They have very friendly staff, searched high & low to find the last tire I needed. Not only were they friendly, they took time to conversate w/each customer on a personal level. Service was fairly quick & I was back on the road w/4 new tires!

I was in here for an oil change very early in the morning just got off work and went there straight away. Found out one of my tires was really bad. I knew my tires were bad the technician said it would be a safety issue if I didn't change all four of them since it's winter and all that. I agreed to change all four. It was a long wait period though he explained that to me. I got home parked and went to sleep. Got ready for work and saw that all the air in the tire was out. Hmmmm. Getting ready to take it back to them to do something about it. Will update.

Quite definitely a different experience then expected. I've been told several reasons not to use Walmart auto&tire to have 4 new tires purchased and installed. All of them were wrong from the lack of know how in the garage to the extremely long wait times ... I will say from my experience it was great. I'd would've given 5 stars but there was a bit of a mix up during the whole on-line ordering, appointment schedule which was that big of deal for me because I prefer a human voice rather than clicks on my phone.. no worries just wasn't perfect but damn near... Great selection of tires, quick turnaround time, Awesome prices... Definitely recommend!! Camby,In Walmart Auto & Tire

It took 2.5 hours to change all four tires. The wait time is insane, I will never come back plus the tires weren't even aired up properly. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

They didn't open the doors until 7:15. Then one of the technicians had to go find someone to open the register, which didn't actually happen until about 7:45 and that person didn't know how to "write up a ticket for tires". Ended up leaving and going to tire barn.

Give them credit. They could have told me I needed expensive repairs, but all l needed was tires balanced,

Overall good experience. Fairly cheap for just a standard oil change. Pretty sure they intentionally take a while so you go into the store and shop. The only bad part of my experience was that they told me they were done, and I checked out and received my report, but I had to wait another 15-20 minutes just to receive my keys back from them, which was a little odd.

OK I have been to this place 2 times now. The first time it took over 3 hours to change 4 tires and I even scheduled an appointment! The second time I went in a week before my appointment which was last Friday because they suggested it, we made sure that all 4 tires were in stock and he said yes, we both looked. So we set up my appointment and I went in at 3 and had to take off work for my last 2 hours of my shift... I get there and give them my information and such walk around Walmart for about 15 minutes and I get a call from them telling me that they do not have all my tires, but they have 2. I I said no because I have an all wheel car and they are all supposed to be changed at the same time! I forgave the first time because I went in on a Saturday. (like I said even though I had an appointment). However this second time was freaking pathetic... It took everything in me not to tell them off, and I don't do that! It's a damn trap and a damn shame...Service: Tires

Do not waste your time for an oil change. Dropped car off at 10am for oil change. Gave me 3 1/2-4 hour wait which totally fine since I wasn t staying. Came back at the 3 hour mark, car was in bay. Did grocery shopping w/husband. He left in his car. Went to check on my car 45 minutes later. Was not done. Was told it was next, takes about 25 minutes. At the 4 1/2 mark was handed the remote (gross no thanks) for the tv in waiting area. Asked about my car again, another 50 minutes since they employees were on their lunch break! Are you kidding me? Ask to speak to manager. He offered to waive all parts and charge me labor only and give me a free oil change next time. As if I would come back! I refused and had them bring my car around. The girl working the counter assumed I knew they would be going to lunch. Why would I know that? Although the manager tried to make it right, the employees there are rude!

Was here at 10 when first open and was first person in line. Did some shopping came back an hour later and my car had not moved. Just took it back 20 mins ago. Meanwhile other cars are rolling in and out. Going on two hours now for an oil change with no one ahead of me. Last time here for meService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Given a 1.5 hour wait time on an oil change.. at 2.5 hours, I'm losing my patience quickly as I've watched several others come and go. Currently watching 3 associates attempt to solve one problem while 4 people wait in line to pick up. I am done. Oh they just discovered they put the car in the wrong name.. my car has been done for over an hour.

They take so long to change one tire. Is there just one person working back there?It takes more than an hour to change one tire, they should really consider their employee skills.Never again.Go to tire barn instead.Also they have better customer service.

Considering that I wasted more than 45 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me at the GREENWOOD Walmart Auto Care location last night, only to be told they couldn't change my oil, they acknowledged me within minutes, they quickly assessed my needs, and then took a reasonable amount of time to get the oil change completed and cashed me out with no problem or hassles. I got the basic "pit crew" oil change this time and was very satisfied. I have paid for a more thorough option previously, however, and been much less satisfied.

9am arrived to have 4 tires put on my SUV ,young man states 2 hours or less, 11:00 I ask how much longer ? He states 2 or 3 hours ok we call for a ride home , 3:30 we head for the tire center in camby we arrive and well it's not ready, 4pm finally he calls to say it's done out the door I open my truck to find the bald flat tire I told them to remove from the rim inside my truck untouched, my good spare is missing and yes I explained exactly what I needed done , now we go into the garage to look for my spare there it sits hidden in a corner yeah well spare is back on and we are finally going home I'll never go back there all day just to get tires !!!

Very slow, took in a tire to have put on a rim and was told 20min. 1 1/2hrs later they finally got done but forgot to change the valve stem which took another 10 minutes. Not very professional at all, there were numerous people waiting and had been waiting for a long time too.

