Had a great experience with these guys! Son gave me his truck. Found out still had a lean for like 300 bucks for late fees. Well a year later truck got took. It's not there fault for that. They get paid to do what they do. They returned it quicker than you know what so I could get to work! They can repo from me anytime! Lol. Seriously They were great. Just remember it's not their fault you're car got took.

After repo they emptied up car but didn't returned all belongings... had to call several times and got some of the stuff back but still missing items... they firsts denied keeping stuff but miraculously 2 items showed up. They were rude and nasty... they really need to work on HONESTLY and CUSTOMER SERVICE... they can do their job of recovering cars without the need to steal customers belongings... Listen buddy!!! When you get a bad review instead of arguing USE it as a improvement point. To refresh your memory I had to get an affidavit to go pick up my stuff. Then had to go back to get the "RiverLink" transponder and "batton" that went missing. I do have proof and witnesses.... and still there's stuff missing. Instead of arguing or trying to appear( Hurt or Diffamed) work on the integrity of your employees and company.. Now go on and fight or throw the biggest tantrum that you want but you know THAT STUFF DISAPPEARS FROM THE VEHICLES YOU TAKE POSSESSION OF. YOUR JOB IS SIMPLE TAKE POSSESSION OF VEHICLE EMPTYING IT AND RETURN BELONGING TO OWNER OR AGENT REPRESENTING THE OWNER....

Had our explorer repoed recently ( voluntarily ) and sure enough they came when we least expected it, only issue was we had not cleaned it out yet and it actually had my wife's bank card, license, wallet, and all of our kids easter stuff in the back, so once we realized the car had been grabbed I drove down the road and assumed what route the driver would take, what do ya know .. There was our old car being towed down the road, I caught up with the driver at a red light and simply told him " you can have the car, nobodys mad about that, but can I grab my stuff? To my surprise the driver was actually really cool and pulled into a parking lot and let me clean the car out, nothing was missing, damaged or otherwise and the guy was rather patient and more than willing to wait a few moments while I collected all our things, I said thank you, shook his hand and we both went our separate ways... I was fully expecting him to do the exact opposite of what he did for us that night ( understandable if he did considering the line of work and people he has to deal with daily blaming him for being repoed when he's simply doing his job ) props to you guys for that, I didn't catch the drivers name but, I appreciate what you did for me that night. Thank you

I called them and they set up my appointment and we re very kind to me, my wife and son, when we got there. The ladies up front were amazing to talk to and very understanding. The gentleman brought my car out to me and helped me clean it out and made sure we forgot nothing. Above all, they have the best customer service I ve had the privilege of experiencing in a long time.

Totally unprofessional! The entire staff needs to work on their customer service and professionalism. The entire staff was rude from the President to the front desk. Through a bad situation, Evan and his staff went out of their way to help us resolve our immediate issue. Everyone we spoke with was very courteous and helpful. This encounter affirmed that there are good people in all types of businesses.

I just caught these guys stealing cars out my apartments . We don t have permit parking anymore and they are towing cars still . I tried to ask the driver why are towing cars he immediately got in the truck and took off speeding.

If you are looking for a rapid and professional repossession company, look no more!! Out of all the repossession companies I have worked with in my 4+ years in the car industry, this has to be one of the best ones I have worked with. Justin and his crew are always on top of their orders and will always answer the phone when you call. They will assure you great customer service and make sure everything is hassle free EVEN FROM OUT OF STATE! If you are needing a simple car tow or a repossession this is the company to go to! Just went up there today to recover my things, which I was told I will be able to clean out my car myself and get my license plate but when I got there they had bags for me already and told me that they cleaned out everything and my license plate is in one of the bags. When I got home I checked the bags and noticed few things missing (shoes, hoodies, prescriptions) and even the license plate they said would be in the bag. I called and was told the supervisor would be in contact. Still no call! I don t want to go back up there and hope we can get everything resolved over the phone but if not I will because those things mean a lot and these so called professionals shouldn t be doing a poor job.Service: Car towing

Considering the circumstances of why we were there, this company went above and beyond for my family. I unfortunately did not get names, but there was a lady and man working the front counter who were very pleasant to work with. They could see I was in a lot of distress and they helped as much as they could throughout the entire process. One of the guys who had to repo our van was always very understanding, he let us get our stuff out the car and made sure we made it to a safe place while awaiting a ride. Hopefully I ll never have to use their services again, but while I did, they were great.

We used IRS twice this year for repossessions. Our business is in Middle Tennessee and we needed a repo agent in Indiana. Evan was great to work with and made the process easy. The pricing is comparable to what we usually pay and they are very professional. We have hired repossession agencies in several states and this one was exceptional. We will call them for any future need in that area.

I never trust a thief. Make sure you clean out your own vehicle!! You will NOT get all of your stuff back! I was missing $300 worth of stuff.

Be careful with them, the only item they removed from my vehicle was my firearm (I had to ask for it to be returned) , then they attempted to steal my key fob off my key ring (asked for it to be returned as well) so watch them very carefully ijs

Literally caught a truck this afternoon scoping the area as I was walking to my car. This happened to be an area where vulnerable individuals receive services. Nobody called, there are no Violators will be towed signs so why was this person there? Based on the reviews and my experience today, it definitely sounds like some predatory behaviors occurring.

The older woman at the front desk was awful. Needing their services is stressful enough, but, she was the real nightmare. My husband and I are painfully shy, which, admittedly makes interactions with 'less sensitive' people a stressful event for us. That being said, in business we rarely come across people like us so, in some way we are used to it. But this woman... She takes the cake. Unprofessional in her job, and on a human level, just plain unkind. The thing that gets me, is in these situations, you don't really have the option of who is available. So, you don't know what you're getting yourself into.. We're not the only people who have had a negative experience with her but, it appears they don't have to do anything about it. They don't care about the customer service aspect. All of that being said, the two men we interacted with were great..

