Late review.. Had my heads done here for my ej257 on my Subaru sti. They do good work and I recommend them. Good prices, and my heads were done in a respected amount of time given how much business they had at the time. 0 complaints, I will come back again for sure.

Had a clutch spring bolt break replacing clutch disks and trying to reuse old bolts. They got the bolt out when others messed it up worse. Highly recommend Worrall to Friends, Family and smart mechanics.

Terrible service. Lady in the front desk won't even listen to what I am asking a question and she just gets mad and hangs up on me. Called back 5 times and kept on hanging up on me. Had a carb refurbished there. She is ruining to your business!!!

Nightmare experience. Desk lady lied multiple times to get more money and was very rude. Mechanics are great but the service here was terrible. Girlfriend brought the car in and told them exactly what the issue was, the power steering pump. They call a couple hours after drop off and say the only issue is the brakes and that the back brakes alone will be 700$. We drive up there and point out to the mechanic that the bigger issue is stiff steering and a loud whine from the front of the car. He then looks at the power steering fluid (for the first time) and points out that it's low. Then takes a look at the power steering pump and sees a leak. We leave and they call back admitting that the power steering pump, which is the only thing that was asked of them to look at, was broken. We have them fix the power steering pump, but also had to pay the diagnostic fee simply for them pulling your typical mechanic shop move and treating a young woman like they don't know what they're talking about. They charged an extra 50 dollars because they wasted their time when they were told exactly what was broken when it was brought in. When the girlfriend asked the lady about why she was being charged for them looking at the brakes the counter lady lied and said that they told us to come in to look at the brakes with them. We drove up there, on our own accord and with no heads up to the shop, just to make sure they fixed what was asked of them. Just avoid this shop. You can get the same price at many places around and not have to go through the lying and scamming from the lady at the desk. If you ignore all of this at least bring in someone who knows something about vehicles to make sure they don t trick you into paying unnecessary costs.Service: Engine repair

Receptionist is always very rude, also parts will routinely take between 2 to 6 months to receive back.Pricing is fair and the work is good but God forbid you have questions, the old receptionist has hung up on me several times and today for example; I called and asked for a spec on the minimum diameter a crank can be ground to and was told I would be called back, no call. I brought the crank to the shop and asked if the machinst had a single minute to look at it to see if it is salvageable. I was told to wait. I waited outside for 30 mins to no avail, then went inside and was told 10 minutes later just to wait or bring it somewhere else. When I mentioned I waited for the better part of an hour to get 1 minute of their time I was kicked out by the receptionist throwing a tantrum as she often does.Service: Engine repair

Had a couple hubs pressed into my steering knuckles here yesterday. Stand up job with fair and affordable pricing with friendly and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my van to have the ac fixed was quoted "$612 with the work that was done today" but they couldnt do it till Monday. We paid for the current work and made the appointment for Monday. Got a call monday that it was $60 more for the part we said ok. When they billed me it was total $820.52. These people are total crooks. The lady that runs the office is flighty and rude. She was so disorganized that every time we called we had to explain everything again. I would have never have had the work done for two hundred dollars more than we were quoted. Then when I called to ask about why we were so over charged she hung up on me saying we told them we didnt want the work done then changed our minds. That wasnt even close to the case we just asked that we have our van over the weekend.

While I m sure this machine shop is competent at repairing specific engines they do NOT have expertise in Nissan cylinder heads. They had my cylinder head for a month, i paid $200 for a half complete job because they didn t know how to set the valve height and come to find out they ground the valve seat on 2 exhaust valves to the point of no return. Wasn t able to get those valves in spec. They were 30 thousandths off from the other valves. Verified these issues with Nissan Master Technician and another reputable machine shop. I called to inform Worralls and they would not provide any refund whatsoever. Had to purchase another cylinder head and start over.

Visited the shop because the car was running bad the guy "fixed" the problem that I had and I ended up having another problem so I return to the shop to inform to the guy that its running even worse he said it's the "same problem sounded the same as yesterday" so I get home take a look at it for myself mind you I have no Automotive experience except driving and I noticed a couple things weren't plugged up right so I proceeded to plug them back in. I just saying these guys or at least the 1 guy is not very thorough he will tell you anything watch it when you go up there and make sure everything is connected when Chris does the work
