This place has never failed me. The people that work ther are very down to earth people prices very fair they will even have someone come out in the yard and help you if you need. If you liked my review please give a thumbs up thanks

Don't waste your time , zero inventory. They tell you yes they have the part when you call then send you on a scavenger hunt with nothing at all . They don't track any parts so they have zero idea what they have on hand but always say yea sure come waste your time wandering around our yard that isn't organized at all

Buyer beware !!! Complete con artist !!!Sold me a 4L60E transmission with the TCC PWM solenoid missing from it and the wires were cut on the harness. Complete scammers

When you call they don't know if they have what you need or not THAT AND THE PRICE IS the only thing that I really don't like about this place just because I live over 20 miles away and I would like to know that if I make a special trip that what I want is going to be there but when you do get there the man working in the yard he goes beyond duty to help you find and get the parts you need and he does it with a small on his face he knows what the inventory is better than the owners do they should really give that man a good raise and a 2 way radio so when consumers call they can ask him if there is anything in the yard that way people like me don't drive 40 some miles round trip for nothing

Rude unprofessional hung up on me they couldn't understand English asked pick up location a total of 8 time over 4 calls first time the wife of a third party truck driver they use was "in the hospital" the very next day "the truck went down" i explained to them that I now live 3hrs away and wouldn't be able to be their they still made the arrangements that ended up falling thru and on the 8th and last call told me I'd have to come get the check which they could have told me a week ago when I initially called complete and utter wate of my time use someone else

The gentlemen who helped my husband was great. Most would'nt have made the effort that he did to help find what my husband needed and the lady in the office was very nice and knowledgeable to the questions I had about few things. Will definitely suggest them to people we know.

They sent us out for a driveshaft and about 5hrs later after looking through a couple hundred shafts and taking out 3 they didn't have it so we went back a day later and pulled a couple more out and still no matches, but I did find a taillight lens for my vehicle. Price was fair, but we worked our butts off looking for the driveshaft,that they did not have. But I thank you for trying.

Was on the phone with this lady believe her name is Sue was telling her about the car that I had that I needed a room for so she spent about 10 minutes on the computer not saying a single word asked me four different times what vehicle it was in the last time she asked she said oh well I don t think we have that goodbye and hung up worst customer service I ve ever had in my entire life these people say they re a good Christian family they re not

Really solid hole in the wall junkyard. They always have hidden gems no one else does. Parts are very reasonably priced and they offer basic tools to help you on your adventure if you forget yours.

This place is the real deal. It's everything a junkyard should be. they will still loan you a tool, and they have an older lady who seems to just randomly assign worth to the parts you have wrestled from one of the countless vehicles they have in the yard, sometimes you feel like you got them, the next time you may feel she got you, either way she is pleasant and that is rare in the used auto parts businrss. 5 C used to be the only yard around that had a section of motorcycles, and they had a lot of them. Today I noticed sadly most of the old bikes were gone. They still had a few, but nothing like before.Today I bought 2 tail light lenses for $50. That's roughly 1/2 of what they costs new so I was glad I went.

Old inventoried lot.. only answer I've ever gotten when I call is "I'm sure we got one out there" you'll have to come look. Hour of driving later..nothing within 10 years of what I'm looking for

Large and kind of secluded. Very good prices. Super friendly helpful staff. Sweet older lady that runs it stayed open over a half hour past thier close time to ensure i got the parts I needed.

The owner has never been nice and I have went to this place for everything, but after yesterday I went in for a rotor for my truck and it was close to them closing. I was told that no one was able to help me and at the current moment I can't use one hand because of my thumb. I was unable to get the rotor off due to this and had to leave empty handed. I have no other vehicle I couldn't miss work so I'm driving it praying that it doesn't fall apart but what else would be new for me.

I called them on Monday looking for 2 different types of plugs for my daughter's car and the insulation that goes on the bottom side of the hood . they said they should have them items . I went the next day after work over there and they told me which area the cars would be in . it took me a while but I found all 3 items that I was needing to get my daughter's car back up and running . the lady that was there was very polite and nice . I would recommend this place to anyone needing parts for there vehicles .

They sold us a part that had just been glued back together that broke and said we had 5 days to return it for a refund and we tried to return it and they said we purposely broke it and refused to give us a refund. They have gone down hill a lot lately. Not sure what's going on, but from now on will be going somewhere else. Also very unorganized. And nothing is labeled and they refused to help us look of the part when we first got our part. And the testing machine they were using to test parts kept breaking as they were testing parts. Unfriendly service.

Found what I needed and very reasonably priced...and Ebbings didn't have squat!!! Was told they probably did on the on the newer lot & they gave me the same deer in the headlights look when I got there....so it is what it is...sometimes you win other times things are a pain in the butt! Going back down to get more parts today hopefully! :-D

Things your gonna need wallet tools and a wheel barrow or maybe 2 pals to share the load. Lastly consider weather rain boots are nearly guaranteed to be needed. Overall friendly ladies just paying the rent with things sold.

I mean if you need a part it's close by and easy to get in and out, the folks that work there are great and prices are fair, my only complaint is I think they need to invest in some weed eaters, gotta fight thru weeds and mud holes to get a part.

Great experience here yesterday, the woman working pointed me right to the car I needed and they have plenty of tools to borrow.Prices were more than fair and I will be back for sure as I build up my project Jeep!

One of the few salvage yards they actually let you walk the yard and sometimes even pull your own parts. I have been doing buisness with this family for over 10-15 years. Good People. Very reasonably priced.
