Just a word of advice for everyone in the Brazil area. I m gonna preface this by saying, I m NOT the kind of person to complain about service or even let someone know I m remotely dissatisfied, so for me to be making this post please understand how crazy this experience was.I took my car to Dads Tire and Auto sales to get a tire mounted and installed, they got me in super fast and had the job done within 30 minutes ( I even left them a tip and good review)Well, within three days my car was shaking violently and 2 of the lug nuts were completely missing. We went back to the shop today and they tried to imply that someone must ve stolen my lug nuts or I must ve hit a pothole and knocked them off. There was never a moment where they would even consider the idea that maybe their employee made a mistake and didn t tighten them down sufficiently.The owner kept interrupting us and at one point was quite literally yelling over us bc we wouldn t see if from his side He showed a total lack of remorse for what could ve been a very dangerous scenario, esp considering I commute on 40 to work every day, and a complete unwillingness to rectify an obvious mistake on their part. Mocked me for bringing my mother-in-law with me bc she once owned a shop, I have zero car knowledge, and my car wasn t drivable.I could go on and on about how awful this experience was, so please save yourself the trouble. EDIT SINCE THEY RESPONDED: every other professional who looked at this scenario agreed that there was no other explanation than lack of diligence. Videos have been posted of your conduct and how you claim it was a civil conversation. You weren t blackmailed, you told me to write a review and when I tried to remind you of that you flipped out. This is a matter of public safety and people absolutely need to be made aware of the conduct and environment happening at your shop

Very well service appreciated here at Dad's. Had my tires balanced here after Tire Barn Terre Haute balanced them while they told me over the phone after I drove my car to see it still shakes that my tires are bad but yet brand new. Yeah that can happen, but Dad's checked them over for me and balanced them and found 2 rims have a bend in them. But they still managed to balance them and got rid of 90% of the shaking. Will recommend them with their better deals around.

Having a car that takes 214/40/r18 tires is a big hassle. I called all the local shops in terre haute and surrounding towns even way out in avon and Indianapolis. They were the only shop who had the tire in and were super fast! Definitely coming back here again! 5/5!

I went there once to get tires was charged 75 a piece And they both were bad and the bent my rim putting them on.. Buy the way if you down about a block to Yackel Tire 1000% better prices and 1000% better. Plus a hole lot better service

Stopped in yesterday, bought a set of four tires that were reasonably priced. The service was quick and very professional. The owner was really nice and hospitable. I would recommend Dads tire and Auto Everytime...

I had a flat tire and needed a quick repair. Dad's fixed it in just a few minutes for a good price. They were all really friendly. Most auto repair shops that I've been to have had unfriendly staff and it's never a pleasant experience but Dad's was different. We'll definitely be going back to them for any future repairs.

If I could put 0 stars I would rude old man doesn't expect the fact they made a mistake yelled and cussed at us very aggressive towards woman my aunt and my cousin girlfriend over there mistake of not tightening the lug nuts properly

After searching everywhere for tires for our truck, we found Dads. Everywhere else was completely overpriced and out of our price range. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we got taken care of! Would recommend to anyone.

A little over a month ago I had to get 2 tires on a budget, and this was the place to go. They were super nice, budget friendly prices, and even rotated my back tires to the front, and put the new/used ones on the back. (I'm more than a week late posting, but your services were much appreciated.) And the tires are still going strong although I do a lot of driving.Highly recommended *Signed*(Woman who works on her own car)

I am visiting Indiana from Pennsylvania on my vacation and realized I needed two tires. Called around to a couple of places and landed with Dads. Amazing customer service. I needed two tires and an oil change, while the technician handled the tires and pil change the owner and I shared stories,laughed, and just talked about everything under the sun. Very professional, customer oriented, and polite people on the shop. I will be recommending Dad's to everyone I know in the area and will be exclusively getting tires here when the wife and I move back to Indiana.

