Came in for my first oil change they were very friendly and fast. However. I asked of they added washer fluid upon my inspection and oil change and was told yes but when I went to use the washers, there had been no fluid added. Update so apparently I'm just a little slow and they in fact did add the washer fluid. Although I did try originally a couple times I'm guessing from where it had been empty before that when they added it and upon me trying, it was trying to flow through to the point it could come out as today I was driving and never took it upon myself to add any fluid I had used the washers and fluid came out . So I apologize to the team at Honda you did a wonderful job with my cars maintenance and inspection. Thank you

Went in for a tire rotation and asked that they check the pressure, because it felt a little soft when turning. Was told that it would be done with my paid rotation service. Asked again at checkout if they were ok and was told everything was good. Literally 2 days later my tire pressure light came on. When I went to the gas station, EVERY SINGLE tire was 2-4lbs low. Not only did they not complete the service I paid for, but lied to my face that it had been completed. Lack of integrity and service is so disappointing.Services: Tires, Oil change

We brought our Honda Odyssey in because the A/C wasn't getting as cold as it should and it didn't cool at all while the van was idling.We talked with Scott and he had a technician diagnose the issues. Scott called us with the details of what needed to be replaced. We ok'd the quoted repairs.We arrived an hour before they closed to pick up our van. Upon picking up the van post- repair, we noticed that several indicator lights on the dash board were on that previously were not.Scott asked us to leave the van and they would run the diagnostic test on it the next day.We explained that we were leaving in the morning for a road trip.Scott said they would rent a van for us to take on our trip. He checked with several rental companies but none had a van available.He said he didn't want us to leave for our trip with the van possibly having issues. He asked one technician to look at the van but that technician said he was leaving. He asked a second one and that technician ran the diagnostic test on it. The result was that the van needed spark plugs changed.The technician changed 1,2 & 3 spark plugs. Scott & the technician said we probably wouldn't have made it half way on our trip before the system would have shut down.By this time, the service center had been closed and they were both diligent in making sure our van was in good working order and road- worthy.As I type this, we are still on the road with 6 kids and I have thought numerous times of how fortunate we were to have received such good service from Scott and the technician. The temperature is 95� outside and breaking down would be very dangerous.Scott called this morning to check how the van was running. He told us yesterday that he wanted to be sure all issues had been addressed before we headed on our trip.We're extremely thankful for their dedication to excellent service. This was the first time we have had to bring our van in for service & the first time we have ever been to NH Honda. I had a wonderful experience at this location. This was my first time in and I was welcomed despite it being late in the day. Scotty was patient and had a very pleasant personality. Carter was available and offered input on my service. This whole experience put me at ease, especially when trying to build report and establishing auto care at a new location. The waiting area was clean and spacious. After my service, I requested information for my next service and Scotty made sure that I had an answer before I left. Overall, I had a great experience.

I was very happy with the service and the personnel. Scotty Haycraft was very friendly and explained everything they were doing and any issues they found. On the afternoon of March 14, 2022, I visited Neil Huffman Honda of Clarksville to have my 2011 Honda Pilot serviced.� Specifically, it needed an oil, lube, and filter.� I was greeted by Kathryne the service advisor.I gave Kathryne my name and explained the oil service light came on at 15%.� Kathryne explained the parameters that trigger this alert and quickly accessed my Pilot's service record.Kathryne entered my service request.� She then told me my Pilot's service record also indicated the tires were due to be rotated, transmission fluid, and transfer case fluid were due to be changed.I told her I would like to have this work performed, but had another appointment in approximately an hour.� She responded that all of this work could be completed within sufficient time for me to meet my appointment.All of this work was completed as Kathryne promised!Certainly, I am very pleased that the work was completed promptly and professionally by the service technicians.That being said, I was most pleased with Kathryne taking the extra effort to review my Pilot's service record.� The easy route could have been to complete my original service request only.Kathryne is clearly an asset for the dealership!I strive to keep my Honda vehicles well maintained.� I am continually very satisfied with all of Neil Huffman Honda's service staff and the prompt and professional work they perform.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great service! Computers were down, so paperwork was done by hand, but done in a timely, professional manner. First time taking my car there and was please with the length of time for service. Arrived with my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, my vehicle was quickly received, and the issues discussed with the vehicle were communicated. The vehicle maintenance issues were completed in a timely manner, and I was notified of its completion. First visit to service after buying here (Car is actually a Nissan from Neil Huffman in Frankfort). Not impressed thus far. I made an appointment for my lunch break, taking very specific care to ask about general in/out time. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. I got there at the appointed time and was told the wait would be at least 90 minutes. Nope. If you take my appointment and tell me it will be 45 minutes, then it should be in that general neighborhood. I honestly don't care how many cars without appointments showed up in front of me unless they are on fire. Thanks for having no consideration for my time. I guess "free" maintenance after the sale means you still have to make giant hole in your schedule. My time is worth more, so I will probably just do the oil change and tire rotation myself. MORE of my time. The second star is because the overall sales experience was fine. I am also NOT going to make a Saturday appointment, as was offered. I work close to the dealer. I do not live close, and I am NOT spending any of my Saturday at a car dealer. There's always the Nissan dealer right up the street. It won't be free, but maybe they honor appointments. Update: I was contacted via email telling me I had "missed" my appointment. That was ironic in the extreme. The salesperson then emailed a day or two later hoping I was enjoying my purchase. I advised each in separate emails of the appointment debacle and no response from either. Despite the "exceptional customer service" blather, I now have the service at one star. I did the oil change and other service items myself. Was looking for a new CRV for my girlfriend, but I think we'll go back to O'Neal for truly exceptional service. They are tried, true, and proven to go above and beyond.

