I love Pilot Truck Stops. Bought a fabulous trucker vest there recently. I made it a point to stop at the I-70West, exit 23 Pilot coming and going, on my recent 10 trips to Southern Indiana for work.

Very good gas station. Clean restrooms, food, any beverage you could want. Place to sit and eat. People are friendly and polite.

Easy-on and easy-off Interstate 70. Clean restrooms. Subway, Cinnabon, and Mc Donald s. Various souvenirs and trinkets for purchase. Nice Pilot rest stop for a quick lunch and gas fill up.Decent snack selection. Pretty busy when we were there, but still not a long wait.

Has always been a very clean place including the restrooms. We always stop there as soon as we get off the interstate to use the restroom and to buy our favorite cinnabons on the way to covered bridge, then many of times have stopped on the way back out. An set while we ate at the McDonald's inside.

Newly remodeled, still have boxes everywhere. Has subway and McDonald's.. Nice staff. Also has showers for approximately 12 dollars

Kind of dirty. Prices aren't always correct. Not enough registers open. Only stopped because it was handy. But it's always like that...

Good price, excellent service. Clean restrooms. Pump was slow, but all in all a good and comfortable rest area.

Clean bathrooms, plenty of pumps, and lots of drink and snack choices. Including a Mc Donald's inside that includes a drive through.

Not too bad, but they have to fix the self-service outside, we can pay with our debit/credit card outside without going inside

This Pilot is the halfway point to our destination so we always stop on the way there and back! Everyone is always so nice and friendly, bathrooms are spotless AND they have fresh Cinnabon! They also have a McDonalds that you can get for a road snack also!

They charge $15 for parking $15 for a shower. Way too expensive and shouldn't charge for Parking especially since the fuel price is so high

Renee and Sean were so kind to me and being so respectful. Renee handled a sudden rush at this location with such grace, and was so kind to me. Sean is a very hardworking, they both are; but what I especially noticed about Sean was how busy he was keeping around 8:40-8:50. I'm so grateful for both of them and your very clean bathrooms. I hope that these two employees can be recognized for their great effort and continued support to travelers. Thank you, and double thank you for the cinnabon! Live long and prosper!

Just got gas. cashier didn't know how to do change from a prepaid pump. She had to go get the manager to show her how to do her job.

Pumps at the pilot are the worst,if you do buy something there don't lose your receipt or you will be stuck with the junk

This is a good stop. I originally stopped for gas & coffee at about 3am. While the Subway was closed the McDonald's was still open and serving.

The Manager acts like evil I got one shower when tried the code it didn t work so I went back to ask what is the problem they told me I have to buy another shower because somebody using that shower which was giving to me I don t know how it worksAnd I bought another shower and they waisted my 1 hour for nothingShame on you and your service