I would leave a zero star if I could to rate how unprofessional and unsafe the driver of this red Ford tow truck (number 13) was today as he drove through my long and narrow gravel driveway to access my neighbor's home.My property is clearly labeled as private and a speed limit of five is shown several times along the drive but this driver ignored all of this and drove in over 10 mph and out over 15 mph.I hope that the other drivers for this business are not as careless, reckless and disrespectful of others property as the driver for truck number 13 was today on my property.Driver, you need to understand that it is not YOUR name on the door of that truck. You are representing a business owner that very likely has a lot of time, money and responsibility invested in their business and your irresponsible actions when driving that truck reflect upon that owner and all the other employees as well.

I.R.S. did a good job keeping my vehicle and belongings safe while in their possession. Everyone was very helpful and polite during the retrieval process as well.They were friendly and informative both on the phone and in person. The man that brought my vehicle up was cautious while driving and polite when giving my keys back. Everything was in my vehicle just as it was before they hauled it and no damage was done to the vehicle.I understand that in this line of work, they may not be the most popular but try not to judge the company based on the misguided anger of others whose vehicles were also rightfully repossessed. I was upset also but only at myself and our current situation, not at the people who were simply doing their job.Thanks for taking good care of my vehicle and being so helpful when I came to retrieve the vehicle.

Knew they would repossess my car no big deal. Everything was fine until they seem to have disconnected my battery for unknown reasons and now onstar and my bank have no idea where my car went so I may be on the hook if anything is messed up

Ok so I normally would give them 5. But if I wasn't originally given the wrong address n drive 3hrs out of my way to indy then I would. However, the staff is absolutely amazing. I had explained my issue n originally the woman I spoke to was willing to stay after hours just to accommodate the time difference. Then they had waved my lit fees for the mix up. Being that this is a recovery service I dont exactly recommend anyone get their car repoed but if u have an option for a tow service I couldn't stand behind a better place!. I really appreciate everything the family here did. They definitely went out of their way. Thank you all so so much!

My husband and I were out there collecting our vehicle when this guy that works there starting bragging about how many vehicles they collected that weekend and laughing about it. Ones misfortune isn't a funny thing and to make fun of those that experience this isn't funny. After our vehicle was retrieved it was scratched and completely filthy. The lady's in the front office were rude, just lost on the paperwork. Took them 2 1/2 hours for us to get out vehicle back ridiculous!

I can't give 4 stars saying I liked or give 5 stars saying I loved getting my car repossessed. However, it is not Indiana Recovery Services fault and they are just doing their job. The night my vehicle was repoed was tragic, I made a payment and had a confirmation number for that payment. The driver stated he had a direct line with my leinholder and was told I was lying and to take my vehicle. I asked if I could speak to them since he decided to come on a Sunday night at 9:45pm, and he would not allow me too. I could not get through to them because they were closed. Monday was Martin Luther King Day and it took forever for me to get through to the lienholder and after speaking to them I was not repossessed 4 non sufficient payment but from them the lienholder putting my information in their system incorrectly and it took back as a wrong bank account. I then had to pay over $1,500 to get the paperwork sent to Indiana Recovery Services so then I could call them to set up an appointment to go there and get my vehicle. Honestly I feel like I should not have had to pay any of that because I paid with the same bank account through my lien holder for years 4 years to be exact and I did not give them the wrong information I even have that bank account on file in the computer system so I don't see how they would put that in wrong and I don't see how that was my fault. Yes, I am behind on a couple payments but I have spoken with them and had arrangements made because my husband is out of work due to the pandemic and I'm in the healthcare field so I'm kind of in and out of work due to the pandemic and I have a child at home because her school is closed in Virtual learning only. So to think that people are working with other people it's a complete lie they are not! So when I called Indiana Recovery Services Monday Martin Luther King Day the lady was super nice never rude or mean at all she had me call back in an hour because the paperwork was not there yet and I called back and she could not get me in until the following day so I missed two days of work a Monday and a Tuesday when I'm the only one working, so I had to get a ride to grovertown Indiana on that Tuesday to go pick up my vehicle. Sign a few papers explain things to me and the guy wouldn't got my car and brought it out. I inspected my vehicle everything looks great I didn't see any scratches any new dance any thing off I drove it around the area just to check and it seems great. However their driver needs maybe better customer service skills I understand his job is to sneak at a certain time to people's homes and take their vehicles without issue or altercations, but he would not give any information he would not let me speak to anybody, and you would not even hear me out that I'm the only person working that I have a child. And he did not even wear a mask, he should be very careful with the job he has going to strangers homes and I'm sure people go and get in his face. Made me nervous being in the healthcare field with him not having a mask on near me. As a business Indiana Recovery Services did a great job they gave me all the information I needed they were never rude it was simple and smooth. The only thing that sucks is the pandemic keeping people from being able to come in that same day you have to make an appointment but that's not their fault.

I called them to let them know I had made a payment and needed to schedule an appointment to pick up my vehicle. That same day they moved my car to another place 4 hours away! They make a business by taking advantage of pplAnd costumer service is a joke!

Everyone here was polite, friendly, and helped however they could.Unfortunately upon redemption of my personal property I discovered multiple items missing.I called the main office to figure things out and was told that their grovertown office would be informed.I'm not say they stole my stuff but it's odd to me that the only stuff that went missing were higher dollar items.I have still yet to receive a call from either office on the whereabouts of my property but I'm hoping we can solve this issue and I can change my rating.
