Car broke down towing our camper. We were so grateful he came out and helped us haul not only our car but our tow behind camper home as well at 12am. Navigated the weird layout of our driveway and yard like it was nothing. Did a wonderful job, friendly the entire time, conversed the entire ride to our house. Clean truck inside as we needed a ride home too. Great service would recommend to anyone!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Most awful experience of my life dealing with these people. I had a car accident and the local police called this company to tow my vehicle. It was extremely cold out, I was waiting for my ride and had my dog with me. The tow driver I got had my car hooked up with me still inside it, wanted me to get out and essentially freeze on the side of the road. Zero compassion and extremely unprofessional. I had to exchange some words with him because his other bright idea was to take me to McDonald's and have me wait there for my ride... With my dog which would leave us standing outside. I refused to exit my vehicle until my ride showed, and they were literally five minutes away.

Twice this year we have had to have a tow and Jackson's heavy haul was the only service that did not have a 4 hour wait, they will be our choice from now on!

Gear works came to the rescue to tow my 05 GL1800 (motorcycle, for those who don't know) when the alternator died, leaving me stranded. Arrived promptly, tied the bike down securely even though he'd never towed a Goldwing before--but has lots of experience towing Harleys, loading and off loading went smoothly and safely. Can't comment on value because this was an AMA paid tow. Will request again if needed.

Do not go here absolutely not and never again!! Went in for 2 thing on the vehicle well they said it needed more work (that was super easy and we could do it ourselves) first we thought about for a bit called again and they said they went ahead and did it anyways and did two other things that WE DID NOT ASK FOR and raised the bill. Bad place to go this also happened to a friend of oursTHEY ARE A JOKE AND WILL FIX THINGS THAT YOU DIDNT EVEN GO IN FOR TO BE FIXED AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!

This is a total rip off charging me $244.00 for my car being at gear works for less than 12 hours completely ridiculous!!! No wonder that s where the police have your vehicle towed to, sounds like someone is pocketing money or paying the police to use their service! This is completely taking advantage of people by charging this much for less than 24 hours!!!!!!

Locked keys in truck and within 10min of calling they showed up. The 2 guys were friendly, patient, and price was fair. Definetly reccomend this company for any auto locksmith emergency. Thank you!

Had a 2021 f750 crane truck I called gear works and they sent a locksmith out in 15 minutes. Andy was very professional and took care of my truck unlocked it with great care.

Charging me 240$ for the police pulling me over and impounding my car. Its not bad enough i gotta pay crazy tickets and other fines and fees. Now these guys charge me way to much!? Oh and it couldn't be paid by card. Has to be cash?! How much of that is pocketed? Towing predators!!!

This place is terrible. Won t give you updates on your car or call you. Tell you I don t know for most questions you have and give an attitude. They all look miserable like they hate working there and it reflects with how they treat their customers.

Had to have an emergency tow. Van broke down on the way to the pumpkin patch and Jacob was a great help came and got us towed back to town in a good amount of time.
