We have bought and traded many vehicles through them over the last couple of years. This last experience has proven they have gone downhill. The most current vehicle has a leak. We even bought the extended warranty and are going on 6 weeks of being unable to get the service needed. Apparently 11 vehicle transactions in the last 3 years is not quite enough to get phone calls or texts returned.Update:I took my vehicle in to get the leak looked at and fixed. They had my vehicle for a week and I went to pick it up because "it was all finished". I didn't even make it around the corner before finding out the leak was still there. I then noticed greasy fingerprints and damage to the plastic pillars of the vehicle. Took the vehicle back. They had the vehicle for another 2 weeks. They did finally fix the leak. And replaced 4 of the 6 pillars that they damaged during the leak fiasco. As for the greasy fingerprints? Well they are no longer fingerprints, they are just smeared into the headliner now. Looks absolutely terrible. And wouldn't even fix the other 2 pillars they damaged. Best part, they are the 2 you see when driving. But they did "detail" the vehicle. Washed everything except the roof. Well and the fingerprint smears but I did get tire shine. And to top off the whole thing..... I was told "that's the best we can do".I did promise to update my review when I "got taken care of".

I was pretty set on checking out the Toyota Corolla Cross. But we came here first as we were referred to go to Katie by our granddaughter Arika for Katie had sold her the car she drives still. Katie introduced us to Ty and that s when the bonding experience started. Thru their professionalism and social presence they provided the most pleasurable and satisfying car buying experience my wife and I have ever had in our 48years of car buying. Just want to give a big thank you to Mitsubishi of Clarksville and a heat felt thank you to Katie and Ty.

I love this store. They were wonderful when we bought our car there in May of 2022. I take my car there for service when needed. It's great to have such a trusted group so close to me . They are always easy to deal with and seem to care about me and my car.

We had a great experience at Clarksville Mitsubishi. Our salesman Tyrone was the best!! He went up and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was happy with our purchase. Clarksville Mitsubishi is lucky to have him represent their business. Thanks to all that was a part to our experience.

They were very pleasant. Shout out to Katie in the finance department. We got a great interest rate. Ty was our sales person and very intuitive to our needs. It was a great experience. I walked away with an eclipse cross, my favorite color blue.

This is the first time I ve ever been impressed with my sales professional Seth. I was also happy to work with and meet several other employees and Katie the finance professional was a delight as well.Thank you all so much for providing me with more than I could have ever imagined from a large dealership.I am also quite happy with the 2021 Kia Seltos the set me up in. It s the one I wanted.

My usual oil change place was over booked and recommended this location. The service was superb, quick, and over the top friendly. I was dropping car off after working all night so still dark, unsure of location and had to turn around to actually get to location. I would recommend this service center and will be using in future.

Very informative and friendly AT FIRST! Do NOT buy from Mitsubishi of Clarksville!! They do not back their cars. 2 days after buying my pre owned car from them started having minor problems with it and they won't do anything for me. 2 days! Something that will be pennies to them and a good review, I'm hoping now will cost them thousands in lost sales!!

Shalom, a lot of times people go unnoticed in getting the recognition that they deserve. And my son & I have had one of the best experiences in the world with your sales rep employee named Seth. He is nothing short of a miracle when it comes to customer service. And the personal care that he literally took his time explaining in great detail exactly what was going on and how it all worked, Anxiety gone!!!! Thank you so very much Seth for making us feel like family. I would recommend everyone I know who s looking to buy a vehicle straight to you. Service dept is great. As for mitsubishi, I will never recommend one to anyone. Replacements parts are not available for an Outlander only 8 years old!!! Disgraceful! What a ploy to make you have to get a new one. NEVER!!!

Overall buying a new car my life time. I'm 50. I had 7 times purchasing new cars. Features of this outlander suv tech amazed & fit my comfort. Quaility is like Benz luxury. I get questioned strangers scope outside & inside. Of suv. I recommended dealership and how was drive. My response back "outstanding quaility & comfort affordable to my lifestyle with my family." Couldn t give it zero stars or I would haveWent to purchase a vehicle. Somebody covered up the smell of cigarette smoke with air freshener for the test drive and the sale after leaving with the vehicle, the smell came out, took it back to the dealership would have got my money back. Had the dealership not already gotten my down payment Would have went somewhere else to buy a different car But I couldn t get my down payment back fast enough, so I had to buy something there since the engine blew on my truck. Worst car buying experience ever don t buy a car from this dealership. Shady tactics, confronted them on the fact that they covered up an odor to sell a vehicle. and the manager told me on the car I was purchasing I could sell it for whatever the dollar value was and wasn t interested in fixing the issue that they created. Worst car buying experience ever never buy from this dealership.

Alexander Beckett was down to earth and he made us feel very comfortable, even had us in laughter. I gotta say he is a very awesome salesman. He got us in our very first brand new 2019 Mirage G4 ES. I highly recommend Alexander for your salesman.

We were helped by the whole Mitsubishi family. But one went above and beyond to assist and explain every part of the car buying process. Seth Clark had made the car buying experience more than enjoyable. Anything we asked if he didn't know the answer, he found it within minutes. We will be buying again from Seth.
