I was anxious about car shopping and even more so about purchasing. Best Deal made sure to make me feel comfortable the moment I stopped in to look at the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Justin is genuine, precise, clear, and not pushy in anyway. The place has a really wonderful homey vibe, lots of smiling faces, family stopping in to say hello, it s clear the folks working here are trusted members of their community. I LOVE MY NEW RAV4!! I told Justin my budget, and what I was eyeing and he made it happen. I m beyond thankful. The highlight of my day aside from zero stress? I am very pleased with our business here at Best Deal Auto! We worked with Dan and he made the buying process so simple and he was extremely personable, explained everything in detail and even went over things more than once to make sure we understood and got the best deal we could have. I am also amazed at the warranty they offer on their vehicles.A nice perk also was Eleanor, the shop Kitty! I loved the homie vibe having a shop pet brought! Highly recommend going to this dealership if you are in need of a vehicle. This dealership has some of the most quality vehicles in the area for much better prices than I had found elsewhere. The environment of the dealership itself feels very welcoming and friendly. Our salesman, Dan, was extremely helpful with ensuring I found the vehicle I wanted. Even offering to let me test drive one of their vehicles to another one of Best Deal's locations, so I could do a comparison of the two. He also was super informative about the dealership and the warranties they provided. I really appreciate all of the effort and I love my new car!

I recently visited the Best Deal Auto located in Auburn, IN. and was immediately greeted by the Sales Manager, Dan. He asked me what sort of vehicle I was looking for and what kind of options were important to me. Over the next 2 weeks, I looked everywhere else and could not find anything close to the quality and selection they have. From start to finish Dan was very courteous and professional, most of all he wasn't pushy. This is the second vehicle in 15 years that I have purchased from Best Deal. I would totally recommend you choose them when looking for your next vehicle. Ask for Dan!!

I was very impressed by the service I received. It was not a bad experience nor were the staff pushy. And I was not there all day long being handed off from one person to the next. It was a smooth transaction and personal. I felt they truly appreciated my business, They thanked me for choosing them to visit and buy a car from. I really felt they were. *edit* GO TO THE ONE IN ANGOLA. We sat down with Nick at the best deal in Angola today and had 10/10 service. He was very friendly and informative. We also had to problems with Kayden (our original salesman). We only had issues with Dan. He's very aggressive and rude.If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in to buy a car we were approved for. Filled out all the papers, left with the car. They called us when we were almost home (30 minutes away) and made us come back because they made a mistake in reviewing some of the paperwork. Wasted a ton of our time and gas money. The "area manager" Dan was extremely rude. He tried to make us agree to a higher payment than we initially signed for. We refused and tried to give the car back and say nevermind. He basically told us we couldn't do that because we signed a contract. I said yes, we signed a contract for one price and if the price would be more, the contract was void/invalid. He was very aggressive and his tone came off very hostile. We ended up leaving with the car at the original price. Bad experience.

He was open and honest and when an issue arose during a test drive he immediately had the service department check on the vehicle. I had an issue with my vehicle this last week. When I contacted the dealership about my Extended Warranty, they helped me get in contact with who I needed to call to get my truck towed. I had a few issues with that, and my service rep and Jaime started making phone calls to help rectify my towing issue. They then made sure that it was towed to one of their garages that would get me in immediately. The following day, I was called by that repair shop, and treated very nicely when discussing the repairs that would be needed, and my options. I will never shop anywhere other than Best Deal Auto. I purchased from the Auburn location. And the Warsaw location was where my vehicle was repaired. Both locations have wonderful sales reps and service reps. I would recommend them (and their extended warranties) to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Very good experience purchasing a vehicle from here. Vehicle was in great shape and very clean and detailed. Salesmen were not pushy and let me browse on the lot until I was ready to test drive. Once time for paperwork they were efficient and friendly and weren't pushy on any extra things.

Friendly and welcoming environment. No high pressure sales people following you around. Very laid back. First dealership I ve ever been to where they just let you browse, hand you keys to look when you ask, and they just sit back while you take your time. Upgrades were offered but were not pushed at us. Great place. Will do business there again.

Best Deal Auto in AUBURN is GREAT! Justin went above & beyond to find me the right vehicle. He made sure to meet my requests for tires & repairs. I found him to be very personable.Customer service is awesome.He even replaced my key fob for my other vehicle! I will continue to do business with them. I was nervous to buy my first car from a dealership as my dad used to be a salesman and told me about all the things that could go wrong. I drove around the lot, only getting out of the car to check the prices and mileage because I was nervous about getting swarmed by pushy salesmen but that never happened. I didn t feel like I was being pressured in to getting an expensive car that I didn t want. I Also didn t want to get a warranty until I saw how much it did cover. I ended up getting a beautiful 2012 GMC Acadia that was being sold at just over $13,000. I brought my non verbal autistic child with me who was having a hard time behaving in the office but the sales manager who sold me the vehicle, Dan Weidner, was so kind. He didn t make me feel like he was annoyed with her behavior and he felt like a very genuine guy. One of the other salesmen even brought over some bubble wrap, candy and was showing her the sweet little cat that walks around their office, Eleanor, to entertain her. I was going to finance the vehicle through my credit union but they required that I place a $2,500 down payment to have the loan through them, Dan was able to help me get financing through the dealership without placing a down payment and getting an APR that was 1% higher than my credit union at the same term. My mom was helping me with the process and she told Dan the one thing she requested is an extra set of keys because I lose mine so often, his reply was pshh, ask for something harder . They gave us a half a tank of gas and extra windshield wipers without us having to ask just because we asked what size the wipers were. I have nothing but praise for this location and their employees, I will only come here for a car in the future.

