I had such a great experience here today! I came in without an appointment and they took my car right away. The people at the desk were so kind and the service was very quick. Also, I walked away with a bill much cheaper than I expected. I will be a return customer for sure!

Would give 0 stars if possible. By far worst experience ever at a place of business. Needed brakes on all 4 and they said only front did. Obviously they did not look at them. Spent 1800$ on front brakes and tires and 1 of directional tires was on wrong and they told us we needed an appointment to fix it. If you value good work , do not go to Big O in Bedford. Week after we went there rear brakes started squeaking. Bad all around experience

Had a oil change an tire rotation .a day later I notice one of the wheel locks was missing. I had to go buy a mother set ofLocks for my suv.

Good tires, bad service. Went in for an alignment and was notified that it was done. The steering wheel was still not straight and would try to take the steering wheel out of your hands while turning. Now the edges of my tires are worn. Took to tiemans and they fixed it.

Horrible! 0f outside drove an hr to get a valve stem replaced and they are too busy 1.5hr before close when they are all standing around doing nothing

Went to jiffy lube they quoted me 10x way to much and over $100 for an oil change I brought it to big o s to see if they could do better and they did by 10 fold everybody there was nice as could be, they helped me w pricing they looked my car over and jiffylube told me there was something wrong that wasn t so big o saved me over $600 and I couldn t be more grateful and they found the actual problem and FIXED it I m so grateful I will 10/10 recommend them Everytime

I can't say enough great about this team.I took my handicap uncles van in because the value stem was leaking. He just can't get up and down to refill it .They brought it in within ten minutes. Ten minutes later they brought it back.And refused to charge me .Folks this is a community business here.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment last week for 9 am today. Showed up at 855 am, left and came back an hour later. Nothing had been done yet. Left again and came back another hour later, now my car was off to the side of the building but I hadn t been called when it was done like they said. Walked in, talked to a guy and explained I had been waiting for 2 hours after making an appointment. No apology, just tells me it needed an alignment, which they did without asking if I wanted to even have it done or not. I guess assuming an estimate on cost of alignment was too much thinking on my part. Also it needed 2 front tires, which I already knew and told the girl that when she made my appointment. Took my estimate for the tires that they don t even have in stock and left.This use to be one of, if not the best place for tires in town. Definitely not anymore. Make a customer wait for 2 hours with an appointment? That s insane. No apologies, no discounts, no care given. With 4 or 5 other tire shops in town, they will be going to the bottom of the list from now on.

Came in to put on 4 new rims and 2 new tires on the front told them I wanted to keep the old rims and to put the two NEW tires on the front of my front wheel drive car which is pretty much common sense you would think for a "Professional" tire shop took then over 2 hours plus put the old tires back on the front and the new tires on the rear and they forgot my rims so I had to pull back around wait about 10min for them to bring them right out the door to load them place is a absolute joke most the people that work there was either standing around joking or on there phone multiple times laughing while there are people waiting for multiple hours with me. Take your business elsewhere if you want it done right and in a timely manner!

Customer service was excellent except the part when I asked about payment plans I was immediately turned down and expected to pay upfront which I did/ had to but everyone else I ve spoken too that went there was able to get on a payment plan if the pricing was higher than expected and told they would work with me but apparently not. From other reviews, it seems like they don t want to help customers save money but they wanna scam you and tell lies for financial gain.

I DO NOT recommend them. I almost had to call the cops on them for stealing my car. They wouldn't take my take my check to pay for some emergency brake repair I needed and was 44miles from home. Female manager had an attitude problem because I was using a starter check in a new account I just opened. It was the only way I could pay at that moment. Had way more than enough funds. Check was completely legal. Had to call my bank to verify I had sufficient funds. I HAD $5,000 IN THAT ACCOUNT!!!!!They also put the hubcap on wrong that cut the valve stem that made the tire go flat when the air leaked.

Hit something in the road late in the evening. dropped off my Truck that evening in the morning i talked to a very nice young lady named Chelsea. she got me fixed up in less than an hour and for under 50 dollars. great service. thank you!!!

During our road trip the splash guard came loose so we stopped at this location asking for help. They immediately began working on it & soon we were back on the road with it fixed perfectly! I wanted to say a special thank you to the repair mechanic that helped us today! I absolutely recommend this location in particular! The team there went above & beyond to help us when we needed it most! Thank you again & again:)

These guys got me in at the last second after being turned away by jiffy lube for having a lifted jeep (drove 30 mins to get to them after I scheduled an appointment earlier in the day). Said it was no problem they align them all the time. Worked out good, turns out Big O was cheaper thanks Big O

Fast service, good workmanship and polite staff. Only complaint and slight disappointment I had was that no one let me know about the rebate available on the set of 4 tires I purchased, although they did make sure to offer me that extended warranty!! Thankful I shopped online prior to going to the store and knew about the reward which influenced my purchase of the specific set of tires I would not have gotten to take advantage of the reward that was being offered. Staff should be encouraged to help their customers save some money especially with the kind of money I put out for tires and repair! After this happened it makes it appear at least to me that they are more interested in making the most money possible then truly helping their customers.

The three gentlemen there working were very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted on what they were doing and how long it would take. I was in and out very quickly. I also appreciate how the counter man went out to my car and covered seats, steering wheel and floor board with protection in order to not get it dirty. Thanks guys!

They always do my oil change and rotate my tires. I also get new tires there when it's time. They are great at making sure the little things do go unnoticed since my husband passed. Like reminding me about changing the air filter and the brake's ect. They are always fast and efficient. Not a bad word to say.

Big O saved the day. Couple weeks ago, Hurricane hit my mom's house in Florida. Load my truck with tools and was ready to pack up about 1400lb of supplies to head south and discovered my tires had dry rot. Called no less than 6 tire stores no one could help, no time to install or the price was out of site. Talked to sales rep Buddy at Big O gave me a great price and set me up for 8am fast install so I could get on my way.Shop was well stock and clean; I highly recommend them.Thank you Buddy and Big O staff.steve Dodds BicycleDoctorUSA

Big O is really good to their customers. They offer a wide variety of wheels and rims. They have convenient hours of operation. They always get my vehicle in and out in an above average tim. I have never had a problem with them. 5 stars

I got a good deal on a set of new tires for my son's car & even though they were busy, it was done quickly. The counter lady was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly as well. I've never had a negative experience at this location.

My little brother went in to get his battery replaced, but it s a dodge so they have to go through the tire. They couldn t get the tire off and didn t have the equipment to do it (ironic) and then when they went to back his car out, a worker broke his gear shift. They made him sit and wait for a very long time with 0 information. He asked what was taking so long because all they had to do was screw a few lug nuts back on. They finally told him what happened, then told him how much it s going to cost him. Not only could they not even remove his tire, they broke something and refused to fix it for free. I called every car shop in Bedford today and explained the situation, they said no matter why it broke, if it broke in their care, they d replace it. The manager was extremely rude and basically told me it wasn t his issue. Couldn t recommend less. I do NOT leave reviews and I don t go into places and ask for free stuff, but this was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.

We were visiting Bedford for a funeral and had a tire going flat. Matt took care of our flat tire in record time. He was very professional and blessed us so much! We are thankful for your help. This is the place to get your tires!
