I have been using their services for over a decade. The technicians at both local locations are extremely professional, polite and helpful. They go above and beyond just an oil change to ensure my vehicle is road worthy. I've had a cat (didn't know it had gotten under my hood in cold weather) jump out after popping the hood. The technicians tightened a loose belt. The cat was fine an ran off. I lost headlights and had purchased them elsewhere. They installed them with a no problem. Such gentleman.

These gentlemen are full service and very professional. They deserve repeat business and have mine. I'll be taking my other vehicle to them in the near future. Best experience I've ever had in regards to getting vehicle maintenance as a single female.

The guys were awesome. Even when I left my wallet, they had no problem with me getting and coming back to pay. I felt bad, but they did work with me. So great guys in my book.

Very pleased with Strickland Brothers oil change in Bluffton, Indiana. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient. I was shown the dirty old air filter and that it needed to be replaced. They had the air filter in stock. Good job, guys. Thanks for the military discount.

Great service, friendly, knowlegable and reliable servicemen. I needed a quick oil change and could not get into my ussual place. I was in a bind and Strickland's guys sure came through. Im not a fan of pulling my charger into garages with a huge hole in the ground, but these guys never seem to mind doing this for me. As my own crew of three Sat in their waiting room, we were done and back on our way to finish errands in no time at all! Thanks once again Strickland Brothers!

It s always a pleasure going in for an oil-change. Staff is professional and polite, they answer all of my questions, and the entire experience is far quicker than ordering a fast-food cheeseburger. Thank you!

I called to see if they had supplies on hand for the oil change. They didn t but said they would call me back if the day s shipment had what was needed. He actually called me back. I went in for the oil change and about 10 min later it was all done vs almost 2 hours for an oil change at the dealership. I came back the next day with my son s van and got the same great service.

First time using Strickland Brothers and I was very impressed. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The communication between them was great and they worked as a team. Everything was explained to me and options were given but they were not pushy trying to upsell services or anything like most places.Bottom line? Friendly, honest, and hard working group that I recommend and will continue to use.

They are a well oiled machine (pun intended)I'm mostly just impressed with how well ran the business is. They call out every move they make like chefs in a kitchen. The communication between them is superb and that trickles down to how they interact with the customer as well.They break down every move they make, show you every step of the process, and send you off with a smile (and a free bottle of water!)Even afterwards they'll send you a reminder message with a discount code 2 months after your last appointment.I couldn't recommend them more!Services: Tires, Oil change

First time visiting, got us in immediately, very kind and knowledgeable. Let's us know the whole time everything they were doing, they checked some of the other fluids and topped them off as well. Gave us multiple options on the oil packages and was very transparent with the price, never pushed anything on us. Very professional, will be back !Service: Oil change

Very highly recommend. Not condescending at all. Didn't try to sell me on anything other than what I came in for. I have a severe anxiety disorder and I didn't get even a hint of anxiety during the entirety of service.
