Nick was the best. We had communicated before we got there, he had the van I wanted at the front door waiting for us to look at and drive. The purchase process was the best and quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. The staff is awesome. Can't recommend hiday enough!!

Recently made my 3rd purchase from Brooks. Hands down the easiest buying process! Everyone in the building is friendly, Hidays really overcomes the negative reputation that some dealerships have! I won t purchase anywhere else!

I enjoy going to this dealership, the staff are all polite and friendly. I enjoy the service department the most mainly because that's usually where I go to have my truck serviced, prices are fair and the staff even applied grease to the doors. Very happy customer. I rate this place a 9 out of 10.

Drove an hour and half for 1 of the BEST vehicle buying experiences!!! Hunter (sales) was very professional and willing to work to make a deal! Brooks (financing) was very meticulous to explain all details! I would highly recommend giving them to opportunity to work a deal!!

Awesome experience. No pressure whatsoever. Hunter was very patient and willing to let us take our time and look over all of the trucks that were within our search parameters before coming back around to the original truck we went to see. 53 mile drive one way to get there but was a well deserved drive for the treatment and service they provide. Pat made the paperwork as painless as possible. In all honesty it has been the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. We will definitely be returning customers for years to come. Great job gentlemen.

Idk about their car sales. I just take my vehicle here for servicing. They're pretty quick for the oil changes and their prices are competitive to other places in the area. Their customer service is on point. All around a very nice experience.

I was only there with my Dad while he got a oil change, but the waiting area is very spacious, and clean. There's a TV w cable to keep you intertained. There is a glass window so you can keep an eye on your car or just to give you something diff to look at. They're was a nice Jeep Rubicon on display just behind us. It's been so long since I even looked into the latest vehicles, it was nice to see what's out there. The lot did appear to be a little skimpy, but with the new vehicle shortages that makes sense. My dad has used these guys most of my life for anything that pops up. They've always done him right !

I live in Austin, Texas and was not able to get the help I needed from the dealership I purchased my car from. In other words, they did not want to take the time to do the necessary research. I found Hiday Chrysler on the internet and spoke with AJ near closing time in the parts department. He took the time to use his resources to find a paint code I was needing for my 2020 Dodge Challenger Devil wheels. He called me the very next morning with the information I was needing and I ordered it from Hiday. He deserves 10 stars.

It's pretty sad when you call and inquire about a truck, leaving several voice mail messages & the salesman [named Mike Allen ] cannot even return your call. Little did that salesman know, there was cash money to buy the truck outright...but the pathetic customer service sure lost that sale. I wouldn't buy a truck from this dealership now if it were the last one on earth.

Mr. Nick Nagel assisted me in the purchase of a used 2014 Ram 1500 from Hiday Motors in Bluffton Indiana. I informed him of what I wanted and with in a few hours the team found what I was looking for and then some. He made the car buying process a no hassle ordeal. They exceeded my expectations.

Bought my truck from their lot. Less than a year later, i have had to replace cracked exhaust manifolds, rear end (rack and pinon) and now my ac clutch/compressor has gone out. Not very happy.

Always nice. Some people dislike them cause its a dodge every one can't afford a Chevy .. So I'm fine with a dodge products . the people are great ...