Rude ,nobody smiles.i bought $550 worth of tires and $30 oil change.i thought I would pay$10 more get fluids air filter bulbs all checked and topped off.only customer their.The guy signs me in says 30min.55 minutes later I go to deck is there a problem. She says no it's done.WOW!They say air filter next oil change.wow!!Last time I was there they said I needed one. get in the car they didn't sweep out, they didn't clean the windows what else didn't they do ????that was only the obvious !!!!!so lazy.

I'd give 5 stars of they had a waiting room and more knowledgeable and experienced cashier, I think the register/pc needs updated. Great mechanics 5 's for them.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is terrible. They have no regard for their customers. If you can get one of the employees to stop ignoring you, don't expect to receive quality service. They tried to charge me a fee to put on tires that I purchased from them, then tried to upsell me on an oil change to an oil that was twice as expensive and that I didn't even need! You're better off going to the Auto Center in the Martinsville Walmart if you can, they treat people right and don't have such a negative attitude toward their customers.

Had to get my 5th tire replaced thanks to the state of Indiana and the lack of priority in filling potholes that seem to litter Indiana roads. Big shout out to those useless government officials filling their pockets with cash and avoiding the real issues. Walmart tire center wasn't quick and since I purchased the road hazard it only cost me 11.00 to get my tire replaced. My favorite part was when the associate lectured me about not having my paperwork because apparently you need a PhD to find a customer in their system. He went on to explain that I need to hold on to my paperwork because not ALL associates will take the time to look me up, i beg to differ. You dont take to find me in your system i will be more than happy to inform the public as well as your corporate office and find another store to spend my money. All in all, if you want to spend 4 hours of your life in their waiting area you will get a reasonably good tire for a reasonable price.

Weve bought tires had our oils changed regularly here. We stopped going here we go to Plainfield. The girl that I think is a manager is rude as hell. They charge for stuff they dont do. They've left us 2 quarts low before and never reset the change oil light

Do not use. Took tahoe in on spare, explained flat was in back of vehicle. They were extremely slow and put new tire on spare rim and left flat in back of vehicle. After complaining they took it back in, swapped tires around. After another hour brought it back out with nice aluminum wheel all scratched up. I was told a claim would be filed and someone would call me. Weeks later, nothing.

TIRE BUYERS BE WARNED IT IS NOT NORMAL OR USUAL FOR TECHS TO LEAVE SO MUCH LUBE ON TIRES/WHEELS THAT IT SLINGS OFF ONTO VEHICLE OR TIRES. IT STAINS!!!!! So went to my friendly neighborhood Camby Walmart for some brand spankin new tires. Had just lucked into some used wheels that i wanted to dress up a truck i plan to sell. Got checked in when they were pretty busy and was told wait time was 2 1/2-3 hours, no problem had some cash to spend so went shopping. 4 1/2 HOURS later i finally get my truck back after inquiring around about the 3 hour mark and said everything was fine just backed up. No worries understandable, what is not understandable is why they put my DIRECTIONAL WHEELS ON WRONG, USED SO MUCH LUBE THAT IT IS NOW ALL OVER MY WHEELS, TIRES, AND TRUCK, AND HAS EXACTLY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS WITH ME ABOUT PROBLEMS. took the truck back the next day and the tech told me thats the way they do it, and there was nothing wrong and i didnt tell them how to put the rims on. DERP it was obvious they are directional and one should expect a tire tech or mechanic to know the difference and if not why not just ask the customer what they prefer (a good mechanic will and should communicate with you about everything they do to your baby and give you choices and reliable recommendations). Finally after about another hour 1/2 of wasted time i convinced the so called "mechanic" that either he or whoever worked on my truck is incompetent and he agreed to replace my tires. I dont know about you but as G.W. Bush tried once to say: burn me once shame on u, burn me twice shame on me. So i was not about to give someone as blatantly incompetent another chance to screw up my truck. So finally the "mechanic" agreed to buy me new tires some where else. which i wish i had done to begin with. WALMART MECHANICS ARE GLORIFIED SHADE TREE MECHANICS AND IF ANY OF THEM ARE CERTIFIED ASE I WOULD BE SURPRISED AND RECOMMEND THEY ASK THE SCHOOL WHO THEY WERE CERTIFIED FROM FOR THERE $$ BACK. imho you would have better luck finding a neighbor that owns a ratchet set and knows how to change oil to do a better job than any of the Hacks who call themselves professional mechanics at Walmart in Camby or the one on South US 31 for that matter. (see my review basically the same thing but they were aware of past problems and FYI the managers at us31 store dont give a F*** about customer service, a tech that worked on my truck cussed at me even after his boss told him to stop, strait out refused to even give the name of the head manager of the store, guess what Antonio n Ronnie i got it anyway and talked to corporate too ;))

I was on the side of the interstate at 7:00 PM on. Friday night with my family in our van -- with a tire blown and a dodgy spare. These guys took care of us and got us back on the road without breaking the bank. Top notch!

The service itself is always great. But the time is horrendous. Everytime I come here I'm usually waiting about 2hrs. So please make sure you come prepared to shop or sit-down for a while. That being said, still great service.

Titles says auto care center but they only work on tires and alignments. Maybe oil changes but I don't think so. Definitely give false advertisement.

The Service Manager, Will, and Assistant Service Manager, Kyle, worked diligently to solve a TPMS issue with my Pontiac Grand Prix. My TPMS sensors were good going into tire changes at the Plainfield Walmart, but one of them no longer functioned coming out. But Plainfield said they did not have the device to reset the sensors. The Camby guys figured it out and now all my sensors work again. Great customer service by Will and Kyle! Thank you!