I've been searching for a particular truck to add to my personal fleet on and off for the last several years. There's been a couple of times where I almost pulled the trigger, but something always ended up making me walk away. One night I was just browsing on autotrader's website, and I came across the truck that was almost exactly what I was looking for. It was the exact same trim and had all the options I wanted with the exception of a different interior color. The price was also thousands less than other similarly equipped f-150s in the area with similar miles. My initial thought was this has to be some sort of salvage rebuilt title. Leaving autotrader's website and going directly to best deals website I was able to view the free AutoCheck, and to my surprise it was an accident free, one owner lease that was purchased by the owner. I'm usually highly skeptical of smaller family-owned dealerships. Most of 53 previously purchased vehicles were purchased through a legacy new car dealership. Only six were purchased either privately or smaller family owned dealership. The main reason is I'm very particular about my vehicles, and generally the smaller dealerships don't buy the nicer cars. I spent hours reading reviews on best deals website, both the good and the bad reviews. A piece of advice, take every review with a grain of salt, and remember people are more likely to leave negative reviews then positive ones. When you've had a positive experience, you generally walk away happy and then put it behind you. When you're unhappy, you want to air out your grievances to the world. After deciding that I really wanted to invest the 3 hours in driving to check out this truck, I gave best deal a call. Dan answered the phone (his name was mentioned many times in the reviews) and I told him I was interested in the f-150, but trying to figure out when I could get there because from work it's 5 hours plus an hour time change. He graciously offered to hold the vehicle till Saturday for me for $100 down payment. This was a welcome surprise as most dealerships won't hold vehicles. Another surprise to me was when I went to look at the vehicle again on their website, it was updated with the text vehicle on hold for customer. This really made me feel comfortable knowing the fact that they were honoring the hold. Once I got to the dealer with check in hand and trailer in tow, I was greeted by Dan, and he took me right to the vehicle. They washed it the night before and kept it inside out of the cold and the rain, so I could give it a good visual inspection. It really did look as good in person as it did on the website which almost never happens. I asked Dan if I would be able to take it on a longer test drive so I could make sure no check engine lights came on. Without hesitation, he said absolutely. Just be back before we close, or an hour before if you decide to buy it so we can do the paperwork. He continued to say you can take it to any mechanic you like if you want it inspected. He then handed me the keys, put a plate on the truck and set me on my way. I absolutely love the fact that they allow you to test drive without the presence of a salesperson with you. When your test driving a vehicle, you want to focus on the vehicle. You want to be able to feel comfortable driving it the way you would normally drive it, and make sure all of its features and functions work. That's very difficult when you have a salesperson yammering in your ear. This made for an extremely nice test drive experience. Once back at the dealership, I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Like other dealers, they will offer you a warranty. I never purchased extended vehicle warranties. That being said, I always do my due diligence and check for known issues with vehicles. Today's vehicles are rolling computers with extremely complex engines and transmissions and I decided to get AULs best. I can't stress enough how helpful Dan was and made this a very positive shopping experience! Also, they can find you anything you're looking for

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Lemon DEALER They Best Buy misrepresents itself by telling the customer that the management looks out for its staff and customers and wants customers to be happy. That is why their dealership has grown.What a joke-We bought two (2) vehicles- prior to our purchase they put a timing belt on the newer vehicle. We asked for a new one on both because the mileage was way over for the older vehicle. The salesman wouldn t budge and said they were making the bare minimum on the deal. Within two weeks the older vehicle started making noises when starting it. Take a guess? Yep. Needed a timing chain.Seriously, two vehicles and they are making the bare minimum.Shame on me - for not knowing that we should have walked away from this deal.Here is the truth they paid $500.00 towards the timing chain.Did I have a warranty- no- with 2 vehicles the cost was too expensive? That is Best Buy s out- if you don t have a warranty- well they won t do anything.Based on what the salesman said, it sounds like the service people drive these vehicles from the auction site to Best Buy lots. If they drive fine- they do NOTHING but a detail job. They excel at that.Our salesman knew that we were purchasing an older CRV to tow behind our RV. The one we had had 300,000 miles on it- but it was still going strong. Well, today we went to have the hitches put on & guess what? The frame is too rusty to put the hitch on.SMH-Shame on BEST BUY-Shame on the Management at BEST BUY-Shame on the Service Center at BEST BUY-Shame on you for selling an unsafe vehicle DO NOT BUY LEMON DEALERSHIP!
