I placed an online order for front rotors, front brake pads and rear brake pads.Shipping was free, for next day delivery and all my parts arrived, on time, the next afternoon!

Standard parts store in most cases but the employees make it worse sometimes. Occasionally it's okay, but a manager (Bill) always seems to think he knows everything like he's an expert. Like bruh, if you're working at O'Reilly's I don't need your opinion, just let me buy the parts I want. He was not trying to be helpful, I would have appreciated someone being helpful, he was being rude and trying to show off his knowledge that was not factual.What happen to customer is always right policy?

Hands down one of the best auto parts stores around. Bill the store manager is a very helpful guy and takes care of all his customers well. I had a windshield wiper arm corroded to the bolt that I couldn t remove. Bill came out with his pullers and still couldn t get it but was willing to take a hack saw blade and cut through it by hand! If you re looking for good down home southern hospitality then come here!

I was told by a manager that their cost for an item that I needed was like 8.00.My cost was like 35.00.If you are forced to buy there they will do a price match.I understand markups but this place is going too far.

It was an ok experience,seems like the younger generation is taking over the workplace,like barely outta high school, they need some brush up on some knowledge.

They're really helpful at this location. I don't know much about vehicles and they really help me out. they even looked at my vehicle for me.

We had gotten wiper blades from another oreilly in a different town. They didn t put them on. And they were the wrong blades. Stopped here on our travels- exchanged them snd put on the new ones, no problem! Excellent service.

Provideing parts for your vehicle. Used to be incredibly dependable for the right parts, with price matching. As of lately they will claim to have the parts you need and sell you only what they have to offer on hand, sometimes being the wrong thing

Super friendly staff. I've been twice and both times the gentleman were helpful, nice and friendly. They did NOT talk down to me because I'm female. That infuriates me and has happened in other places. Not here!! This is my go to auto parts place.

Went into the store in Booneville In on Dec 31, 2018 at 11am. One guy was tending the shelves, the other was on his phone. I was the only customer and needed a special filter. I waited for ten minutes and left. Neither one acknowledged my presence. Too bad for OReilly, I will not be back.

They are a friendly staff and they all offer to help you out and also offer a military discount also they will offer to help you with your computer diagnostic on your vehicle free they also help replacement of your windshield wipers free of charge as well

I called o'reillys to price upper and lower control arm bushings for my 93 S10 for 1 side He pulled it up and he gave me a price 16.99 for the to upper bushings 28.99 for to lower bushings absolutely outrageous prices So I decided to call auto zone they price them for me all 4 of them for 20 bucks Riley's is a joke Don't let them steal your hard earned money

Guy on the phone great the other guy that waited on me however once the guy said she needs part put on which was wiper blades and 1 head light bulb acted like it was a major deal so I said if it's a problem I can get it...took all of 3 mins for him to do both!!

Took 4 and a half hours to notify me my online order was ready for pickup. 2 hours after I had gotten a ride to pick up the part to fix my broken down vehicle.

Always like going in there everyone knows there stuff and if that person doesn't they do find the answer and really quick. Getting parts of asking questions definitely give them the a chance to show you how good they are.

Employee came out & put new wipers on even though I had said I could do it .. since it was sprinkling I felt bad having him come outside but the employee didn't hesitate.

I was the only person in the store and stood in front of the counter and waited for more than five mins. while the manager passed by me a couple of times, turned and answered the phone, and never acknowledged me. He should have said something like, be with you in just a moment or be right with you. Very poor service.

Could not change my wiper blades or get my old ones off. Then sold me wrong headlight wire had to return.

Friendly and helpful staff. If they are busy it may take awhile for service because of mostly only 2-3 people working.

Sold me a part I didn't even need never even got what I ordered had to depend on auto zone witch had not only the American model of the part I needed but also the Japanese model get in the zone.
