I buy my scooter only 1 month ago and it s not working.when I call them they said I have to bring there .they can t do anything

Wasn't too bad for the prices for the scooters was it too bad for the prices for the other motorcycles and such that he had on sale

Awesome place! I had a go cart that was sitting in my garage and I didn't know what I was going to do to get it fixed and these guys took care of it. Great people, fair price and quick service. I just wish they did the same thing for jet skis!

I would not recommend these guys. Sorry I hate to say that but I needed a repair on my 150cc scooter. I asked them to look at it and make sure it was good. They replaced the tire on it and it was rubbing worse than it was before. I called and told them it was worse and they said well we can't help it you'll just have to bring it back in. I spent over 200 just for it to be worse. Lesson learned.

Purchased a new 50cc moped here in February, it stopped working in July. Was told they had to rebuild my engine and would cost $350 to fix, I declined to pay them and they still charged me $50 for their time. Was able to get it running again with a $12 part- my experience with this place has been horrible, terrible customer service, just overall rip off. Save your money and buy online as there are no advantages to doing business here.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!I needed a brake handle after mine cracked and fast to keep doing my delivery gig. It was a week out to order my handle online and no local parts available, these guys had some spares for repair work. The mechanic came out and personally made sure it was a match and I get to work safely another day!!!!!!

GREAT customer service, AMAZING people, and most of all they are a HONEST dealer which is what the world needs more of! We bought 2 Petronas 125ccs they run and sound great we are very pleased. When we went to pay we had over paid by $200 and none of us had caught it but he went to use the restroom and when he came out of the restroom he said hold on I thought you had XXX but there is XXX+X here he said it s not mine All around I am VERY PLEASED if you are looking these guys are a must see!!

I've bought four bikes from this place and I'm buying another spring of 2020. This is the best place to buy a bike I've bought bikes all over Louisville and Indiana and there's no shop like this one. Cheap prices, ok customer service but the best part is there bikes they last and run forever. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Only negative thing I can say is they badly need a website

Went to look at the inventory, ended up leaving thinking I didnt have enough, the bike I bought was cheaper than it would have been if I got it online. The guy even drove me to the dmv to get the bike registered. Almost 200 miles on the bike and no problems. They are good people inside this place. I'd recommend them to anyone looking.

Great customer service!I live out of state and my local Tao dealer would not give me the part number I needed, unless I purchased the part through them, at 2x the price. I called TNC ATV & Cycles and they were more than willing to help me out, even though I am in Kentucky and was not going to be ordering from them.

In store service is great but I've had a moped from these guys for about 3 months and now I seem to be having carb issues. Called yesterday may24th at noon the guy told me to call him this morning at 8AM! So I did because I need to get back and forth from work and the guy keeps making excuses as to why he can't come now. This morning he said he'd be here but it's now noon may25th and I've still yet to have anyone help me out I called him back at 1pm for the 6th time in the past 24 hours and he said he would be here in 20 minutes, an hour later he's saying it will be later. I'm getting pretty frustrated that I woke up at 8am and waited for a guy whos postponed this considering they know they're the only people who work on Magnum mopeds this side of the water. I even said I'd pay them extra if they needed but it's just frustrating so far.Edit: you did not call my phone why lie on a Google review that's just bad ethics. I can email you my call log if you like. I waited so long i didn't call you back until 10 then you kept saying you couldn't do it. You're very unprofessional and I hope you lose business

My ole lady and I just bought our daughter a little 4wheeler and long story short. Tracy the owner and his right hand man are great friendly ppl and I would definitely buy from them again in future!!!

These guys were amazing. I was running a biy late and they waited for me to get there. They were the only place that had the part I needed and also their four wheelers and stuff was cheaper then i paid else where and better then what I have!

Cheaply made scooters an off brand dirt bikes . Wouldn't take a rice grinder or a Harley to them at all . Just Toatoa an other junk scooters.

PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE ON YOUR FRIENDS LIST***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. My husband left a negative review on their FB page regarding repeated poor customer service which has now been deleted... to top it off the owner called my husband's cell phone after the review and threatened to pull him out of his truck and whoop his arse if he ever showed up at the store again; also said he would come to our house and beat him. There were more choice words and he hung up on my husband twice. Way to run a professional business. WOW!!!

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Sorry so long, but please read!!!Bought an Bullett-21 fifty cc scooter for my sons Birthday and as soon as we unloaded it off the truck it wouldn't start, BLOWN FUSE. They came and switched out the bad fuse and my son got to ride it a few hours, then it blew another fuse and wouldn't start. I took it back to them and they replaced the bad fuse with a higher amperage, (not good for the electrical components and wiring). The last time this happened, my son gotstranded, away from home and I had to go retreive him and the scooter, I took it in again and they had it for 2 weeks, keep in mind each time I've dropped it off, I left my name and number and each time never got a call from them. I had to call them each time or stop by the store and to my surprise, it's "fixed" and has been "fixed" sitting in a back room.My son has only put 189 miles on this scooter since December, my son wrecked his scooter and I took it to them to be quoted for repairs, again, I left my name and number again and left it with them for 2 weeks and when I returned to pick it up, thinking it's probably done and sitting in the back again, it hadn't even been touched or had parts quoted?????? They're excuse was "we're super busy", I get that, but no phone call or nothing, really????? I'll tell you why they're so busy... they sell junk !!!!Done being a nice guy,This is a promise to this company, if I drive by and there's people outside, i will stop, on the shoulder of the public road, and tell them not to buy from this place!!7/28/17, the day after this post and post on facebook...Owner called my cell phone, finally after the bad review and threatened to come to my house or if I came to his place of business and whoop my arse, this is a good way to run a business. No worries, I got plenty of home security camera's and what not if you decide to take that route.I'm sorry you couldn't handle a bad review and instead of calling me, (the customer) to apologize, you wanted to start the conversation with cussing and threatening, I had to add this to my original post. Let's see how you handle your response to this......think hard...... people are watching.

Great place. They came and picked up my bike for me and got it in good working condition. Broke down again a few days later but they claim they will fix it! Its an old bike so could be more wro g with it then first anticipated.

bad experience paid 1350 for a 150 4 wheeler had one day bad carb. he did put one on put ran it for one day set for about 3 days it runs for little bit then will quit'when i take it too him he will want labor grandson is not very happyhave 90 days too take it back grandson thanks we should have got one off craigslist when you buy a new one you should get a good one?

This store is great. They had the fuses I needed in stock for my new (pre-owned) taotao scooter. Great customer service. My scooter is running fine now.

Decent place, small to medium size selection of scooters. Matches others' scooter prices and honors 90 day warranty w free oil cjmhange after 300 miles plus minor maintence.
