On my way to work, I managed to pick up something, it happened, and Belle Tire was the closest to me. I called a head, and it would be a bit of a wait, as they are very busy. However, they were upfront about the wait. I needed a quick fix and was willing to pay. However, the wonderful gentleman who took my call insisted they could do it for free. While they were taking care of my tire, they did a quick inspection of my suspension and gave me an estimate which, after some general searching, is a great deal, and the young woman who presented me with it offered that, although I knew I couldn't apply for a credit card, suggested that I could bring in my vehicle and pay for things as I could, as in they could break it down into segments of "needs it now, and can wait a bit"... all of this is general wear and tear of a long-lived vehicle. I was so impressed by the great customer service that I will be taking them up on the offer to do the maintenance on a bit by bit basis. Thank you for the 5-star service!! And for the record the piece of glass they pulled out was rather large, and they did it for free... along with amazing customer service. gonna go back for sure!!

Had a screw in my tire and was losing pressure. Belle Tire was my first choice for repair. They took care of me quickly, even without an appointment. I had purchased from them before and they have been professional, timely and the Carmel store on Michigan Road is very comfortable for the brief wait. I will continue to use them as my tire store.

This is 2.5 hours away from home for me.What should have been a stressful and even overwhelming day, was made so much better by the caring and top quality service provided.They greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. Gave my little girl a belle tire toy, and made us comfortable.Brian went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and get us out and back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you, Brian + Carmel Belle Tire!

The staff at Belle Tire are incredible. I came in with an issue and while they couldn t help immediately, they worked with my schedule and got me in the next day. It was a quick fix and handled with care. They were very courteous and even ensured my son felt right at home during both visits. Customer service makes all the differenc!

Went to Belle Tire on 26Feb24 to have a pair of tires changed. I love this location! As always they gave me the best price.Thank you Andrea! Huge shout out to Brian H....he knew I was in a hurry to get home to kids getting off school so he left the front desk put on gloves and went and helped get the job done!!! Folks that is the definition of OUTSTANDING customer service! It is wonderful to see employees that care about the customer like Brian does. Thank you!!!

Brian -H at the Carmel, Indiana bell tire store is a phenomenal customer service rep. As I enter the store he greeted me with an handshake and gave me his undivided attention. He talk me through exactly what is going to happen during my appointment today and explained my payment in detail. Normally, when I ask how long it s going to take I m told it could be 3 hours regardless of my appointment. Brian -H sign me in and within 5 minutes my vehicle was on the rack, afterwards he informed me where the technician' was with the completion of the job. One hour and 5 minutes later I had new tires and a vehicle alignment to my satisfaction. I was on the road to Chicago to visit family in great timing. Thank you Bell Tire for dedicated and loyal employees like Brian -H who truly care about the customer peace of mind and experience.

I walked out to my car at 5:15 PM to find that my back right tire was flat. I drove down the road on a flat tire, which took about 20 minutes, to get to the belle tire in hopes that they would help me. I was greeted by a very nice man who told me that although it was about 20 minutes to close, he d get me in the shop to fix my tire since it was urgent. Huge shoutout to Brian H and Prince T for staying after close for 10-20 minutes to make sure that my tire got fixed. They were super kind, very helpful, and they fixed my tire so that I could drive to work the next day. Give these two men an award, a raise, I don t care, just give them something or let them know about this grateful review.

Brian H was great to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my transaction. Will definitely recommend him to others. This is one of the most nice and honest establishments that I've been in lately! Belle Tire is the best!

I got the one year deal event on Sunday for 4 tires which I thought was a good deal with a $50 mail in rebate, I had an appointment for 11a.m dropped it off,because they told me it could be several hours,so I ask myself then why make an appointment.and then i get a call 1 hour later to pick it up.which i would have waited.They said free alignment check,no one told me anything I had to ask and didn't offer me my $50 rebate,i had to ask for it,and at the end of it all when I go back after work at 5:30 I see my front corner bumper was hit..and I went back inside to tell the guy at the counter and he told me there's no way we did that we have cameras everywhere SMH..he told me he would speak with corporate and call me back tomorrow.and I never got a call back or anything..so I am not a happy customer.

I ve always had a good experience at this location but today was different. The older woman, Andrea, with glasses and highlights was very rude from the moment she stepped out of the office. She kept a very impolite tone with us, and spoke to us as if we were stupid. She was upset when we called another location and were quoted a lower (basically half) price for the service we were seeking. She even went as far as calling the other location to complain about giving us a lower price, and spoke down on them as if their employees weren t as qualified as her technicians. Her customer service was lower than poor, she had no intention of ever being kind. She tried to charge 3 different prices and kept going back and forth, before we left we tried to see if there was any other option and she just continued to give us a horrible attitude. Even went out of her way to tell the gentlemen leaving, who she wasn t even helping, to have a great day and not us. We left and received better service at the Whitestown Belle Tire down the road! Fix your attitude :)

Brian and Prince at Bella Tires are the best. Brain explained everything in detail giving me the choice and understanding of the different tire packages. Prince was awesome and helped me with my tire situation. Thanks to both.

