped me, and was extremely helpful and friendly! Would definitely return!

Great experience but hard to verify payments with virtual cards on your phone as it gives them a 4 digit card number you don't own to help verify.

I was very skeptical going in because of some reviews I ve read. But I had an amazing experience! The kind man who helped me fix my phone screen told me what he d be doing to replace the screen, and that he would make sure the camera wasn t broken. They were out of the black screens and made sure it was okay with me before putting it on. I will definitely be coming back!

Took my key fob in because the lock and unlock buttons weren't working. Got it reprogrammed and it works great. Great customer service and good prices. I don't wrote a lot of reviews, but I really liked these guys.

Take this with a grain of salt, as I have only dealt with their car batteries, I'm sure that they can actually meet your standards else where batterywise. I purchased a 36R car battery there about 1 year ago (somewhere between Aug-Oct 2020), particularly a "Duracell Ultra". This battery was good to start with, but things got progressively worse as time went on like dying too fast, rough idle, etc (fast forward to now, Nov 2021). I Charged it with a NOCO genius 5 battery charger and maintainer between 11:20pm- 8:20am, went to work, then went to go to lunch at 2, and it's dead as a door nail. Every accessory was turned off/unplugged. I went to their store after my shift at 6 after junping it with a NOCO BOOST GNX55, only to find one of the managers sons operating the store alone. He helped me decide that getting a battery elsewhere was probably a good idea after running many non-conclusive tests. I ended up getting a Die Hard from Advanced Autoparts down the street, which is beyond worth it. Granted he was not a child, but he should not have been left alone to deal with customers by himself. The kid was very kind and honest, but from the intermittent phone calls to his father asking questions, I could tell his father was unnecessarily rude to his own child. Overall a decent experience, but the ownership and replacement policy was odd to say the least.

Charles and his team found a battery for my truck and gave me a great deal and they give military discounts also. I've been having issues with my alternator and electrical system and I've had to have the battery charged twice, they dont have any issues helping me and they really take care of their customers. I recommend this place to anyone.

Nice store, quality work. Replaced granddaughter's Samsung Galaxy S7 battery in an hour. Cost is on par with mail in repair services, and you have your cellular phone back in an hour rather than a week due to shipping times. I highly recommend them.

We had a toy for our granddaughter that needed batteries. The batteries we bought initially did not work in the device. The two staff members found the right battery and shrink wrapped them so they would fit in the device. They took the time to remedy the problem and that was much appreciated. The service was top notch.

This place is a scam I went in there to see how much it would cost to get my phone screen fixed and the guy said $400 I went to a different place and they told me only $200. Don t go here.

Price was good. Ordering over the net was convenient. Clerk was confused how to process the order that was placed over the net and took him 15 minutes to refund the core charge . Overall it was a neutral experience.

Excellent service. Was met at the door with my order and was able to borrow some tools to install the battery in the parking lot and turn in my core return at the same time. Saved me a trip and I live about 30 mins from the store.

Second order from Batteries Plus Bulbs. They are right around the corner and had what I needed when I needed it. Their staff is helpful and friendly and I was in and out in about 3 minutes. In this case I had a primary UPS with failed batteries and did not want to leave my critical equipment without backup, nor leave it down. With this company in the neighborhood, I could take my equipment down, pull the used battery/cores, exchange them for new and was back up and running in under 30 minutes.

I have some electronics that use odd sized batteries. The battery kiosks where I shop don't carry the batteries I needed ,so I visited Batteries Plus Bulbs. They had the batteries I needed. It's nice to know that there is a store that carries batteries that most places don't.

My iPhone 6 stopped charging and I though it's charging port needed replacement. I had been to Batteries Plus Bulbs a year earlier for a new battery for that phone and was really pleased regarding the service and cost, so I came back for the port repair. After two minutes, Sarah the repair tech, returned my phone. It had collected pocket lint over the past 4 years which was clogging the charging port. She cleaned it with special tweezers and returned it at "NO CHARGE"! I came in expecting a significant repair bill only to find it needed a cleaning that they could have charged me for but didn't. Thanks Sarah and Batteries Plus Bulbs for your great customer service and honesty.

I purchased an automobile battery online, on their website. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick-up. My battery wasn't actually there. Minus 1 star. Seems like the sort of thing that computers would be good at.They offered to substitute for another battery that they had in stock. The offered substitute had a higher list price, but they would have substituted for free. Plus 1/2 star. The one I ordered was the only one that would fit.They did locate and arrange to have shipped the battery I needed. Plus 1/2 star. They promised 5 day turnaround. It took a week.They heavily promote that they will install the battery for free. To replace the battery in my Chevy pickup, a bracket must be removed. They wouldn't do that. Minus 1/2 starThis battery did not have a date of manufacture stamped on it. Minus 1/2 star.The battery i finally got was a perfect fit. It's a very well made AGM battery made in the USA by Northstar - same manufacturer as Interstate and some other labels.The people in the store are very friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of batteries.
