I read these reviews so I thought ya these folks will take care of me.Well l towed it there because of these reviews when my died unexpectedly.It took them days to get to it. Which l understand but everyday they said they would get to it the next day. Again l was very nice and patient.They call and tell me l ran out of gas and that my gas sensor is off. That they put gas in it but l needed to go straight to the gas station. Well on the way to the gas station it dies.It's dark out and I'm a female who doesn't know much about cars. I was left stranded on a round about. Had to get a ride to the gas station. Then buy a $30 gas tank that has a crazy child proof mechanism. Anyway when I made it back to my car to put the gas in it and the thing sprayed gas everywhere.So l had to call the Carmel police to help. Did l mention it was raining and dark?I called and told them all of this. The dangerous position that I was put in because they didn't put enough gas in my car to go two miles. I would of Gladly paid for that gas. But l paid $120 to be put in a dangerous situation.Uncaring to say the least.Nobody called to apologize. To reimburse at least the $30 gas can! Nothing!It was a two hours ordeal. Negligence.

The name says it all and they always live up to it! I can only say very positive things about Integrity Automotive. Besides their awesome technical skill-set, their honesty, no-nonsense approach, and "old fashioned", personable customer services, makes them a rare find and a gem. For us it is a bit of a driving distance, but they are worth every single mile!!!!!!

They took care of what was wrong with my car that was affordable, fixed any minor problems they noticed, and gave us a recommendation for how to repair something they advised us to fix soon. Very good mechanic and one I would visit if I needed to have the car worked on, but hopefully not.

Went for A/C repair and will never go back. Drove a Diesel Chevy Cruze for quite awhile and went in for A/C recharge/repair. Left and the car drove fine until the next morning. Started and died over and over, was shaking really bad so I called back and asked them to look at it again to see if something was wrong. They claimed nothing they did would have resulted in that and chalked it up to "unfortunate coincidence". Eventually sold the Cruze to my uncle who planned to get it up and running again. He found a shop towel in the intake tube and that is what was causing the car to shake and die. Very disappointed with the lack of integrity and the fact that a shop towel was left in a position to be sucked into the intake tube. They seemed to be very indifferent to the fact that they worked on my car and then the car died the very next day.

We have been taking our cars to Integrity for 8 years. Not only are they good mechanics, they also explain the car repairs very well. We had a minivan that was maintained by Integrity which lasted to 244,000 miles. I had such a great experience with Integrity Automotive. I spoke with Bob and one of the mechanics - they were both so kind, patient, and straight-forward. When they finished diagnosing my car, they didn't try to push extra charges like new air filters and whatnot (in fact, they told me my air filters would be fine until my next oil change), and they let me know that the very expensive part replacement for the issue in question isn't necessary for my car to continue running properly. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and had it picked up by 12:30 - fastest turnaround I've experienced for anything more than an oil change. They do charge for engine diagnostics when some other auto shops don't, but honestly, I'm happy to pay an auto shop I can trust. I'm glad I took the word of these other great reviews and went with Integrity Automotive! I will be returning for sure.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a great experience working with Integrity Automotive. I drive an older Jeep Commander that had an engine issue that was not easy to identify. Josh was very provided excellent customer service and spent time to carefully analyze the issues with the engine. Through this he identifying the most reasonable approach, replacing the fuel injector, and now my Jeep is running very well. The price was also very reasonable. Made an appointment to get my spark plugs checked out at another shop for the Thursday before the Fourth of July weekend. My car was there for 9 hours and they didn t even look at it. I called Integrity Friday morning and asked if they could squeeze me in since I had to go out of town later in the day. I dropped off the car and Josh called me within 45 minutes to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. Two hours later I get another call that it was already done. Price was fair, communication was excellent, speed was incredible, and the location can t be beat. Josh was awesome the entire way through and this will be my new go to shop!Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

They diagnosed my girlfriends car with a faulty gas sensor but couldn't repair it because its an Infiniti and they don't have the equipment to do the repair. Still charged $120 and didn't put enough gas in the car to get it to a gas station. She was stranded at night in the rain out of gas because the shop couldn't put a couple gallons of gas on the car.

