My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them a week ago. We worked with Paul and Brett. They were both very nice and very helpful, not pushy. The vehicle we purchased has been great so far. Had to put oil in it as it was extremely low when we bought it, but no big deal, just thought that would have been something they would have checked. My one concern is that when we found this vehicle online it was listed at a certain price but when we went in the price online had been removed (posted as "no price listed") and the price they gave us was about $2000 more than what we had seen. Thankfully, I had the price posting saved so I showed it to them. They immediately honored that price. I don't know the story behind the price change, but I appreciated their willingness to honor the price that was posted. I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again.

Let me start off by saying that my experience with the sales lady was excellent. She was very nice and pleasant to work with. What I thought to have purchased was a 2012 wrangler later turned out to be a 2010 and upon further research, there is a huge difference. To be fair, i don t think that they were aware that there was a 2012 window sticker on a 2010 vehicle. When I approached them about the issue I was told well it s still a nice Jeep , and that was it. Overall they still got me the payment I wanted which was surprising and they gave me a good trade in value. But If you have any issues after your purchase I wouldn t expect much help from them.

Thanks for a good experience. May not of helped me with a vehicle, but got my fianc�e in a 2015 Malibu. Good people to work with. Low and affordable payments. Very pleased with the team and their ability to lower our payments almost every five minutes. For first time car buyers, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I bought a Jeep a few months ago, it was almost exactly what I ve been looking for. However, the buying it from Yes Automotive was not a good experience and I cannot in good faith recommend them.As you will notice when you are looking for a car there are no prices on the windows. The reason that they don t have any prices on the window is so that they can jack up the price after it s been negotiated. I cannot remember the exact figures but for the Jeep I purchased the original price was close to 18000, but when it came back from the guy from the finance dept. He added another thousand or so on the purchase price. When I asked him about it he said that it was because the trade in value of my car and they would not make any money. Okay, so maybe that is a possibility, but there was also another increase in the purchase price in the form of the extended warranty. He said that the only way I was going to be able to finance the loan is if I accepted the warranty. This practice is illegal. A salesman cannot tell you that the only way they can get your loan approved is to buy the warranty. The warranty was never discussed until I noticed it in the paperwork. All together, I believe by the time I was nickel and dimed the purchase price of the jeep was $4000 more than what they originally stated.I have good credit and make a really good living, I could have gotten financing anywhere. The thing is, they still ran my credit to at least 6 other places. I'm not sure why they do that, but just know that they will ding you multiple times.Speaking of the paperwork, as you can see my name is Jamie, not James, all of the paperwork that the finance manager produced had James in it. When I alerted to him that the fact that my name was indeed not James, he did not print out new papers for me to sign and insisted that he would rectify the situation. I m not really sure of the legality of signing documents that do not have your name on it. One of the things that I did sign was the agreement that they would take care of the trouble codes on the dash. When I brought it up the sales manager/finance person stated that it is probably a gas cap. I told him that I did not care what it was but it needed to be fixed in order for me to buy the Jeep. He agreed and captured it in writing. I called several times, but just gave up trying to get it fixed through them. He also assured me that the Jeep goes through an inspection. This has to be a complete lie, the brakes were completely shot and had to be replaced the very next week after I got it. I ll accept responsibility for not checking that to begin with. The last thing about the paperwork is that I never got it. They did not give me a copy the day that I signed the papers, possibly to cover up that they didn t actually have paperwork with my correct name. The only paperwork I received is about the warranty, and that was after several calls. To this day I do not have any paperwork. That s okay I guess, because even though I could not get the trouble code fixed because I had no way to verify that it was a condition of me buying the car, it works both ways, they have to legally prove that I signed the arbitration clause.Man, they were in a hurry to get me out the door. During the sales pitch they make you sign something that states that if they can get financing that you will buy the car today. But they were in such a hurry to get me out of the door that I told the sales person that I would go and clean out my trade-in. This person would not have that in any way, he went to my house and waited for me to clean out the car! I mean, who does that?I love the jeep though, just wish that it was a more ethical company. I make a good living and have decent credit and I feel bad knowing that someone s grandma would have to go through the same kind of sales tactics that I went through. They are definitely not looking out for your best interest.If I were to ever do business with them I would secure credit beforehand and also take the car to a trustworthy mechanic.

I have some negative things on my credit, i walked in wanting a new car. Had a trade in with some money down. Got approved and drove away in a car that i lovve with a affordable payments and a couple year warranty on my vehicle. Fixing my credit while im in a car that i really like. I would recommend to anyone. Costumer service was real chill. Cracking jokes and comfortable. I would go back anytime!!!

I was pretty excited after buy my new car in October, thought I had gotten a great deal for a nice vehicle. A couple months later my car lost all power and broke down in the middle of the road with my child on board. It ended up being the serpentine belt, no big deal, quick fix. Couple months later my exhaust broke on half while driving, bigger deal but hey things happen. My car is now in the shop again after alerts came up in the dash and grinding noises started. Just received the quote, OVER 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! New brake pads, rotors, bushings, sensors, wheel bearings and a few other things. This car is not road worthy less than a year after buy, and not because it wasn t taken care of. Yes automotive purposely rigs their cars for a quick sale. My car had brake pads installed over wire down rotors. The wheel bearings had to have been bad long before I purchased it. The stories I ve hear since my purchase had made me truly regret my purchase from them. They are dishonest, deceitful business men that don t deserve anyone s business. BUYER BEWARE, go somewhere else!!

Greg was awesome. Great sense of humor. Greg helped us get a great vehicle. I would definitely recommend yes to my family and friends. I wish there were more sales people like the ones at Yes.

Greg is awesome. The whole staff has been amazing. I am so thankful they was able to help me when Noone else could. I am very pleased at how open and honest they are about everything. I have sent a few people to them and they're just as pleased with the experience as I am. Keep up the good work guys!

I went there and was looking at a truck when the salesman came out and asked if I needed help. I asked what the price was on the truck he wouldn't or couldn't tell me. He said I had to come in and talk with him and drive the truck then he could get me a price. I showed him an envelope full of cash, told him I was going to buy a truck that day. I gave him my number and told him to call me with a price and I would come back then. It's been 2 days and no call back. Not very good business to turn away people with cash. ** This review is for the store on Bluffton Rd. In Fort Wayne. I've never been to the Bluffton store.**

I went to 3 dealers in Ft Wayne , spent all day , couldn't get anything done , they made promises then said it would take a bunch down , but Steve and Wes and the guys were able to do in an hour what no one else could , now I have a nice car finally
