What a fantastic experience. Justin was just incredible Israel was awesome as well. Such courtesy professionalism, they went out of their way to help me with questions I had and made sure they took care of all my concerns. You are so lucky to have them. Was a terrific experience at your faculty

Amazing experience! Fantastic customer service from the minute I pulled into the bay. The guys were knowledgeable and I drove away confident they did the job right. Better price than other places around town too.

My experience at the Jiffy Lube was very good! I liked that I did not have to drive into the bay and wait inside my vehicle. I was invited inside to enjoy a hot cup of complimentary coffee while I waited. They did a thorough check on fluids, filters and tire pressure. The only suggestion I would make is for a better first impression when a customer is greeted by an employee. I had two people approach my vehicle. The first man who approached was straight to the point and all business without even a Hello . The second person was a woman who smiled at me, greeted me friendly, asked me how I was doing and thanked me for coming in to have them service my vehicle. I later told her that I thought she should give some constructive feedback for training her co-worker to follow her style of creating a positive first impression for customers.

They really went above and beyond on my oil change to help me realize I needed new rotators and brake pads. The oil change was so fast and had my husband not been able to change the brake pads they would have been the cheapest and fastest to do it.

This team on Michigan Rd in Carmel is truly outstanding! They were super courteous, quick, & professional. I smiled as I left, at what great team work they showed, and how well they all worked together to create a positive atmosphere. They were so proud of their work & happy to help ! I will always return to this location! :)

I m new to town and needed car work done , the work was going to take 3-5 hours and I did not have anyone to call for ride so an employee drove me home and came back to get me when car was ready! Best customer service !!!! Everyone I came into contact there were very courteous and friendly!! Highly recommend this place !!

We brought in our used car in a state best described as woefully under-serviced. Kaitlyn was kind, professional and knowledgeablein her explanations, both initially and as the tech performed our service. The service was thorough and speedy, and we will definitely be recommending this location to everyone.

We have obtained Jiffy Lube oil changes on both of our vehicles for over 20 years, and typically went to a location quite close to us. However, in the past year or so we have begun using the location at 10390 N. Michigan Rd as the service there has been significantly better, and for us it is worth a slightly longer drive. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and we have been very happy with them. We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.

I was referred to this Jiffy Lube and Scott, the General Manager, came out to assist. I explained my car seemed to be requiring more oil although it was not due for an oil change for a little over a month. He checked the oil and found there was a leak so he kindly added oil and stated repairing leaks is a service they provide by appointment. I was happy I stopped by and had a chance to talk with Scott because he was so helpful. I asked for his business card and hope to find time to get my car in for repair soon. Thank you, Scott, for your kind help.

I m not so pleased , I normally go to jiffy lube for my oil changes . For 1 they added 30 miles until I needed my next oil change again. Not accurate. They messed up on the numbers normally it s every 3,000 miles . 2nd off , I don t think they put in the high oil like I asked. They just put in whatever oil that was the most convenient to them. My car hasn t been running the best now. It just leads me to think they didn t put in high mileage oil. Seemed like the guy didn t know what he was talking about anyways. I mean do they just hire anybody from the streets? Do these people get trained properly???They just put in whatever oil they want to make it a lot easier for them. However they vacuumed the car out , cleaned off the windows and etc I will give a 1 star for that. I always have that done though which is fine it s almost like it comes with it. But what they did do which I didn t like is they did whatever they wanted to the vehicle without my knowledge . Didn t give pricing before continuing, and just started adding up prices . I ended up paying 95.00 I m used to paying no more than 60 for high mileage. THIS IS JUST FOR OIL CHANGE. I ended up showing my friends & family the receipt there like holy cow!!!! Right!!! This is crazy I don t know if I can trust you guys again .

excellent JiffyLube staff at 104th and Michigan Rd. I needed them to help me complete my DIY oil change by removing the underbelly splash guard (rusted retainer bolt) from my F-150 and pour my own oil in. They did it quickly and correctly even though my request was not typical. Even took a pic of the rusted plate/bolt so i could find a replacement. rare to find such helpful workers these days....thanks!

Amazing service! I drove past 3 Jiffy Lubes by my house to go to this location. Pulled in on a Sunday and was serviced immediately. Was not overcharged or pushed for anything I didn't need. I ve definitely found my new spot for all my car care needs!

I stopped in just to get a new window sticker, but the crew was very fast and super efficient. They not only got my new sticker but topped off all my fluids. I was there less than 5 minutes. Great service!

The young lady that helped me was awesome!!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think it's expensive. However, fantastic service and I would recommend for sure.

Great service!Got in and out quickly! Very Professional and answered all my questions. They checked all my fluids and recommded some much needed services that I didn't know were overdue. Thanks ! Won't go anywhere else!

So I originally took my car to the one on Rangeline, but they Over torqued my lug nut, snapped the stud. I had to bring my car here to get it fixed. Car was out of commission for 4 days. They had to get me a rental so I could go to work.The ONLY SAVING GRACE was the manager, SCOTT. He kept me informed and was the only person that apologized and it wasn t even his store s fault. They fixed it as fast as they could, but honestly the lack of contrition by everyone else other than Scott was off putting to say the least.Thank you Scott, you re a true professional amongst amateurs.

Well, I went in for an oil change and I found out that I d need both front axles replaced and I had a crack in my radiator was leaking because it was cracked and that needed to be replaced. Manager told me that if I had the work done that day, he d do the oil change for free. I couldn t do it that day, but I did schedule it with the anticipated price of $1700+. He said he d take 50% off that day and give me a coupon for a free oil change on the next visit. When I left that day, I noticed that my sticker hadn t been replaced, my tires hadn t been balanced, and my oil change light was still on...and he didn t give me the coupon. I do not think that they actually did the oil change. I told my husband what happened and he took it back for the scheduled appt. Miraculously, with my husband there, only one axel needed to be replaced and the crack on the radiator was on top - no leak, anticipated price is now $800+. Also, the person who was supposed to do the work didn t show so my car is just sitting there. I have to borrow my mother s car tomorrow. We most likely will not return to Jiffy Lube.

This location of Jiffy Lube cannot be beat. I've met customers in the waiting room who drive miles just to have their vehicles serviced here. Reasonable wait times. Friendly and professional team!

As always, the team there is efficient and professional, however this time the tech who was handling my oil change was vague in describing why my car needed a high end oil filter when my car is not a high end car. Additionally the cost of these quickie lube places is outrageous. $92 for an oil change. There are two body shops at 86th and Michigan that do it for half the price and are better equipped to communicate with customers. Likely will not return again.

My visit was on a Sunday at 10 am. I was greeted, shown to the waiting area and once they pulled my vehicle records-I was asked if I wanted to change anything from my previous visits. 15 minutes later I was checking out. Exactly what I was looking forService: TiresService: Tires

Timely professional service. They apologized for my 20 minute wait instead of fifteen. We all need to take a 20 minute chill to take care of our vehicles that we depend on. I was used to at least 90 minutes at a local dealership for an oil change and tire rotation! This crew moved like an Indycar pit team!! You have a new customer!

There are 3 quick lubes in and around this facility, which I've been going to for the last 3 years.They do a good, thorough and honest looking forward job, it's well worth a wait, if any, they're pretty fast.Ed
