I purchased a table top glass for my parents as a Christmas present- $234- and from the very beginning the receptionist was rude and non-responsive. When my parents went to pick up the glass it had 4 red, foam covers on each corner (as it should for protection). My parents put the glass between two large pieces of foam to transport and when they got the glass home they found a 1/4' chip in one of the corners that was covered by the red, foam cover. My parents called Haney's to explain and the gentleman was very rude to them and not willing to even consider fixing the glass and would've charged my parents both for replacing and then delivering the glass (when they were willing to come get the new glass). Haney's took zero responsibility for the chip. This is a disgraceful way to conduct business from rude reception to management that cares not about their client's satisfaction. We will NEVER return to this poor excuse of a "business."

Scott did an amazing job. He was super patient with us and did an outstanding job on the installation of the broken glass at our office. If you're interested in glass repair in Auburn, Indiana, Haneys Glass of Auburn is who I'd highly recommend. Thanks again Scott!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. It is obvious that they know all about glass and truly care about the customer.

This business hid a flaw in their glass by covering up a chip in the corner of table glass with red foam sticky squares so we would not see it before we got it home. Shame on them for this deceit and then tells us that we would have to pay for another one (with a discount but didn't say how much). Never buy from them.