Oh my way from indiana to Mississippi noticed my tire on the trailer was low. On a SATURDAY they answered and took care of me asap had me back on the road within minutes. Super professional and i love supporting small business being as I m a small business owner as well. Very affordable and fair prices. I appreciate them helping me get my business back on the road

Had to get a tire checked and possibly repaired but I wasn't sure where to go. Very glad I chose this place. It was wonderful service friendly people and they went above and beyond what I expected. If I could do more than one review I definitely would. You guys were great oh btw they do more than tires too!!

Was looking for a tire for my son's car, they had the right size I needed. They mounted and balanced it for me and didn't charge me an arm or leg.... Very friendly, will definitely go back to them for services!!

I highly recommend Dad's Tire for excellent service. After a flat tire on I-70 this past weekend, Dad's had a tire available that got us back on the road within about 30min. I will use them again for new tires in the near future. Thanks Dad's!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON.My husband bought a Chevy from this business that was advertised to have 4 wheel drive.. 4x4 runs smooth. Even had 4x4 painted on the windshield of the vehicle!! Only to find out once he was able to test it, that it did not have 4x4 and it still doesn t. Not only did the owner of this business lie, he also ignored my numerous attempts to contact him about making it right. As you can see in the screenshots I have provided, once the issue was brought to his attention, he stopped responding and we haven t heard from him since. Save yourself some time and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. He preaches about honesty, and just says what he can to make a quick sale. He is dishonest, untrustworthy, and a coward when faced with a problem; instead of doing the right thing and making it right.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had out of any business I ve ever gone to. I was patient with the owner and the employees, I was patient when my tire they gave me got flat not even a hour after buying the used tires, I was patient when I was stranded for 7 hours a hour away from my house because of this tire I purchased, I was patient when they told me that the tire was punctured after I bought it that I ran over something after I got the tire and when I asked what was in the tire that punctured it they said oh it fell out it s common sense that if you run over anything it stays stuck in your tire unless someone pulls it out. When I finally started losing my patience was when I had to have them replace the tire 3 times because each tire either had a hole or was bubbling around my rim. The tire I left with was still messed up and when I started getting frustrated the owner explaining basically everything I just typed he opened the sliding door to the shop and yelled in there can someone come fix her attitude problem That was my final straw for that place. I was so patient and nice even when they belittled my intelligence and the amount of time I wasted. I wish more than anything I had just taken my chances with my original tire with a bubble in it and never gone to this shop. It was a beyond horrible experience and the owner is beyond unprofessional. If you want a decent tire your better off going somewhere where they actually know what they are doing, check their used tires before putting them on your vehicle, and treats people with respect because this shop lacks all those things.

Drove an hour from Indy to come here they are a super up front and honest business. Bought four used Continental tires from them and they are of really good quality. Got me in and out quickly and even had snacks in the lobby.

I bought a new (new to me, anyway) from this business. The son of "Dad" even picked me up to bring me to their dealership. They are new to auto sales, but I am not and spent years with a major dealership. They were polite, professional, and I don't spend money easily. I didn't have to haggle and play the car game. What I purchased was worth what they asked and I know they made some money from me. But that's what being a business is about, right? Make some cash, be honest and reputable and you will do fine. A great experience, and great people. And to take it one step further, I will always try to support a local business instead of these national companies that don't care about me. And you know, I don't care about them either. Don't go big. Stay at home and let's support our neighbors.

This is your typical back woods tire shop straight out of 'Deliverance'. If you are hoping for a safe tire or a quality repair then come on over to Dad's, bring your banjo and pray for a miracle.Just read the responses to all the bad reviews and judge for yourself. Most 5th graders have better grammar. Enjoy.

Was going to purchase a vehicle here but seeing all the reviews, geez!!!! I think not! It seems like when a customer writes there own personal experience as a review the owner or ,(whoever) gets very defensive and a bit argumentative instead of being professional no matter the situation. Bad way to represent your company.

Im new to this area they have found my tires for my rare tire size It was a slight mix up but they had got me fixed up! Will come back again for brake next time!
