My fiance and I went to purchase a vehicle. They did amazing work at making sure we got approved, with the best interest rate possible and always keeping their word with what they guarantee. They were super friendly and helpful. We got approved and walked away not only with a vehicle but cinnamon rolls and a congratulations from the entire crew. We will definitely be repeat customers. Family Ford is amazing and definitely the dealership you want to bring your business to!

Rodney was very kind and helpful. I definitely would recommend Family Ford in Bluffton hands down. I had 2 previous bad experiences with other Ford dealers and was ready to be done with Ford all together. Thankful that my son and friends recommended me to go see them. Just had regular maintenance work and a recall done at Family Ford in Bluffton on my F-150. As usual the service was prompt and done in a timely manner ( in spite of my being late for my appointment- it didn t bother the service people). I m always pleased with the friendly and professional service at Family Ford in Bluffton.

It's rare to find a dealer that's as open and honest as the experience we had with Family Ford. As soon as we arrived they gave us an entire packet of all information they had about both vehicles we drove. Included were items they fixed and items they didn't that would need repaired in the future. Full experience deserves 5 stars, and they've earned a spot on my short list of places to look in the future.

The sales experience was professional and warm. I enjoyed the conversations and the process. When I test drove the Lincoln MKX my wife and I were very impressed and chose to purchase the car. However, I didn t notice that the Sideview mirrors could not be adjusted due to a faulty switch and I also didn t notice the small check engine light that is now in the process of being serviced to the tune of $3000 for a faulty catalytic converter. Since I bought the car as is, I take full responsibility for not noticing those things before hand. So I don t hold the dealership responsible at all.

Always get my Edge serviced at Family Ford. They kept me apprised of the brake condition for a while now so it was no surprise when they needed replaced. Work was done quickly and I m back on the road!!

I just moved here from Terre Haute, thought that I would try Ford in Bluffton for my oil change! All the people were super nice! Got me in and out and no pressure buying tactics! I knew I needed tires and the manager said that , you need tires, here s a list of some and we price match! I definitely will be getting them there! Thank you!

The service staff at Family Ford from appt, to service, to billing is amazing. My wife and I purchased three vehicles from another local Ford dealer previously. When our salesman left, our service plummeted. Though we did not by our current Ford from Family Ford, they treat us like gold. When we are in the market for a new Ford Explorer, it will most likely be ordered from Family Ford as a result of the way they have treated us.

Was definitely mistaken with my initial review, my apologies in that regard. I had apparently been the one to find a bug in their system that caused me to never be able to reach anyone there. Owner is a very genuine and down to earth feller who looked into the concerns immediately after and made sure I could get my car in, even offering to look at it himself in the late afternoon of today. Was definitely willing to work with me and make things right and it was greatly appreciated
