I've had my 2013 Ford Edge that I got from Jennifer at Superior Auto for almost a year and a half now. I've never had any problems with my car or the service provided to me! They're great people and they always have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Every obstacle we've run across has been steadily taken care of. If they don't have an answer for you on the spot, they will work endlessly to find the answers. I recently had a wheel bearing go bad on my vehicle and it was down for a few weeks; they never stopped trying to help me get the situation fixed and referred me to a decent mechanic that was very affordable. When my wheel bearing went out, Superior Auto called the mechanic and got everything covered by my vehicles warranty. They took care of it ALL and I didn't have to pay anything but my deductible. Superior Auto is Superior in car sales, end of story.

Not enough words to describe what rip-off artists they are. Don t even know how they stay in business. They take advantage of people with less than perfect credit. Payments are higher than any other car dealership, they require a low deductible on insurance which raises insurance premiums, so you end up paying close to $900 a month for a low year, high mileage car. And hopefully you never have an unexpected event happen where you may be a couple days late in payment, they do not care, will not work with you and they repo your car within 24 hours and then charge you for the repo fee!! They have to be rude and hateful to be able to sleep at night. Would love to see this place go out of business, just awful!!!!

I would give this pace a half of a star if I could, Jennifer is just a straight up cocky person, always has to be rude, always is calling about something. Says payments don t go through when they do, she is so rude and disrespectful it s unprofessional. I act took my car back today and I wi never deal with them again, they got mad at me because I lost my key and paid $300 for a new one and I wouldn t give it to them because I paid $3 and I wanted my money back

Worst Buy Here Pay Here place ever. Their staff are inconsiderate people. Vehicles are not worth what they want for them. Cannot be more than a day late or they repossess your car. Regardless of the length of time that you've been paying on it. Would not recommend ever getting a vehicle from Superior Auto or any place there is associated with.

Go somewhere else, I recently purchased a Jeep from here and the starter decides it s gone out within a week of buying the vehicle well they said they would pay half of the total expense but I m somehow responsible for paying the rest I was also told they don t have anyone look the vehicle over so you could buy a vehicle that s about to explode and they don t care oh and Jennifer was a big help with that unfortunately is how it is sometimes, and even a skilled mechanic couldn t tell you the starter was going to go out if you have no other option then this place, WALK.
