We came in looking at a Jeep for the wife. We found a few jeeps we really liked. Test drove 2. We loved it but wanted to think about it. The price was very competitive. The staff was great, the store was new and very clean. No high pressure sale. They asked for the sale, but I didn't feel pressured. With a 40000 dollar purchase, I just want to be .. we will be back to drive another one the wife saw. Overall, we had a good experience.

Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and understanding! We were vacationing in Indiana when our vehicle broke down. Jason in the service department was exceptional with diagnosing the issue and helping us out with a fair price. Wesley and Zack F. were wonderfully accommodating as we also had two kiddos under 3 with us as well! They and their manager, Amy, helped alleviate some of the stress from a very stressful situation.

This was our second vehicle purchase from York Chrysler in Brazil and we had another great experience. Wes was by far one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with at a dealership. We were in & out with a new Jeep Gladiator in <2hrs, with a car show event happening while we were there! Got a fair price on our trade-in & had a great experience all-around. I had a very good.Experience, but when I got my vehicle and my Tire pressureWas opposite of what they should be This tells Me That the Technician in the shop just rotated my tires but did not change the pressure. I feel that This just brings doubt On everything that was done during my service. So I have to follow-up behind what they did. I Add.to turn around and come back to get my Tire pressure.Adjusted properly and at that time it was lunchtime so jeff took care Of it. I guess the technician was in a hurry to have lunch.

Excellent job by the service department. Fast and professional. Had some trouble with a recent recall done by a sister store, they stepped in and took care of it no questions asked when the other store couldn t get me in soon enough. Did great work and got me right back on the road

We had an incredible experience working with Nick in sales and the James the manager. Both of these guys were very honest, detailed, and friendly. I spoke with them over the phone to start to get a deal started for a new Ram, and in ran exceptionally smooth from the first phone call to when I left the lot. I can't say enough how friendly and genuine these guys were. I have never had such exceptional customer service as I did at Yorke in Brazil, IN. That didn't stop when I left. I had a concern come up on a Saturday with my truck, it was an easy fix, but I couldn't drive it at the time. RAM roadside assistance was challenging to work with. I just gave the dealership a call and James the manager said he would take care of it. 2 hours later one of their service guys showed up at my house, got the truck fixed in about 15 minutes, and I was back on the road.I highly recommend Yorke Ram in Brazil, IN. I would go as far as to say that I will not be purchasing a vehicle from a dealership other than Yorke in the future.

On a multi-state trip my Jeep overheated and needed a new radiator. This Jeep dealership happened to be fairly close to the highway we were driving. Service manager Jeff Finnerty went above and beyond by getting my Jeep serviced and repaired so we could continue our trip on the same day. Jeff kept us informed on estimates as to cost and timeframe and offered to drive us to a hotel if the specific needed radiator was not available. He also offered to transport us to a restaurant if needed (we arrived at the dealership about 1100 AM), as well as show us where complimentary snacks and drinks were, TV remote, etc. Our dog was with us, a salesman visited us and provided water for the dog (the dog s water was in the car). Other staff members were welcoming. Our four hour stay there was pleasant with comfortable chairs and an inviting atmosphere. It felt low stress since Jeff acknowledged our stranded plight and anticipated our potential needs and offered solutions that he could provide. The Jeep was repaired after about four hours and after a free car wash we were on our way. If I lived here I would certainly take my car here for service and maintenance. Thanks Jeff, repair tech, and staff!!

Check engine light came on this morning on my way to work, they got me in and diagnosed the issue even took the extra time to wait on my warranty to be released in order to do the work, very satisfied! Chris and Jason are awesome in the drive! Great customer service! Thanks guys!

Very great service. The advisor kept me updated. The technician did the repairs and completed them promptly. No hassle, no heartache. What more can you ask for? Nobody wants their vehicle in the shop, but they made the situation better

First time coming here for maintenance service on my 2020 Wrangler. Very professional, came out to show me how gross my filters were and what I wanted to as far as replacements. Gave me the financial details upfront so nothing was hidden. I was very impressed. Jeeps are not cheap, and I will definitely be back.

I first gave a 5 star when I bought my Jeep but little did I know I was going to deal with all these issues. I asked the salesmen at the time of purchase if there were any recalls on this Jeep he looked me in my eyes and said no, not at all. This wasn't true. There is recalls that can cause a car to wreck and they don't know how to fix it.I am not safe driving this Jeep. I want Jeep company to take care of this by trading in this unsafe Jeep. They tried low balling me on the Jeep I bought from them 8 months ago. I wish York Jeep Company would be a stand up company and take care of this issue fairly.

Jeff the Service Manager went above and beyond to help me out! Just bought a RAM truck from a dealer up in Indy and when the truck was in need of repairs I took it into York RAM in Brazil. I spoke with Jeff about the situation and my frustrations about my factory warranty being 2 months expired and that I was going to have to pay out of pocket for these repairs, which I was willing and prepared to do. Without asking him to, Jeff went to work something out with his warranty people, came back and told me they were going to make the repairs for me and not charge me. This is what customer service is. Listening and trying to understand a situation from a customer, understanding if the business has any flexibility to help resolve the issue, then going the extra mile for your customer ensuring that they are treated like they matter and are valued. Jeff and York of Brazil did just that. I greatly appreciate it and now they have just acquired a loyal customer.

I first made an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and the auto stop warning fixed. When checking in, the man said that there wasn't anything in the "notes" about the auto stop not working/warning light. I had to show him on my phone that it was stated on the appointment made online. We also received an appointment notification by email from the dealership with the same info about the auto stop warning light so how he wasn't able to see it made no sense - my guess they didn't want to work on it because it was under warranty. Got a call from someone and I was told that it needed a new auxiliary battery and that was the reason for the auto stop light/system not working. Was told the amount for the battery was $356.65 double of what was put in in Terre Haute for $171 a little over a year ago. Your dealership first said they couldn't warranty it because it was put in at another dealership although the Terre Haute dealership said it could be warranted at any dealership and clearly online it says Mopar parts are warrantied. After getting a call back from your dealership the story changed to we don't know how to submit a warranty claim when parts were put on at another dealership but now you could put in a new battery under warranty. I received a new battery BUT the light is back on in less than a week so this did not fix the issue! On top of that I was going to be charged $286 for an oil change and tire rotation until I mentioned this is outrageous which they changed it to $92. Another time when they rotated my tires a lug nut fell off and I had to pay for my own lug nut. The Hachem's.

Great experience with Nick and Connor. The dealership was super helpful in finding a vehicle. They provided good pricing up front and honest. Drove four and a half-hour hours and so glad I made the trip to find the perfect Jeep.

I don't recommend this dealership. They lied about how an accident occurred on a used vehicle and tried to cover it up when asked. They also sold me a used Toyota keyless entry without the key shanks in the FOBs. I called and was told I'm SOL. So my battery is dead and I can't get in without spending money from my own pocket to get key shanks cut. Buyer beware.
