Charged $719 to change one tie rod end and do 2 wheel front end alignment on a low mile 2014 3500 box van. 3.5 hours for labor to change it and 2 hours for a two wheel alignment. First time and last time I use crossroads for anything. I never make reviews for anything, this is my first, but this needs to be posted for any other individual or small business so they re aware that what numbers are discussed on the phone prior may be upwards of 2.5x that once they complete a simple task. Kid doing the work appeared to be new, on the job training is a great benefit for someone, but just because someone is learning the job causing it to take 3 times longer does not mean that the job should cost 3x as much for the consumer.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys worked on our truck while we were in the bunk asleep. They are very knowledgeable and have the tools and equipment to get most any job done quickly and at a reasonable price.Thanks guys!

I only called them, but they were polite and professional. They found the part but it was going to take too long to get it and was too expensive. But they did call me back and super nice.

Really sad how incompetent this place has become. Took our trucks here for the last time. Years ago they were decent but not anymore. They refuse to take any responsibility for anything they screw up. Done dealing with them. Have to take our trucks somewhere else to fix their screw ups. Also watch out they're running scams on batteries. Almost always will try and tell you your batteries are shot and will replace stuff not needed. Either scamming you or straight up incompetent. Either way not for us anymore.

These guys are pretty awesome! They quoted me a good price to replace 3 out of 4 of my inner drive axle seals. They told me that the quote was just for the seals however if the brakes are saturated they would also need replaced. They told me it would take a couple days to get my truck in and done. I expressed my concern about the down time because I had a customer wanting me to haul a load the next day. I dropped the truck off with them at 11:30 am, they called me around 2pm and said that they had looked at the brake pads and told me they were gonna need replaced as well. I told them I was fine on the price. That afternoon around 4:30pm they called and told me they had the truck done. To my surprise I asked how they got it done so quickly and they told me that they didn't want to let my customer down so they teamed up on it and go it done quick. So far I love this place! They are honest, quick, and reasonably priced!!!

Great shop, great pricing, quick and clean! Everything a over the road trucking company is looking for! I highly recommend using this company! Joe is a great guy and very helpful. I will be bringing all my trucks here for any service needed when in the area. Wish everyone was like you guys!
