The battery I recently purchased from a Seymour store was not working properly or something, as the car died and would not start for almost 30 minutes. Come to find out, I needed a battery that works well with high electrical use. Cody, the manager on duty, checked EVERYTHING out, and changed out the battery, providing me with a different model, and I was on the road again in under 30 minutes. Cody you ROCK!FYI The store looks great and the parking lot was very well maintained..Great job!

My first impressions of this store are fantastic. I walked in, approached the counter, and was out of the store with the right part within five minutes. Pricing was also pretty similar to what I was looking at online for the same part.

I went into the store tonight frustrated! After a really bad day at work I went to start my car and the battery was dead. I got a jump but needed to get it checked out. The two gentleman working in the store were amazing!! They were so kind and helpful. They checked my battery and it was indeed bad so they not only helped me get the right replacement, they installed it for me!! It made my day so much better!! They are my heroes and I will recommend this store to everyone!! Thank you so much again!! And you deserve a 10 star rating!!

The worst Autozone location I ever visited.Asked for cabin filter and this man women was annoyed.She Couldn't find it at first and when she did she didn't bother to get it for me. I was supposed to find it in between the unorganized shelf of filters!!! I left without granting her a sale!

Every time I call for questions I always get Carly Jo and she has been so helpful the last month especially. I had to call again today and spoke to her and then I came in and she answered all of my questions. She gave me some good advice and helped me get a new battery for my car. it makes things a lot less stressful when you have someone who is patient and takes the time to explain things to you and fixes my problem. I didn t want it to go unnoticed because again every time I ve had to call or come in to AutoZone, I now ask for Carly Jo because she s just great at her job, so thank you.!

The staff was extremely helpful. I can't remember his name, but he had a mullet. He swapped out my battery for me, and was very personable and friendly in doing so. Thanks for the help! He has earned my auto zone business from here on out.

This store was so nasty the customer service was terrible didn t have the parts I need and they wouldn t help me at all. If I could rate this any lower it would be a negative ten.

If your gonna advertise and post your hours! Actually be open and not lock the doors on not 1 but 2 customers that were here before 9PM! Just because it's Friday isn't am excuse! Please District Manager or Corporate Headquarters watch the Video on Friday July 4th and let the excuses begin!

Terrible rude staff. Manager was ok but the guy with the long hair shouldn't be infront of customers. Had to call o riely to get my part number because I couldn't get any help. Attitude the whole time

Very helpful manager with a clean, organized store. There was an unexpected and unpleasant situation which occurred during my visit to this store and the manager handled it very professionally and it did not escalate.

Not a very clean store it was dirty.Not good at all.Horrible customer service.I bought light bulbs yesterday and they told me that the ones that they suggested would fit my SUV but these bulbs DO NOT FIT MY SUV. Why say that it would fit my SUV if they really do not fit.
