Great place to buy parts! Brownstown is lucky to have this store. Friendly and helpful staff. Most special orders only take one day. Seems very clean..

I'm thankful that O'Reilly was open and that Jonathan G. (Sorry, can't remember entire last name) was so helpful. I was in town visiting family, but planning to leave the next morning to drive back home to SC when my car was having trouble starting. I knew it was probably the battery. My dad and I ran to O'Reilly early in the evening trying to beat the incoming storm. Jonathan was very polite, patient, and helpful. He found 2 options for a new battery in stock and was able to install it before the bad weather hit. So thankful for good service!

Amy from the O'Reilly's parts store in Brownstown, she is awesome she is honest and I'm so glad that I got to meet her and deal with her on parts! She needs a pay raise and she probably should be made a store manager somewhere! Great job Amy thank you for all your help the Nissan Altima 2016!