Expedient service with honest and reliable advice. I cannot say enough good things about the service team here. My wife had an alternator issue and her car broke down while picking up my son. The service dept was able to start immediately on the repair and completed it very timely.

Not really wanting to post a negative review. I brought my Honda CR-V in because of the check engine light. Waited 2:15 minutes to get a report back that it shot back a code P0420 that any auto parts code could have ran for free. I would assume that a dealership would investigate further given the $175 charge. Maybe use an OTC back pressure gauge to let me know the percentage of blockage. I asked if there were any other checks done that would confirm that the recommendation for $2000 parts was needed. All that was supplies was that the machine ran that code. It seems to me that a Honda Dealership would have tested to see how much blockage and if it was indeed coming from in front or behind the catalytic converter to confirm. Maybe there were other checks done and just not said to me, however disappointed in the overall communication and testing on this matter. As I said when I arrived. The car running fine and had no issues other than the light being on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Neil Huffman Honda saved the day when my transmission temp light came on. I am not from the area and knew I needed to get into a shop asap. They quickly got me in, ran a diagnostics test, discovered the problem and fixed it. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership. And although I don t live in the area, it s comforting to know that I ve got a place to go to in the southern Indiana/Louisville market. Thanks again for the quick help!Service: Transmission repair

I did not have an appointment but was able to get my oil changed within 30 minutes. Their waiting room was clean but had too many tvs blasting all different stations. The service girl was nice and friendly and not too pushy when trying to up sell. They are great as always. Called and got an appointment within a few days. Advisor was super nice and informative. They were quick and I did not have to wait to long for oil change. Will advise that you will probably need an appointment, especially for Saturdays.

I used to work here and was hoping to get my brakes addressed before I left. No one loves vehicle maintenance. Having to come to ANY mechanic during off time isn t fun. Dustin and Dylan were able to get me checked in, diagnose the issue with my brakes, repair them, and get me back on the road safely well before noon. Dylan recently became a Honda Certified Master Technician so I trust him completely with any vehicle I drive. Service: Brake service & repair

Had a screw in one of my tires. Took it to Honda WITHOUT an appointment. Kat took care of me at the Service Bay, and in less than an hour, my tire was repaired and I was back on the road! AND - at NO CHARGE - because I bought my tires at Neil Huffman Honda! Love this place and the people who work there! Thanks so much!

I have a new Subaru Ascent and bought it at NH Dixie. It is a long way to go to get warranty oil changes done so NH Honda said they would do it. I live in Southern Indiana and decided to use them.I dropped my car off 3 hours early and they got my car done hours in advance of appointment time and were professional and courteous. Had my oil and filter changed. Someone met me when I stopped inside lane. Told them what I needed and they took over. This is the third time for this service. All the same. Friendly and quick. Took about 40 minutes. Would recommend this place. I like it!

The staff was friendly and professional. They communicated with me prior to and during the service to keep me updated on the progress and expected completion time.... and they finished very close to the time I had been quoted despite this being a very invasive service. When I picked up the car afterwards it was just as neat and clean as I had left it....but with lots of new parts so that it can run for another 100,000 miles!Service: Oil change

Neilhuffman has been servicing my car for about 4 years 140k miles and I am beyond satisfied. The customer service here is impeccable. Perfect. 2nd time bringing my civic to this location, I believe I have dealt with Scott both times and in my experiences he has been very helpful and professional, Can t personally speak for the rest of the place but my 2 experiences in the service department have been good experiences. Yeah a bit on the pricer side. But the first time I was there they did have to work on my car and again my experience but you get what you pay for, the work was done right so in my opinion yeah its pricey but its done right and effective.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely top notch. I called them to set up an appointment for the recalls on myairbags, even though my driver side airbag had deployed. While that was an extremely unusual situation, they were nothing but professional, polite, and helpful the entire time. Each time I brought it in they got to it quickly, and I never waited more than an hour, including the time they were working on it. Best of all, even though the airbag had deployed like I said, I only paid $79 for diagnostics, and they got Honda to sign off on the rest of it!I'm also at specially like to give a shout out to and recommend Adam Burton, who was my service advisor. He's extremely polite and prompt, he kept me informed, and was available at any time.Great folks here, and they have a great representative in Adam.

I took my 2 yr old Odyssey in for an oil change/tire rotation/brake fluid flush and a recall on the fuel pump. Professional, on time and after the service my van ran the best it has since I bought it new a few years ago. It was obvious the fuel pump was the issue with the sluggish and stuttering starts from a stopped position. My only issue was the next day the temperature dropped to freezing and all my tires showed low tire pressure alerts at 27-28 psi so I had to go fill each tire up to 35 psi for all the alerts/warnings to turn off. I would have thought that the pressures would have been adjusted the day before to be closer to the recommended 35 psi. This has never happened before (past 2 winters). It is fine now but that would be my only concern for the service and professionalism that I received.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

As of this writing, this has been the best service department I've ever dealt with. Up front, helpful, considerate and not pressing for work that may not be needed.We have a 2011 Honda Accord with right at 155,000 on it. Expect to get another 150,000.I'd highly recommend this service dept.

I had my 2006 Accord towed to Neil Huffman Honda when it suddenly wouldn't start one day. I'd exhausted my own abilities to troubleshoot it and was left stumped. All told, the car was down for about a week, they found the problem. I really appreciated the communication I received while my car was with them. Scott, my service writer, was fantastic he was nothing but respectful and professional. While I hope I don't need to bring my car back, it's great to know there's a trustworthy place nearby to take it for service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical
