Update:On our 5th car, likely going to get another soon as well. Just upgrading each time. Except 5th and 6th will be together at the same time. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, check with your insurance about free carfax and find out the service history before buying. Take it to your mechanic if you can. Have it looked over. They re used cars, won t be perfect. All of my vehicles have been reliable and been wear and tear items that have gone wrong. The Bluffton location is awesome and Christina is amazing to work with.My wife and I ve gotten two cars from here. They ve been proven reliable multiple times. Wear and tear maintenance is done on these cars. Nothing major. Likely getting another here soon. Prices are up but, it s buy here pay here. It s to be expected. Don t like the prices? Oh well. Guess you ll shop elsewhere that s harder to get financed.

I have never felt more cared about and appreciated from any one who isn't my family as much as Tara from Superior Auto in Bluffton Indiana made me feel, she put her everything into getting me into my new SUV. She even stayed late, as well as came in on her day off for me. She is my new hero! As far as I am concerned Tara is the best thing to happen to Superior Auto. Please treat her good, and make sure she knows she is appreciated. As long as Tara works at this location I will be a loyal customer!

An ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. Went in to look at a vehicle, was told they couldn t give me a carfax (which is REQUIRED by federal law), looked up the blue book value of the vehicle which was $13,900 (typical listing price) and they had the vehicle priced at $24,900 BEFORE ANY INTEREST. Not only was the $11,000 difference ridiculous, but they will charge you maximum allowable interest rate by law. Furthermore, I went to inspect vehicle and the oil was black as night (hadn t been changed), there was no coolant in the vehicle, and the check engine light was one. Please please please, do NOT buy a vehicle from this place. It is a scam designed to prey on people with bad credit. The fact that they want to charge you a total of $45,000 to own a vehicle they probably paid no more than $5,000 for at the auction should tell you everything you need to know. That or the refusal to provide a carfax, anyways.

I just went to Superior auto in bluffton today and drove off w an amazing car! TARA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! she goes above and beyond to help people and work w them & is an all around pleasure to work with! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!! Thanks ms Tara!!!!

First of all the team they have in this office is beyond amazing. They helped me when know one else could. Not only that but they are understanding of all situations and are doing an amazing job working with me. Erin you are truly an amazing saleswoman and I can't wait to get back to get my wife her gift before I leave for work for awhile.

Looked at a truck, estimated value was$7000 on KBB. ..............Their price.............$136000.Come on guys.
