Super helpful and knowledgeable! Had an issue with the brake line and a gentleman behind the desk knew how to get me taken care of when others may not have. It's nice having someone behind the desk that knows how to get the right parts and help out in certain circumstances. Unfortunately sometimes you come into a place and all they can give you is what the computer tells you. Then there's the guys that have the experience to say hey this is what you're going to need. And they also make sure that you have everything to complete the job. Thanks

I was in a pinch and needed a new serpentine belt for my step sons car. They did not have the belt I needed in stock, but they did have the correct belt delivered to the Bedford store from the Corydon store the same day. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. You just can't beat service like that!

Had battery trouble on my motorcycle while on a ride in Kurtz Indiana over an hour from home. They had the one I needed and the nice guys at O'Reilly's stayed after house to make sure my buddy that could make it there (30 min ride there) and get the battery. Was able to make it home. Thank so much!!!

Was having my cat battery tested. Had told the employee that I had a friend put it on a charger but it wasn't charging and figured it was fried and I needed a new one and his answer after testing it was," you may need to put it on a charger because it just says charging." Good thing it wasn't something a bit more drastic right?

Its really a shame your store manager is openly a Donald Trump sympathizer on his social media.... That alone will keep me or any of my friends from shopping there!

Stopped here to see if the guys could replace a rear turn signal bulb that was out. Darrian changed the bulb for me and is a great guy. Friendly and professional and knows what he's doing. If I'd went to a dealer this would have been a pricey replacement but O'Reilly only charges for the parts and no charge to install them. A great place to go for fair prices and excellent customer service. Thank you Darrian!

Bedford is turning into Bloomington! Snobby and people working in stores know nothing about automotives period! They know no more than that computer screen tells them! It's a joke! Just not funny!

This is the best auto parts store in town. It's the only place I can say that I have never had to even return something due to malfunction. The guys who work there are always friendly and helpful. The parts are cheap and you can look up and find what you need online before even going in. I started using O'Reilly about 10 years ago yeah and I won't go anywhere else.

It's ok. Oriellys the franchise is great, but this oriellys not so much. Employees lack knowledge, friendliness, and customer satisfaction motto. The manager is new here as well as many employees. Business is on a downward spiral. Parking lot and store looks great though.

Getting ready to make my 3rd trip to get an oil filter for my car. Horrible service and then want to tell you that the reason the first time I took it back was because I had 2014 parts on my 2013 car when in fact I know it's not! To give me the wrong filter again!!!!
