Mary and her Master Mechanics were extremely helpful in getting my Escape in for a transmission rebuild. I broke down and had vehicle towed to a local shop. Diagnosis was bad transmission. I got in touch with Tuckers Garage and then had vehicle towed there. They were about 2 weeks out on repair window. Mary kept me informed on the status. Very pleased with the work and time frame. I would highly recommend Tuckers Garage for all your automotive repairs, especially transmission service. I took a truck to a nearby shop when the transmission went out and it was misdiagnosed as a bad throwout bearing. After a $1900 clutch job, I was then informed that the transmission was bad and was quoted $2900 for a used replacement with no warranty. I then had it towed to Tuckers who replaced the transmission (with a warranty) for a fraction of the cost, and they likely would've diagnosed the problem correctly from the start as their staff is very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair, they have their customers' well being in mind and are not trying to squeeze extra money out of anyone. It is hard to find anyone around that will work on manual transmission vehicles, but Tuckers has you covered, and with a relatively fast turnaround. Excellent service all around here and I will be calling them first from now on for my vehicle repairs.Service: Transmission

Friendly locally owned and operated. Took some time to get my transmission rebuilt but I am so far very pleased. They also replaced all of my brake lines while they had it. Reasonable rates I would most certainly use them again.

Car started acting strange after driving from two hours north. Suspected transmission issue, but wasn't sure. The toe driver confirmed there was fluid on the underbody, and suggested Tucker's Garage. I went with his suggestion, and am happy I did. Minor issue, thankfully. They got the part in a couple days, and it was done same day. I'm not from the area, but would definitely return if anything ever happens again around here. Thank you Tucker's Garage staff

I used them years ago for a trans rebuild in my s10, i want to say about ten years ago. They were fairly quick and the best price in town. Super super nice staff. I actually checked them again recently when my 300kmile burban chucked the trans and they're still the best price in town, i had to go a different direction for now but will definitely use them next time.

They re really professional, they re so good they get swamped with work, so they may take a little more time than expected for some jobs. But they get the job done and they do it RIGHT! And are more than willing to remedy any problems with their finished product.I would recommend them for anyone who needs a trustworthy transmission job or even miscellaneous related work.

The folks at Tuckers Garage literally rescued me and my kiddos from a road trip gone bad. As busy as they clearly were, from the number of cars on the lot, they took the time to diagnose and repair my vehicle quickly after a highway breakdown. Fate led me to the right place! Not enough Thanks!

Great people very honest And very reasonable on price. Thay can pinpoint the problem .not like most transmission places.!! That always say well it's shot you need a complete rebuilt !!!

Even though it took almost 2 months to get my vehicle back(due to snow and getting parts in) I must say I'm please with the service so far(Only had vehicle back 1 day) .
