My Ford F 150 was serviced under warranty to correct the deplorable job done by Mace Ford. I found the staff prompt and efficient. The manager introduced himself and offered additional assistance in the future. Very refreshing experience after being treated so poorly at Mace Ford.

I would give an honest 3 stars. I have never cared for the dealership experience in general. So I would say York was in the top 5 of my dealership experiences over the years. Just not a fan of the games one has to play. Do you ever truly know whom is telling you the truth or not?? For the most part everybody was professional the dealership itself physically was clean. My salesman was nice enough. And I know financial guys get a bad rap but it always feels like they're just playing a game to get you to put even more money down or to extract more money out of you. Honestly I didn't feel like the finance side of things wanted to negotiate on price but that's par for the course on any dealership experience I've ever had so like I guess I can't fault them there. It's kind of like good cop bad cop salesman personable nice enough finance guy not personal just right business and has the job of extracting as much money from you as they can. Overall nobody was rude it's just the bog standard dealership experience that in time maybe hopefully we'll change for the better. I would give feedback the service department to better check their vehicles I did buy a used truck I understand that but there were a couple of fluids that needed to be topped off that should have been caught at the inspection also 10 miles from the dealership a check engine light came on so that tells me they just cleared the codes so the check engine light wasn't on at the dealership. I know I signed stating that it was as is just the point is what I'm trying to make. Other than that was a solid experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my next vehicle. Just understand that it's a dealership experience love it or hate it. York if you're reading this review you're more than welcome to call me or email me gladly talk to you.

I m very pleased to share my experience of purchasing a vehicle from York Ford in Brazil, IN. The salesman was patient with me as I wanted to inquire on more than one car. He didn t hurry me through the process of finding the perfect one for me. He was professional, considerate and kind. The fairness and consideration of everyone involved was a big factor in my decision process to purchase from them. I am a very happy person with my vehicle and suggest to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to be sure and check the York Ford dealership in Brazil. You will be happy you did!

York Ford went above and beyond to make sure we were totally happy with our 2020 Explorer. The car was beautiful inside and out and when a minor sensor defect popped up they picked the car up, gave us a loaner, fixed it and returned it quickly. Really top notch service and would gladly buy from them again.

We just purchased a vehicle last week. While it took a moment in the beginning, Kurtis worked so well with what we were trying to accomplish. I didn't feel like I was being pressured but that it was just good conversation about what we were looking for. The work he put it was excellent. thanks !

Thank you York Ford for our beautiful Ford Explorer and all of your help! We could not be more grateful for the time and effort you all put in to helping us. When there was a small issue in our car, you guys went above and beyond by picking it up and fixing things in a timely manner so that we could avoid any future cost, even leaving us with a loaner that we could use! Kristy, John and the entire team at York Ford are all wonderful and genuine people, dedicated to good customer care. We will definitely be buying from York Ford again!

Kristy was a great sales representative. I made and inquired online about a truck and she responded promptly. She was very helpful providing details. She even made a short video of the vehicle since I couldn t get over to drive it for a few days she was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. She brought in Curtis from the finance department who was also very cordial and helpful.. They made a very fair deal for me and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle reach out to Cristi and Curtis at York Ford of Brazil.

Everyone was so friendly. No one asked me the same question over and over trying to pressure me into spending more. It was such a fast and nonstressful process to purchase my vehicle! I'll definitely be doing more business with them in the future!

Terrible customer service! Made appointment several weeks in advance to have a recall issue fixed. Was told by Service manger that it would only take one day to fix and would call when done. After 2 days never heard back and I made the call to find out if it was done. Service Manager had called in sick. I was told that they were waiting on approval to have issue fixed, but did not know much more about it and would call back. Never received a call back. 2 days later I called back and talked to service manager and asked if he still had my car or has it been reposed! He told me he thought I had picked it up which I had not. He stated he had the parts and would personally would get it done that day! He confirmed my Phone number and would call when done. Never got a call back. 2 days later I called back to talk to store manager and got a voice mail. Left message I was not happy!! Later service manager called and said car was done and and he would give the car a complimentery car wash. WOW great service 1 week to the day I picked up my car! I knew the day I walked into the service area I told my fiancee I should not have gone there it did not impress me at all and I was right!

We were traveling from Ohio and had an issue with our truck that we were unsure if we should continue driving and the guys at York Ford got us in and helped us troubleshoot what was going on! Appreciated their ability to work us in so we could feel confident in continuing our travels!

Service was great! It was a real surprise to see the labor rate jump from previous $105 to $150 after York purchased this dealership recently, though.It took some time, but they did honor the Ford coupons I had and sent me a refund check. I'm glad to see they care enough to have reached out to fix this mistake. Thanks York! I have increased my rating as a result.

Caleb is seriously the best, and any other encounter i ve had with the staff is great. They are so nice here.After taking my car to multiple ford dealers - they were the first to actually get anything fixed after so many tries. I will forever come back thank you guys so much!

It is great to see a dealership that counts. Customer service is one of the top priorities. The service department was easy to understand and easy to work with. It was also nice to see a dealership help someone who only had one license driver and needed the car to stay there for a couple extra days until there was a way to pick it up. Thank you so much what a great addition to the Wabash Valley.

Service (a recall) was prompt, staff were friendly. Dealership looks pretty tired (chairs but no tables In waiting area). Maybe new owners will spruce it up.

Professional but disappointing to see a sticker in my car that says return in 3,000 miles. The expedition factory standard maintenance reminder is 10,000. You all need to get with times or stop trying to pull the wool over people s eyes.

It s getting to the point where I m considering trying ford in terre haute. I do not feel the service department is very organized. Anytime I list what needs to be fixed on my car, they only have it partially written down. Then, they re not prepared to fix everything. I ve always had to go back a second time because they did not correctly fix the issue. I ve noticed they always tell me they re going to replace an item but then they just try with an adhesive that doesn t stay. It s very frustrating.
