Stone City went exceptionally above and beyond on more than just the body work we had taken to them for an insurance claim. Their website states We stand by your side, advocating for your rights and helping you navigate the complexities of insurance appraisals. This could be considered an understatement due to the level of professionalism & expertise we experienced when our insurance tried to deny a part of our claim to get our 2023 vehicle back to OEM standards in regard to paint blending to ensure our vehicle was as good as new once they finished their work. Multiple people from Stone City navigated multiple calls, emails, request trying to get our insurance to do what they had promised us in our policy which was to fix our car to pre-accident condition. Mark and his team (shout out to Cami) explained the process not only to us but our insurance claims agents who denied the use of required paint toner multiple times. After several denials from our insurance claims reps Cami & Mark took other avenues with our insurance company to get them to understand the process & why the need for the toner was required. Ultimately getting our claim approved for full payment. Mark & Cami did NOT have to do this our insurance had stated the additional cost would fall on us the customers and that we were liable for the additional fee s. I cannot recommend Stone City enough for all the additional work they did for their customers and will not be using any other Collison center in the future due to the fact of customer service alone. Also, of note the car looks brand new just as we had been promised.

A one-star review only because you have to give it that much to leave a review. Our son s car was towed here after an accident. He was rear ended & car totaled. This company is as crooked as they come. NEVER, NEVER go here. They lied to us, turned AAA away TWICE when we tried to have his car towed to a reputable place. His insurance finally was forced to pay a ridiculous amount to get it towed to a different place. There are many other horror stories about this place.

Brought in the wife s car for some body & wheel work after the car was backed into a telephone pole. We called several places in both Bloomington & Bedford (no one could get us in until mid-April for estimate) seeing who could get us in for an estimate, Stone City said bring it today (Feb 17), we dropped the car off and they started the process, just a few days later and they had all the damage submitted to the adjuster and we just had to approve the claim. We received a weekly update from the shop & adjuster advising us of the status of parts and how the repair was coming along. The staff we interacted with where super courteous and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to anyone that s had an accident and needs to have work done to get it back on the road.Now to brag on the work, I always heard after you have a repair done like that the car just isn t the same, upon picking it up I looked over the car of course driving it down the highway on my way home and drives better than before the accident, the body work is phenomenal. Looked over the spots I knew need work done and there s no way to tell where they did any work to the vehicle. Paint Matching was perfect even with glitter specs in the paint. Again exceeding my expectations on what to expect from an accident repair.

These people impounded two of my vehicles . They raises my storage rate to $243 a day for $50 to steal my tools. I m a small construction contractor and they violated the law and held my property for pay. They are thieves and crooks who pray on people going through a rough time. They were rude from day 1. Don t go here and call someone else for your towing and collision needs.

Terrible customer service. The owner was so rude and arrogant when I asked questions about a price to get my vehicle out of impound after an accident it was clear to me that they were price gauging and screwing people. I drove for a wrecker service myself and I know what our prices are compared to them and they almost tripled what it should've been. I took the invoice to my old boss at that wrecker service and she even said they screwed me on the price. I wouldn't reccomend anyone using this company they're all crooked.

They did a really good job on our vehicle when we were involved in a wreck. They gave us a great deal which included parts, labor, & towing!!! I completely recommend them!! The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable!! I would definitely go to them again!!

They were very rude. My mother-in-law just passed away and left everything to my husband. He wrecked her car and they wouldn't release the stuff and car. The only person who can is Sherrie. Well Sherrie was told to call my husband on the one day she works a week and she didn't. We have death certificate. They said we should have gotten ahold of Sherrie monday. My husband works a real job 5 am to 3 pm and plus he is still grieving. Instead of being rude they should be considerate. And the guy that was rude should have been in garage not dealing with customers. Terribly rude, ungrateful people. I will never go there again and you shouldn't either.

Stone City was great to work with. I was on Yachty road stuck in a snow drift, stranded I called Mitchell police department and they sent stone city, stone city got there, and it took the man 5 minutes to hook up to my vehicle and pull me out, the. Proceeds to tell me it s 75$ and if I didn t have it he was towing my vehicle? Like seriously! It was 230 am I was coming home from work at Paoli peaks, exhausted and stuck now faced with this 75$ fee that I couldn t pay because NONE OF THE BANKS ARE OPEN AT 230AM and I can t get my vehicle out of their lot because nobody told me I had to get it before a certain time?! Are you kidding me, worst place ever would not recommend it! WAY TO EXPENSIVE and everyone s rude and disrespectful

Undoubtedly without reservationsthis shop is the best!Travelling through and had a major problem with my diesel pickup and Jim took it right in, knew what the problem was (my bad) and had it back in service in no time. He supplied a loaner vehicle to use while my truck was being repaired. Can't say enough good about Stone City!!Service: Engine repair

Honest people, fair pricing on parts and service, friendly helpful staff. I had some major work done here on my car and it was a quick, efficient and dependable repair. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Be prepared to pay allot of money. Cost me 410$ to tow from Fayetteville to Bedford in four weeks ago. It was only impounded for four days. I'm a disabled vet. I wonder how can a tow company get away with such price gouging????Today my car needed to be towed. My insurance company wanted to use stone city. I told them no. Any other company besides stone city.

One star is too many. The owner lied about when my truck would be finished, the quality of the work is HORRIBLE. I wound up having to file a small claims case against them. If anyone suggest this place...RUN.

My money, tools, and everything was fine when I got my car back. They covered a broken window. It's fenced in and surveillance cameras everywhere. Nice guy towing.
