I've been buying parts from Advance Auto since they opened here, and I can say I have never had a single problem finding a part with, or returning a part to these guys. I was once in such a pinch for parts in Kentucky for the very car I was driving, the store manager not only waited in the parking lot after the store closed ( the parts were paid for online already ) he sat long enough to allow me to use the rent-a-tool I needed to remove the old part before he finally left. Not typical for a business in this day and age, and if the truth be told he could probably get in some trouble. He single handedly got me back home to Indiana through kindness.Thank you Advance Auto!

The staff here at this store are always awesome! The other day, I went to get brake pads for my truck, and they didn't have them in stock, but they brought them to my home the next morning. They are always super helpful.

The workers don't really know what they are doing. And there is a guy in there every time I go in there he is talking to his wife or girlfriend on the phone and you have to wait for him to say love you and see you when I get home. Very rude and uncalled for. He is there to work not to talk on the phone

The store was very clean and organized and had several precautions for covid-19. I needed a starter marine battery and they had the exact one i needed in stock. Guy that helped me was very friendly and offered to carry the battery to my care.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that free battery installation was offered at this location. Brent was extremely helpful. Got my battery changed out in about 20 minutes without having to make a second trip to return my old battery.

The employee that was there today helped me through his whole lunch break get the pulley off my old power steering pump and back on my new pump.. great customer service I will purchase all my parts from this store because I was shown today that the employees here care.. thank you DJ..

Friendly knowledgeable staff, eager to help you test your vehicle, and get you the right parts that you need. Also for the D.Y.I. kind of people who don't have all the tools required to fix there car, Advance Auto parts will rent yiu the tools you need. They are willing to locate parts and order ones in, that they don't already have. They have a commpetative parts guarantee, so if you find it cheaper at another store they will match there competitors price. You can't beat Advance Auto Parts for fast friendly service. And that...... I Will Guarantee!

Looked up hose for overflow tank for Chevy Aveo Lt 2006 nothing on parts computer tank showed up but no hoses. So no luck there . Also was out of 7/8 " hose.

I ordered replacement rear air shocks for my wife's 2005 Buick Lesabre Limited on the Advance Auto website. The part number was 030-980. The blurb about them on the Advance Auto site said they were an"exact replacement." Apparantly exact for Advance Auto has a different meaning than what I think exact means. They came with instructions that only someone with a Phd in engineering could understand but having installed lots of shocks 40 years ago I knew I could do this. The shocks were not exact, but they fit into the holes that the originals fit into. The biggest problem I had was attaching the existing GM air lines to the replacement shocks. The kit had a number of different fittings but NONE fit my shocks so I called my local Advance Auto and the parts guy said he had an adapter kit for $12.00 so I bought it. It had pretty much the same stuff that the kit that came with the shocks had which means I still didn't have the adapters I needed to get my wife's car back on the road. I called Napa Auto parts and explained the problem and was told to bring in the hose. In less than 3 minutes he had the adapters and they were less than $6.00 for the pair. I had it up and running in just a few more minutes. I suggest including ALL the adapters that may be needed not just the plastic pieces. It is going to be a LOOOOONG time before I buy from Advance Auto again.

I needed a code check on my car ,i had a very good and patient young man ,had some trouble getting code ,but got it but then he couldn't figure out what part I needed and the service went downhill from there I always come here and this was the worse service I have gotten here I had to go somewhere else
