Randall was very helpful in the process. He made it quick and easy. The finance guy Jeff was very informative and broke everything down making it very easy to follow and understand! I will come back to York again in the future! They really live by their motto in making you #1! Thanks guys!

Took 6 days for an alignment and to mount new tires that we provided. Charged us over $1200 for an alignment, mounted tires and changing 4 bolts. And they didn t fix the valve stems for the tires, like asked. Then had a mechanic tell us that our truck needed over $5000 worth of work when we only wanted an alignment. We won t be back.

Shout out to Tom at York service dept in Brazil. Had issues with infotainment center,issued was fixed but after I got my truck back I discovered that I had no radio reception. Tom got me back in and corrected the issue promptly. Thanks Tom. Great service!

I was just passing through on a road trip vacation with my family when my car would not restart at the gas station. Thankfully I was close to York Cheverolet. They were kind enough to drop me off at a local hotel so I could rest and be with my family while they diagnosed and did the repairs. When the work was done, later that same afternoon, they picked me back up to get my vehicle. They went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and professional. I have nothing but praise for everyone from York Chevy, particularly Anita for being so awesome keeping me informed and the gentlemen that dropped me off and picked me up, and of course to the technicians that were able to get me back on the road in the same day.

Chris was so helpful when I needed an oil change at the last minute. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, and had a nice waiting room for me to sit in. They didn t even mind that I happen to have my dog with me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, even the body shop guy who directed me to the front office.

Overall not a great experience. Purchased a used Yukon the following day after test driving it. During the paperwork process they tried to add additional services that were not requested. There was a $1500 extra included that they said they put on all vehicles when they get them in plus a $350 charge for the coating that was not an option either. The paperwork took two hours (we had our small children with us so that was partially our fault) but it was after 7 when we finished and the saleswoman and manager were out of the parking lot before we were. I asked if they filled it up with fuel while we were doing the paperwork and they did not. We couldn t even get home (~30 miles) without stopping for fuel because it was on E.

They were amazing every step of the way. Amy went above and beyond to get me into my vehicle. I recommend getting your next vehicle from them. We will definately make it our go to for our next vehilce in the future. Very very happy...Thank you York Chevrolet..

After waiting almost 6 months for two different local GM dealers to contact me back about a recalled item on my vehicle, I finally stopped in at York in Brazil on Halloween just to see what they could do or find out for me.Well done and many thank you'd to the amazing crew at York in Brazil today my car is all fixed and running smooth no more sluggish power issues. It only took there Parts and Service team to 10 days to call me with good news.I've still not heard back from the other 2 places nothing since May when I started my checking about this recall.

I like dealing with sales staff , financial staff, people are genuine polite and courtesy. The staff in the shop are nice and down to earth but way too much turnover. Since 2016 I have bought 3 vehicles and rarely come across the same people. But I do feel I sometimes I get overlooked on small things.

Service department installed new TPMS sensors on my tires. Picked up my vehicle and the wheels were not balanced correctly. I made an appointment to get them balanced again and they tried charging me $59 plus telling me that I needed new front and rear brakes. I did not have them replace the brakes and they did not end up charging me to balance them again. I left the dealership and noticed the wheels were still not balanced correctly. I made another appointment to get them balanced and they said they balanced them again but didn t really think they were out bad enough to make a difference. I asked if they found anything else wrong and they said they didn t and they even looked at the brakes and that they were fine (not sure why just a few days prior they said my brakes needed replaced). I just took my truck to Belle Tire and had them balance my wheels and everything is fine now. Spent $60 at Belle Tire because York couldn t get them right.

The service department at York Chevrolet is simply good business in it's finest form. The people were professional in everyway. Very kind and attentive staff. We got helped right off the bat, and they did a really great job with bringing down our payments to where we wanted them. Would highly recommend them and they have a really good inventory of used and new vehicles. I would highly recommend!

Crystal our sales rep. was courteous the day we arrived and workedwith us until we found the vehicle we were looking for. All of the staff that we worked with made our experience a pleasure and would reccomend York of Brazil to everyone. They will do all they can to help , they went out of their way to have the vehicle we liked delivered to their store so I could see and test drive it that day I loved the vehicle and bought it. THANK YOU ALL

I ve used York Chevy Brazil location since 2014, they lost several good employees that have worked in the shop and managing the service desk over the coarse of time since then. Unfortunately it s been a downwind spiral since those employee's left. Ive tried my hardest to look past the issues and continue business with the Brazil location but after my last appointment I can no longer do so. It s been leading up to this point, and it s finally came to a head. My advice to anyone using York Chevy of Brazil, take your vehicle elsewhere to see what s actually being fixed or what s not, no matter they are still charging for it. The list goes on, so I definitely don t recommend. There are to many other shops and dealers out there that will go above and beyond for a customer. York Chevy of Brazil is not one

I was lied to about my warranty and I've had two visits to the service department and have been very disappointed each time. I have an extended warranty that requires me to pay a deductible if I go to any other GM dealership but with my last two experiences it's probably going to be worth $100 to not have to come back there.

Customer service was excellent, the person did their job after my service they went over the inspection list with me, and told me want needed to be done next time. Very pleased on how I didn t have to wait very long for them to do oil change. Got treated with respect in the link of time I was there.

Crystal was energetic, helpful and actually very knowledgeable about a vehicle that wasn t in the normal line up for York, a Toyota 4Runner. The team worked with my needs financially and we re able to get me into a very nice and clean vehicle. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
