Do NOT bring your vehicle here. I ve heard bad stories about this company before and just recently they were confirmed when My 20 yr old cousin took his truck here. He was quoted a specific price. He went to pick up his truck and they up charged him appx $1,000 from the original quote. They never called him or tried to reach out in regards to this additional add on. They literally held his truck hostage until he paid the additional $1,000. This is the most immoral and unethical tactic I ve ever seen to try and increase revenue. Literally a strong arm. Save yourself the time, money & emotional stress and take your vehicles ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS CROOKED COMPANY

Was recommended here by a mutual friend & felt comfortable going with Trent. We ll as a previous customer stated my truck sat for a week or so without no contact so I decided to give em a call & they informed me on the transmission issue & that it d be taken care of in 2 weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks with no contact from Trent or the mechanic at the shop, I called to be informed that it would now be 2 months! Seems to me they wanted more work & lied about the timing as when i went to go pick the truck up the mechanic had informed us work had been slow this year (at the bare minimum tell the truth so i know when my vehicle will actually be done). The time comes around to pick up the truck (by this time i d called multiple times to keep track on what was going on every week or so sense i was never informed to begin with), when i arrive to pick up the truck the shop DID NOT quote nearly 1,100$ in parts & labor!!! HOW THE HELL do you miss quote that much!? Everything was marked up a minimum 100$ more than what the quote was & more items / labor was tacked on with out ever reaching out to me! Place is joke, save your money & go else where! THEY ALSO FAILED TO DO AN INSPECTION ID ASKED FOR, NOW MY TRUCK IS BACK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR A DIFFERENT ISSUE!