I'm so glad I found this shop last year. Very convenient for me when I need to drop my van off, as I can ride my bike to & from. The staff are always super nice & quick to respond. I know I ask dumb questions, but they don't act like it bothers them.I find they are reasonably priced, do great work and do NOT try to up-sell or talk me into services I don't really need. Very honest & dependable.

The name says it all "Integrity". Back in April I had the entire A/C system replaced; condenser, high pressure lines and all hoses in my Ford F150. Unfortunately within two months the condenser unit failed in my vehicle. Without reservation they replaced the condenser again which cost them labor and more refrigerant. Then within a few weeks the A/C would not get very cold. I called again and made an appointment. The owner of Integrity told me at this point they were not going to be able to work on my vehicle anymore pertaining to the A/C. He then told me he would be refunding all my money. While my A/C still does not function appropriately I was happy they gave me a complete refund despite the hours of labor and parts they had spent.

Full maintenance review for a Honda I was turning over to my daughter! Asked Bob and the team to treat it like they were turning it over to their own daughters! They did a VERY thorough and excellent job! Bob and his team are very good at what they do, and even better, they communicate and build trust! Service Manager Josh at Integrity just did me a HUGE SOLID. I had a last minute issue with a car that needed an inspection and they got me right in and did it quickly while I waited. Is it weird that I can't wait for something to actually break on one of our cars so I can go back there? I'm happy to go somewhere besides the dealerships for my future maintenance and repair needs. Josh took great care of our vehicle and made sure that the repairs were going to be worth our time and money. He was very great to work with and honest about all charges and what was needed and gave a clear timeframe as to when our vehicle was going to be ready. Highly recommend their services! This is an amazing shop!!! I love these guys and gals. I worked here for about 9 months as a learning tech over 10 years ago, and I still come back and I still use what I learned to work on my own two cars. :) Bob and Linda are the owners, and they are good people. I was behind the scenes, and I saw them be honest and fair (sometimes more than fair) with everyone who came in. They and their crew work really hard. Over the years I've taken my car to them for things I can't do at home (alignment, AC, etc), and it is always a reasonable price. One thing I think everyone should remember is that, no matter how prolific motor vehicles are, we are driving a sophisticated piece of equipment that undergoes stresses every day that are so far outside of most of our daily experience. Physics gets weird at ridiculously high rpms, and there are fluid and thermal dynamics to contend with, not to mention how much even the smallest of vehicles weigh (and your suspension has to handle anything the road throws at it as gracefully as possible while carrying said weight). Your engine (if gasoline or diesel) is a set of carefully contained explosions that repeat continually while the motor is running. There are so many parts, so many different makes and models, so much complexity.... Remember to thank your mechanic next time you take your car in. Seriously. And remember that it costs a decent amount to keep such a complex machine running. Budgeting for it is wise. And then enjoy being able to get around so much quicker than the majority of humans have throughout history. :D

This is the second time that I've had my car serviced at Integrity Automotive and I'm again very happy with the quality of service provided (replacing front brakes, fixing the suspension), and also with their promptness and the prices. Josh in particular did an excellent job, going truly above and beyond what I expected. I can't say enough good things about Integrity. We had so many questions and they were so thorough and patient in explaining to us. They fit us in their busy schedule. They even charged less than the original estimate....not many places are that honest these days! I have been taking my car here for years, JR will test drive your car with you to listen to noises and troubleshoot on the spot. I recently brought my car in for service maintenance and a safety inspection. Great work and customer service. Had my fuel lines replaced and Josh, the parts manager, always kept me in the loop on parts and service times. I come from a family of mechanics so I kinda know what to look for and when I m being scammed (someone once tried to sell me on refilling my blinker fluid lol) - and this is definitely the place to go for any car issues. Definitely trust the team there. they re knowledgable and they do great work. It s hard to find a shop who does honest work in a timely manner with an affordable price but they hit the mark here.
