Great service, friendly staff, good mechanics, and efficient work. They had our truck up and running again in great condition after it broke down. They worked diligently and in a timely manner to try and get our truck back to us in working order as soon as possible.

I took my Dad's car there to have the heat fixed and they kept it 4 days and i had to get it back unfinished but they still charged 155 bucks.i used to go to Mikel's with all my car issues but I'm not so sure now. Still need the heat fixed.

I cannot recommend Mikels' Service enough. After a tough time with my Honda Civic, Jason got me the right diagnosis and armed me with the knowledge to make the best decision for my car and life. He and the staff there have saved me and my friends money and time. Down to earth, straight talking people. Won't go anywhere else.

Mikels' Service is a great repair and service shop. Their mechanics are great, and Joe is by far one of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the business. I would definitely recommend Mikels' Service in Bedford, IN.

As repair shops go, I've come to trust this one. Occasionally I've taken something back (I've had quite a bit of work there on three cars) because I wasn't happy and they made it right, but most of the time it's fine. Man, could I give you an earful about a different place. Mikels fixed a problem for less money than a different "repair shop" charged me to fix nothing, except what they broke.

Mikel's did an impromptu inspection on my car when I arrived without an appointment and in a hurry, as I was only test driving it at the time. It was my first car, my first test drive, and I was unprepared and unsure of myself, understandably. Mikel's did right by a nervous first-time car buyer like myself and were able to tell me what it was that needed repaired on the vehicle and how much it would cost to have done there on such short notice. They were very open and honest with me throughout the entire experience, and had me in the very next day to replace the busted brake line on my newly purchased vehicle for what I considered a very reasonably priced $100. I couldn't believe how honest, understanding, and fast-paced they were in their service. I have them to thank for an amazing first car experience, and they set the bar very high. They were very nice and super helpful over the phone when needing a quote. Even when I had to call several times for arrangements or questions they were very flexible for me and helped me out. They got my truck in when they said they would and had it fixed and ready to pick up in 2 days like they said they would. Reasonably priced as well.

Stopped in here for a muffler issue on 7/1/21 The staff went above and beyond my expectations and fixed my muffler issue as well as gave the best customer service one could ask for. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my cars mechanical needs.

They are a pain in the ass! We had to pay our tow bill out of pocket (they don't bill insurance) wait hours in their lot, AFTER making an appointment, for someone to actually show up to get our car back and then they didn't have a receipt book, so I can't even get reimbursed. I will NEVER use or recommend them, ever!

I wasn't necessarily helped by the business itself, rather an employee here by the name of Cory. I am extremely grateful for that man's hell. I got my blazer stuck deep in the hoosier national and was ready to give in and call a wrecker to get stuck with a big tow bill and a lot of explaining when Cory found me. This dude, without even as much as a rope, had me out of there in an hour or so just using some logs and a little bit of maneuvering. That man deserves a raise and a half for his work and if this place has people as good as Cory then I more than trust their towing service!

I've never meta more lieing greedy corrupt business in MY life not only are they less than helpful they tried to charge me extra day's and when I pointed it out I received not an apology but a laugh... well folks I dont know how everyone else feels but stealing from me isn't funny in MY book...
