Just bought my first Caddy and it was a great experience. I pulled in the lot of the dealership which was also shared with Cadillac and saw a few potential vehicles that I wanted to possibly take home. I was looking at Cadillac and was in the Cadillac lot by the way. After maybe 10-15 min of looking a guy comes walking from the Buick lot and ask me did I need help. There was also a guy from Cadillac that was outside but said nothing. I think I m glad he didn t because Marcin, my salesperson was great. He answer my question and if he didn t have the answer he went and found someone who did. I very pleased. Thank Marvin for doing a great job and making this experience so much more pleasant. P.S I hate car shopping.

I m very happy with the service I receive from Rizza Buick in Orland Park. The price of cars these days you want to keep them in tip-top shape. John is always so informative and takes the time to explain everything to you. The waiting area and work area is always clean that I don t mind working while waiting for my service to be completed. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommended

In the past we have had great service but very unhappy at this moment. A few weeks ago we picked my husband's vehicle up from the service department. He went inside to get it, even though he just had knee surgery and was on crutches but told me it was nothing because he was just going in to pay. Needless to say, the part that upset me totally was I can not believe the ignorance of the service rep that assisted him. He told my husband his car was outside down the way. Again I reiterate that my husband was on crutches and the audacity to send him out looking for his own vehicle was insane and uncaring. I was in shock when I looked up and saw him in the parking lot looking for his car. Immediately I yelled down the way "what are you doing?" I didn't realize he came out. He answered that he was trying to find his car. I was livid and ran inside to see the advisor that half assisted him. It wasn't Jim or the Afro American gentleman, they are always very kind. It was another man I don't know. I was appalled that he would have my husband out there on crutches looking for his car. Whenever we purchase our Cadillacs we purchase "His and Hers", 2-at-a-time, and this is the type of service we receive. Totally not acceptable!!! We used to always patronize Arnie Bauer in Matteson until we moved out here and now truly considering driving back to Arnie Bauer for all of our needs. Arnie Bauer never sent us to look for our own vehicles, "somewhere out there in the parking lot", its always at the front exit door of the service department. The worse part was my husband was on crutches, unbelievable! It's the norm at Arnie Bauer to make their customers feel valued, they always pulled the car to the front once ready. This was the worst experience ever. Still in shock at the horrible treatment.

We drove 3 hours to come look at a vehicle. The sales managers were extremely professional, letting us information on the vehicle. They had the vehicle ready for us to view when arriving. We had Cory F as our sale man. He was professional, made sure we knew information about the car, sure nice, and made the purchasing of the vehicle easy process. The dealership has very reasonable competitive pricing. We found others in the area that were 2-3 thousand more for almost the same vehicles. We would highly recommend this dealership to purchase your next vehicle. We have told our friends and family it was definitely worth the drive.

We worked with James Allegretti and Josh. Both gentleman were fantastic to work with. From purchasing our car to getting service completed, I was 100% satisfied with the care and attention both gave me when I entered the dealership. I had no choice but to bring my two little ones with me to get service this past week, and they were able to go above and beyond for me and were able to get my car completely serviced in no time. I appreciate the kindness and their ability to take care of their clients as if we were family. I highly reccommend Rizza Buick GMC--talk to James! He's the best.

I purchased my vehicle from Munir and have been so pleased with my XT5 and the service I have received since then. If I ever have a question or problem he always goes above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend him and the team over at the Tinley location for anyone looking for a good vehicle. The service dept has always been very accommodating as well.

The dealership is very high tech and efficient. I was blown away you guys wipe down the kick panels and vacuum the high traffic areas. James kept me informed and showed me the trouble codes of my car. I normally take my vehicle where I purchased it in Gurnee, but I will definitely be back.

Bought my Jeep from them in October. They charged $1,995.00 for some 165 point inspection added to price of vehicle on top of advertised price. So much for that inspection. A little over 3 months later my Jeep started dumping oil. Turned out to be a $1,700 job. Thank God the shop was good to me and brought that price down another $500.00. They should give me that $1,995.00 back. Refuse to pay that and walk away if they don't take that off. I feel ripped of on that amount.

Went to look for a vehicle to purchase today. The GM and salesman were awesome and very accommodating. I had my toddler with me and they helped hook my car seat up so we could go and test drive the new vehicle. Great friendly environment and I felt no pressure at all.

This is my third car I purchased from Rizza. My first two experiences were awesome which is why I continued to do business with them. The last experience in November was my worst. The customer service was ok until the deal was made. All of sudden it was awkward conversations while I was waiting for finance. Even though this was my 3rd GMC purchased no rebates were issued. Not a GMC loyalty or Rizza loyalty. I was told that my gap refund would be issued to me and instead I received a letter stating it went to Rizza. I have called numerous times and left several messages and yet i still have no answers about my refund nor has a check been mailed to me. I was also promised a gas card and $1,000 coupon book and I haven t received anything. There should be some kind of follow thru after the sale.

I went to just look around and I met a pretty a awesome salesman ROMAN STEWART who was phenomenal. Roman was very knowledgeable, friendly, extremely polite and helpful. He worked within my budget and sold me a car that I love. The manager was extremely nice as well. The finance person Michael Lorenzo was cute, patient and pleasantly friendly. I highly recommend the guys at Rizza Cadillac Buick for a great car buying experience!

They didn't do anything, just charged me for storage fee. My truck A/C is not fixed. My A/C never worked after they looked at my A/C. There should have been a recall for the A/C condenser failure for GMC. If you Google that, you would have seen 6 different GMC'S with the same problem. Why am I being charged for something that GMC already know about ?

Closed out 2023 with the purchase of a 2024 GMC Terrain with the help of Larry Papp and Jim Allegretti! There is one white guy in this dealership is very rude. When we talk about the price. He is yelling: we are not gonna drop penny, you can not buy a Mitsubishi with that price blablabla(we are looking for a Hyundai there, I don't know why he have a problem with Mitsubishi). I don't even know if he have anything to do with us, he is not our sales nor the manager. When we leave the dealership. He talk to our sales said don't waste time to talk to him. I don't know why he treat us like that. Either he is racist or he is just rude. If I know his name I will fill a report on him to who ever in charge and GMC. But I don't. Other than that, if you buying a used car there. You might need to pay $2500 over asking price for preconditional fee. I give three star because Robert treat me well. Otherwise it gonna be one star.

Terrible experiance with the service department. Made an appt took 1/2 day off of work and when I brought the car is the service Advisor told me they couldn't get to the car for 2 days because there wasn't a gmc warranty. Got the impression the Advisor wasn't interested in doing their job.

Thank you to my salesperson Marcin with Rizza!! He was very helpful and still answers all my questions that I have on my new 2021 GMC Sierra- which I absolutely LOVE!! Jimmy and Kenny were also very helpful with my visit. I had such a great experience with all of them, they were all very nice and friendly. I recommend my friends and family to come here. My flowers look great in this truck!