I stopped at this location at 4pm on Saturday, with a flat tire in my trunk. I asked if they could take a look at it, expecting they would tell me it could not be repaired, as it frequently happens, to sell me a new tire. Not only they repaired it in 10 minutes, but they didn't charge me anything for it. I wish I had the name of the salesperson, he is just awesome and supernice.Thank you!!!

Brian demonstrated excellent patience and customer service! My mother stopped by due to a slow tire leak. Brian didn t hesitate to relay information to me via phone during her visit. Thank you for taking the time to deliver the same information twice. I know that can be frustrating.

We are from out of town and here on a holiday weekend. We developed a tire leak and needed to fix it before we returned home. We tried several nearby repair shops who couldn t help us and finally Belle tire in Carmel said bring it in. They looked at the car, not long after we brought it in, and then removed a screw, patched the tire, and didn t charge us. We are grateful to Quention Griffin, and all the people at Belle tire who helped us. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I had a flat on the highway and ended up at Belle Tire first thing in the morning. I was driving for work and needed to get back on the road. They took my keys and got my car in immediately to see if the tire could be repaired. Even though the tire was ruined, they offered me a very fair price for a new one and got me rolling in about an hour. Many thanks to the great staff.

Horrible customer service! Specifically from the manager of the store Andrea. It s mind blowing that she is the manager of this store! She is as the definition of a KAREN! Belle tire, is this what you want as the face of your company store? This lady talked to me like a mother talking to their child being late for school! The tone & the look on this lady s face because I m late for my appointment was disgusting. How could you even treat another human being that you have never met, so horribly. I drove 45 minutes out to this Belle Tire, 45 minutes, just to get kicked out and told that I cannot be accepted today at all, that is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1 o clock, I show up late, the first thing I do is apologize for being late and apologize for the inconvenience. IN A VERY RESPECTFUL MANNER, and ask if there s anything we can do.m to get me in still. This lady tells me no and shuts me down when I ask about if we can treat it as a walk-in. She tells me that she can t get me in today and the ticket count is too high so I ask how high is it ticket count, I can wait. Instead of answering my question like a manger or customer service person should be (PROFESSIONAL) she decides to be unprofessional and childish and answer my question with a question, then she asks me why are you even asking? instead of answering my question like she should as a MANAGER, so then I tell her I used to work at belle Tire I know how to take account works maybe if it seems reasonable, I can wait she tells me to get out she kicks me out of the store! Now I will do everything in my power to let the world know in the press no about Belle Tire in the horrible face that they provide in Indianapolis Indiana. Thanks Belle Tire for ruining an hour and a half of my day today so sorry I was late so sorry I apologize for being late in respectful manner

Horrible customer service especially from the managers which is unacceptable. I got my car serviced here and two days later had to bring it back for a completed different issue that I wasn t having before. I attempted to speak with the manager Andrea about my concerns and she talked down to me as if I were a child so I had to have my father call to ensure that I was getting the right information and she was completely unprofessional with him as well. Will not go back to belle tire as a whole because managers at the very least should have some customer service skills.

Andrea spent a lot of time helping me pick new tires. Price was competitive, service was fine. Waiting room was a bit annoying with one guy talking on speaker on his phone, but the Belle service guys were good. Installation and alignment took 90 minutes. They got me in on time.FWIW, the Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws (which do not seem like a regular tire for Belle) they put on my truck are a life changer. Super grippy in bad weather and look great.Make an appointment to come here.. Multiple people walked in expecting immediate unscheduled service and were turned away. Making an appointment seems obvious, but I guess not..

Only tire shop that I go to and will continue to go to. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had issues with both winter tires on front and Quenton put in a lot of work to get these filled under warranty. Got me an excellent pair of tires to replace damaged ones. I can not be happier. Spend the extra money to take it to a place like this. It will save you money in the long run!

As a young woman in her 20s who has always had her Dad help her with her car, I am very impressed with both the service and hospitality I experienced. I easily booked my appointment online and was able to take my car to the location within the next 2 days. The total price ended up being less than the estimate provided on the website. Todd, the man who helped me at the front desk, was very personable and knowledgeable and ran through the list of services they performed on my car. I ve been needing new tires for about 6 months now but was very hesitant to make such a large purchase on my own, but Belle Tire made it so simple and painless. I will definitely be returning here next time!

I had to have a tire repaired and as usual Grant was awesome!!! Greeted me with a smile and a Good Morning (people don't realize how far this little thing goes). Got my car in as soon as a bay became available. When it was finished Grant was on a call but I was not made to wait until he completed his call. Andrea turned my keys over to me and was also awesome with the delivery. The professional courtesy with these 2 alone keeps me coming back to do business with this company and location!! I would recommend this location and associates to anyone in need of tires or repairs!!!

How pleased I was when I saw online a complete description of my AC system and a rundown of their diagnostic process. I have 6 vehicles and have always used this store for tires. WHO KNEW that they offered so many other services. I think I just found my new mechanic. Upfront, polite and great communication culture. Six Stars
