Great service!..if you have auto issues, I HIGHLY recommend you go to AutoZone and talk to "Lost"..A great and friendly guy and knows what he is doing!!!..also, ask him how he got his name Lost..Thank you!!!

Took an old battery in to sell, and they said yes, we buy batteries, so when I turned it in, they handed me $10 in store credit. They were not forthcoming. So they get a 1 star. Too bad you can't do minus stars. Lol

Staff member I talked to was knowledgeable and polite. Had to wait a bit of time to be helped since they only had 2 employees. I didn't mind as much as the impatient gentelman sighing very loudly every minute behind me which was the only thing that made my experience there slightly poor, so they could use additional staff but I believe they are working on that as someone was just hired and when I went to return for my core charge there more employees one being trained. After dealing with both other nearby auto stores auto zone gas won my future business hands down!!

This place doesn't even deserve one star.the service is horrible. The people aren't any better . Can not get the correct part .just the box. An can not refund correctly. No wonder they are hiring. They need people who know what they are doing. Cause these 3 guys in there DO NOT.

Heard the manager talking nasty to an employee & making her cry.. no way to run a business at all.. i do believe the manager there goes by scooter.. he should be fired for his lack of decorum, rudeness, disrespect to the employees.. to top it all off, doing this while customers are in ear shot.. hope that poor girl takes him out to the cleaners & offs his job.. for real..Other than that, its autozone.. of course they got ur parts..

I called auto zone and asked about how much parts would be for my vehicle and my person Ross did an excellent job at answering my questions... and helping me with what I would need ... they r awesome and thanks so much for all u do....

The gentlemen who checked me out at the register was very polite. The manager allowed me to clean out my funnel and use the restroom.

Best team ever! These guys will go the extra mile for the DIY or ASE certified mechanics. Most products have a great warranty.

The employees that work there need more training the constantly try to give me wrong parts even after i tell the what the part is and the serial number and make and model if 5hey are too lazy to go look they simply say they dont have it even tho the computer says multiple are instock. Just sad a lot of folks no longer have pride in the job they are being paid to do.

These employees go above and beyond to help. If you dont know how to do something it's not too much for these guys, I've seen employees everytime I've been there outside under someone's hood helping figure out the problem. This is the only company I've seen that has amazing customer service and will help you for free or even change something for u free of charge which is amazing to me

Would of been nice if the kid helping me could keep his eyes open, no slur his words, and was so messed up he stumbled out of my car and fell backwards on to my vehicle. Extremely unprofessional.

Awesome place, very helpful and friendly staff. Two employees, Adam and Randi, even stayed after close one night helping me install bulbs. That type of little extra is why it's the only place I go for autoparts.

Still the first auto parts store I remember around. Maybe Napa. Anyway, they may be a little pricey (who ain't) but at least there willing to help you here if they can. Can't get that anywhere else. Thanks.
